In case you're not aware, Deep Sentinel will either sell you their wireless security cameras, their POE wired cameras, or may be able to use your existing camera system to monitor your property 24/7 with "Live Guards!" So, I contacted Deep Sentinel who have excellent customer service by the way, and asked them if they could work with my existing Reolink camera system. Since they have never tried Reolink cameras, they told me that they'd try to see if Reolink was compatible with their Deep Sentinel Hub & technology, but they could not guarantee that it would work. They then recommended that I work with their premier vendor named Avati Audio Visual. I originally contacted Drew who was very helpful and from then on I dealt with Dick Hall who turned out to be Amazing! Since I was Deep Sentinel's first customer to try working with Reolink cameras, Dick had his work cut out for him. It took months of installations, troubleshooting, out of the box problem solving, numerous talks with both Deep Sentinel techs, as well as Reolink techs, just to get all of my cameras working. That's what happens when you're the guinea pig for a camera that's never been tried before. Anyway, after months of Dick's determination and him not giving up on me, he finally got my Reolink camera's to successfully work with the Deep Sentinel system! He is definitely an asset to Avati Audio Visual, Deep Sentinel, and the tech / installation industry as a whole. He needs to be commended for all that he does and given a raise! If you need any type of TV, Audio, tech, speaker, security system or camera systems installed, look no further!

Before any work was done they sent one of their project managers to my home to see at first-hand the problem and what could be done. I advised I was not looking for repairs, but replacements and upgrade. We did a tour of the work and he made some suggestions for improvements that I hadn't thought of. Later, he forwarded links to various sites where I could look for the kind of fixtures I wanted in the kitchen and dining room. The fixtures came in, and the day arrived. The project manager and two crew arrived promptly and set to work. Ordinarily, I could spend hours watching other people work but I stayed out of the way and a good thing too: when work like this is done there does tend to be a mess. But it was worth it: when the lights were in and all was fixed I couldn't be happier. What I got was just what I wanted, hand's down. They did really good work and when they were done, they carefully cleaned up everything, like it never happened. (I'm also a bit ashamed to admit they left my place cleaner that it was when they arrived!) I am very pleased with the work they did and can unreservedly recommend them to others.

Scheduling was a bit tricky over the holidays, but Lorena and Will were very flexible in working with me to find the right time. They first came out for a visual walk around to plan out the install. They helped me determine the optimum angles and placement, power sources, and strength of connetivity. I really appreciated the expertise they brought. I had also purchased more cameras than they felt was necessary, and they made recommendations that not only saved me money, but also ones that would give us the best use of the security cameras. On the day of the install, they spent pretty much the entire day here - their work was extremely detailed and none of it was rushed. Will and Lorena were extremely patient with all my questions, and took their time helping me set up the camera in the app as well as making a ton of minor adjustments until I was happy with the placement. It was also during this whole time that I realized how knowledgeable they are about all sorts of smart home systems - smart lights, cameras, security systems - chances are they have worked on any of the brands you are thinking of. What was surprising was that only three associates were working while the store was packed. I was told that even simple self-install modem pickups go through the same queue as full-service transactions. That meant a long, awkward wait just to grab a pre-ordered box. To be clear, the employees were apologetic and professional. They were doing the best they could with what they had. This is not a frontline issue. However, from someone with 15 years of retail telecom experience (including time with AT&T), this is a staffing and workflow failure. Peak retail nights in high-traffic flagship locations require proper coverage and throughput planning. An express pickup system or adequate staffing would dramatically improve customer experience. I genuinely hope the regional director reviews store performance and addresses this. On a major shopping night, this level of understaffing is unacceptable.

I also had them do a new cat6 run and they did a great job with that as well as patching up the holes from older cables. Certainly! Here's a bad review for Jade at the Xfinity store based on your experience: --- I recently visited the Xfinity store and had a terrible experience with an employee named Jade. I arrived at 6:30 PM, and despite it being close to closing time, I still expected decent customer service. Unfortunately, I was met with nothing but attitude and a lack of help. I was there to resolve an issue with Xfinity Mobile not showing up on my account. Instead of assisting me, Jade rudely responded, "You can do it yourself on the app." If I could have done it myself, why would I have come to the store in the first place? To make matters worse, Jade seemed more focused on closing the store and kicking people out rather than helping customers. As I was leaving, she sarcastically said, "Have a good day, don't let the door stop your way out." When I asked for a manager, she just walked away, completely ignoring my request. This kind of treatment is a perfect example of discrimination and a severe lack of customer service. It is unacceptable for any business, especially one as large as Xfinity, to allow their employees to treat customers this way. Service goes out at 6am on August 22, 2025. i get a text at 8am that service will be restored at 9:05am. When that doesn't happen I go to their website which says service should be restored by 8PM!!! Tried their AI chat bot. Complete waste of time. Tried calling three times. Again it's AI and says no one can help you with outage and hangs up. All I was trying to do was find out the 11 hour discrepancy of when outage will be fixed. How does this pos company stay in business? You're either talking to a bot or you're trying to deal with customer service in the Philippines, India or Mexico. The worst customer service on the planet!!! read more

I didn't take too much time in there. S E R V I C E I was coming in to return my cable boxes and there was probably several workers inside. A few were helping others already and one asked what I needed today. I said I just had some equipment to return and they walked me to a table and asked me to sit. They told me that they really only need the box unit with the powercord. The remote, hdmi cables etc are usually just recycled. So if you want to keep those items, you can. I returned both mine and my mom's equipment. Everything was very quick and they gave me the receipt for both returns. Now the email receipt felt a little incorrect but I feel like the receipt online seems to always be a little funky. I'll just have to keep an eye out on my next bill. Our speed was even better than what they had quoted. Once the antenna was set up on our roof, a cable is then connected to an outlet in our house. Once we set up our routers, everything worked seamlessly. Moises didn't leave until we confirmed that all of our devices were connected. If you live in the Fremont or neighboring areas, I highly recommend Tekify for your internet service.

I recently returned an internet router to this store. I…read moresent my son in with the device along with a copy of my statement, which contained all of the account information needed for the return. These were the specific instructions provided by the Xfinity rep on the phone. when I canceled my service. The store accepted the equipment, but refused to provide him with a receipt, claiming he needed the account holder's identification for "security reasons." Because of this, I had to leave work and drive to the store. When I arrived, Carl (the name given) explained that they could not provide a receipt because my son was not the account holder. When I questioned what security concern the receipt actually posed, he responded, "Well, you're here anyway, what does it matter?" rather than trying to professionally explain the policy. What made the situation more frustrating is that Carl ultimately gave me the receipt without ever asking for or verifying my identification, which completely contradicted the original explanation. The receipt itself also contained less account information than the statement my son had already provided. The entire situation felt unnecessary, poorly handled, and avoidable with better communication and consistency.

The installation was done the RIGHT WAY with appropriate caulking and the lines were run in the most efficient manner and least penetration to my building, hidden in a trade recess and not on the front of the building. They worked hard to get the job done promptly and CLEANED up in every unit. I cannot recall the last time I was this impressed with a work crew. Having this available to my tenants is a real value when it comes to leasing and it cost me NOTHING!

A simple question took him 30 minutes (3.05 pm to 3.35 pm on July 13th, 2026) to answer because he had to do research. He was super slow in even responding to a simple 'yes' or 'no' question. Every time I speak with anyone in Patel Co, they are not aware, provide incorrect information, and you must be someone who has a gene for patience and are willing to spend a looooong time on the phone. Then you must also have a persistent gene encoded in your DNA to call back several times to check if the information was correct because it likely may not be. It is just a nightmare dealing with them.
