    Yesterday I went to upgrade my phone. I had made an appointment. I walked in the door and a representative named Albert met me and boy. He really did a good job. Taking care of me. He gave me respect five star treatment and he was very transparent about everything he was doing as we went through the paces and paperwork. I want to give him a shout out and thank him again!

    I sent this complaint to BBB. I canceled all services from Comcast. They are almost impossible to contact by phone. Their online chat support doesn't work. I can't even download the bills in PDF from the website. I have filed several complaints regarding their phone customer service. I have talked to the guy that takes care of the complaints. He seems to think there is nothing wrong with the phone customer service. I can contact T-Mobile online or by phone withing a couple minutes. I can contact YouTube TV within a couple minutes. I tried to contact Comcast 3 times today for a total of 12 minutes just for them to say "goodbye" after going through an endless loop of prompts. After I cancelled service, they sent me a notice that $121.88 is due. I attempted to pay it at the comcast office and he did not take payment because he said I have to wait until it gets fully processed. Today, I received a bill for $267.04. Again, when I try to view the bill online, the PDFs will not download. I can't see what they are charging me for. When I canceled service, I told they will not charge me a cancellation fee. Since I can't contact customer service and because I can't see the bills, they should not be charging me anything to cancel the TV Internet subscription. Today, I called them 3 times to dispute the bill. As usual, they put me through endless prompts. They repeated the same advertisement 3 times. When I dial 0 or say agent, it keeps putting me through these prompts. It tries to prompt me into making a payment. The it just says goodbye. Since I can't download the PDF bills online, I request they send it to me by email And a hard copy to my mailing address so I can see what I am billed for. I request that I do not get charged any cancellation fee. I can't do business with a company that I can't contact by phone or online. Because of that, I should not be charged a fee to cancel their very bad service.

    ~Throwback Thursday Review back to the 2012 - 2013 era ~…read more When I lived in the Citrus Heights area, they rolled out IPTV along the Auburn Blvd Corridor around 2012 - 2013 , it was one of the best experiences ever. I had no drop outs or lapse in TV services whatsoever. The only thing that drove me batty at the time was when the set top boxes would shut off after a certain amount of hours of inactivity. But they had channels on their service that other provides did not. FYI- At the time, they were Surewest before the name Consolidated and before it was Roseville Telephone company. Comcast previously was the only TV provider at the time that offered high speed internet except in the case of Surewest which had DSL at the time. It was great to switch then in the area. Enjoyed the service for many months before I moved. Wonder if the staff from the old Surewest are still with the company in Roseville? I cannot speak for today but There was a good thing happening back in the day and hopefully it continues.

Well at least for a regular landline but now I'll be getting a straight talk smart box or a community phone instead. I have called several times over the past 4 months and I always get the same run around. "We have to build that location in our system first" was what they told me at first. Then they told ME to call back in a couple days. I've dealt with bad customer service before but if a company is telling you to call back to check if they can help you, the customer service is non-existent. I called back when they told me to and it still wasn't done. I called again a couple weeks later and still no. Then I called back again a month later and I thought I was actually getting help from a guy named Scott. He apologized and it shouldn't take long and what they told me before was wrong and it's going to get done now. He put in a ticket and gave me a job number and told me he would call me back the next day! But no. No call back, and so I called again today. The person on the phone just kept I interrupting me with THE WRONG address because she didnt want to wait. She kept asking for my account number throughout the call and I told her I don't have an account! Thats why I'm calling! She was asking me like I had one but I didn't want to tell her. If I had an account I would give you the number, trust me. I offered the job number but she said she didn't need it. She then said the same thing I heard before it's not available in their system yet. Then she asked me for a nearby address? I just told her the address to the building why tf doesn't she Google it? Oh that's right there's no actual customer service here. After I could tell I was getting no where I politely explained that this company is ridiculous, and I won't be calling back. The worst part? It's not my frustration, it's not that this company continues to exist even though I'm not quite sure what their purpose is. The worst part is I can't communicate with my dad, who lives in memory care and can't remember how to charge his cellphone. This company's lack of service is preventing me from communicating with my loved one. So it's between the talk box or community phone right now. Consolidated communications? I'm not sure what they consolidated but they aren't capable of helping me communicate which, I don't know seems like should be a priority for a communication company. But don't worry Fidium Fiber, I know you're the owner now.

Daniel and Kaden made a big difference. They were easy to talk to, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, throughout the process of sorting things out with my phone. First of all, you have to make an appointment ahead of time to get seen here, which okay fair as long as that ensures I get seen as soon as I arrive right? Wrong. I wait at least 20 minutes even when I arrive at my appointment time because there are "people ahead of me". That's frustrating enough in itself. And THEN I wanted to trade in my iPhone 16 to an iPhone 17 with more storage, I was told by Bryan that I would be recieving a credit of $600 to do this. But apparently, he didn't do it correctly (he was too busy upselling me on my plan), and after spending an hour of someone else trying to figure out his mess up, I now have to go sell my old phone MYSELF on Facebook marketplace to try and recoup the money. I was offered no discount, nothing for the inconvenience. Just "sorry our employee messed up but now it's your problem!" It is frustrating, because I have no choice but to go here when I need help. But it is ALWAYS a bad experience.
