I always come here for one thing. A breakfast burrito. The staff here is always welcoming and friendly and the food doesn't disappoint.

So happy to find this place in Glendale because there's not many breakfast spots in the area. Their Pregnant Avacado dish, pancakes and vanilla latte were really good. I think they should add additional items like almond milk and more vegan options. They do have more options to offer than breakfast so I'm definitely coming again to try more. read more

The food here is OK, but each thing I've tried feels like it's missing something. The dishes look good and colorful, but tastes quite bland. I just tried the chicken pesto panini, and I think it's overrated. I had high expectations from all the reviews about it, but it was pretty salty and lacking in much flavor. It needs some sweeter tomatoes or maybe onion to balance it out and diversify the flavors. The cheesy tater tots were good but not great, also mostly salty. I will say though, their pancakes are great and the best thing I've had here. If I had more of a sweet tooth, this would be my go to place for pancakes. I would come back if I had less options (because they're open on holidays and deliver earlier than most places near me.) I still give them 4 stars because they're a family business with good service and have a large menu with a variety of items. Also my complaints are not a huge deal and can be solved easily. Overall, I still recommend this spot if you're looking for an affordable breakfast that's not from a chain restaurant. read more

Came here for breakfast and ordered the breakfast burrito, which was one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. Very flavorful. The service was also amazing.. the owner came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. There's also plenty of parking in the parking lot. Tried XO Cafe on a whim, been coming to Sushi Joint next to it for a while. I'm happy to say it's exemplary in service and taste. The breakfast burrito and pregnant avocado are excellent, one obviously being heavier than the other. We noticed that the breakfast burrito was really well mixed, which is a little detail but when it comes to taste, it can go a long way. I've yet to try the lunch but the menu is pretty robust, they have pizza, burgers, paninis, the whole shpiel really. Since it has free delivery within 3 miles, we'll definitely be giving it a go shortly for pizza. I think it's nice to have another charming little cafe in the area, so well done to the owners. What a great new spot! I went for breakfast after researching the place here. Food was great (and inexpensive) and the presentation was excellent. I also met the owner who couldn't have been nicer. Oh one last thing, I saw a review that said they only serve bottled water...no idea where that came from but they have a big pitcher thing of lemon-infused water on the counter for free. I feel bad for giving it such a bad review but everything my coworkers and i have ordered past couple of times has been tasteless. Ordered a sandwich and a Persian breakfast- menu description on Postmates made them both sound like a pan in sandwich, but the my weren't- Persian breakfast was an egg plate with potatoes and home fries - although not what I thought I order- it was pretty good. XO Cafe has been my go-to spot for lunch the past few months. Their food quality is great and they really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. You can definitely taste the passion in their food. I must say that my favorite dishes are the lamb shank, wellness salads, burgers, Italian panini and pizza. read more

I think this place is great! I live right up the road from them and I'm glad to have another food option in the neighborhood. I usually run in and ask for my food to go and they are always very prompt and kind. I absolutely adore their wraps and salads and my roomie has remarked on their pizza. I hope people will keep in mind that they are still relatively new but are doing a great job. I can't even tell you how many places I've been to when they are new and have had awful experiences. I've already been here twice and I just found it last week. Ive ordered the same thing so I will say they are very consistent. I get the breakfast burrito made with chorizo, comes with salsa on the side. Very tasty. Small business and fairly new so they are already pretty busy. XO Cafe was the first place that popped up when I searched "comfort food". We had great service and the food was excellent! Teni, the owner is very friendly. My mom said her salmon plate was delicious! It was moist and came with 2 sides. I had the gyro pate and was not disappointed! We both chose the brown rice and salad as our side. I was impressed it was the fancy lettus and the homemade salad dressing was tasty! They have a large menu and I look forward to trying other items! First, I usually Postmates their food but today I was nearby and went in for the first time and met this amazing worker (seemed like owner) Teni and she gave the most sweetest introduction and recommendations for my indecisive-self. Today I got my usual veggie burrito along with Teni's recommendation of the "Healthy Chicken Sandwich" (totally forgot the name BUT IT IS DELICIOUS!!!) Came here for breakfast and was surprised that they serve amazing breakfast burritos. Probably one of the best sausage breakfast burritos I've had in awhile. I was so impressed I bought another to go for lunch. I also got their berry pancakes and berry waffles to go for my kids and those were fluffy and flavorful. My kiddos loved them.
