I came here for my nephew's birthday party and was pleasantly surprised by how well done the party package was. Jordan was the employee who oversaw the party and she is awesome!!! Fun laser tag local. Super clean and great video games. Nice employees. My only point of improvement would be the food and it bugs me when it appears that employees are lazy. That's just the boss in me. There are currently 5 workers all chatting behind the front desk while a bunch of kids are trying to register for Lazer tag. They may not be allowed to help with signing in, but just standing there talking while there is craziness right next to them seems like poor customer relations. They are all super nice though. If you ask them for help they have a smile and are great. Just not a sense of urgency or need for finding things to do. read more

The Staff is great! Had my son's 7th b-day party here, and not only was the staff very friendly and helpful, they made us feel well cared for. I called today to check on an upcoming weekend date where our guy buddies could take our kids while our wife's go shopping in SF. I called and was greeted in a friendly manner that made me remember how nice and friendly the staff was. So we will be going back now with 4 adults and 5 kids and will probably play at laser tag at least 2 times. Did I mention everyone should play laser tag, it is SOoooo much fun.. If you are looking for a CLEAN place in a nice neighborhood, this is the place to go. It is right off the freeway, and the staff are helpful. The laser portion is a bit pricey ($20 bucks a head) but, the kids (and adults) get four 5 minute games. By the time my kids came out, they were sweating and happy...perfect. Not a lot of video games, but I'll be back to take my girlfriend here for the laser tag. Overall, an enjoyable experience. read more

My 12 year old son loves this place! We have attended the summer camp for 3 summers now. At lease 4 weeks each summer and he still loves every day of camp! The staff is AWESOME. They are engaged with the kids, fun , friendly, attentive, hands on, and really gets to know them! Regardless of age they are sure to sure to include everyone. Took little man & his cousin here because John's Incredible Pizza's line was out the door. Ridic! Found this place on yelp so decided to head over. So glad we did! Saturday night at 6p - place wasn't packed & no rowdy kids running a muck. Spent $30 altogether for the bouncy houses & 100 credits to play games. Not too bad, lasted us a good 2 hours. Kiddos had a blast. This place was perf for my 2 year old & his 5 year old cuzzo to burn off their high energy levels, lol. Will def come back when we're in the area. read more

We just had our daughter's 12th birthday at Laser Craze today! AMAZING customer service!! The manager, Kevin, and party hostess, Jessie, were incredible. We already had played laser tag there and we were really impressed with the equipment and the facility but the customer service put it over the top. We have had all kinds of partys from pizza places, ice skating, bowling, & other laser tag places. Laser Craze scores over the top for the pre-teen/teen birthday party! Fun for all ages. We tried out the laser tag for my daughter to possibly have her next birthday party. She is very petite and weren't sure if she would be able to wear the vest. We were so excited she could and had so much fun. I had a ton of fun testing it out too. We also enjoyed the pizza and arcade games. We look forward to coming back soon. Picked up a Groupon to just check this place out with the kids and was not disappointed. The establishment is clean and the staff are courteous and helpful. Registering for a laser tag session began a quarter to the hour. There were only 4 of us (two adults and two preteens) playing on a Thursday evening so we were split into teams of 2. There's a small video intro, followed by a gear fitting and then the ref explains the layout of the facility. The laser gun typically requires two hands to fire, but we had one party member with a disability and they were able to program his gun to only require a trigger pull to function. There are 4 games timed at 5 minutes each, and it was surprisingly good cardio! We were able to be more tactical because of limited number of players which I think made it that more challenging and fun. We also had 40 arcade credits. The big games run about 4 credits so and there isn't a huge selection but of what they did have, the equipment was maintained and clean. They had a bounce house section that I think would be great for younger children's birthday parties. We will definitely be back again with or without a Groupon. read more

Very impressed with this place! I brought a group of 14 kids from our day camp to LaserCraze for a field trip. I was pleased to find that it's clean and fresh and doesn't have any of the shady feel that a lot of these types of places have. The staff was friendly and helpful. When some of my kids decided they were too scared to play laser tag in the darkened room, the staff offered them to stand on the side (in the play area) and watch and decide if they wanted to join. When one of them joined and the others didn't I asked for a refund for the kids who didn't end up playing and they immediately, without question, refunded the extra games. When some of the kids realized that they had left their water bottles behind the staff graciously offered us free pitchers of ice water. We'll definitely come back here soon! read more

Celebrated our daughter's eighth birthday yesterday and it was a large group of kids and adults. The kids had some real fun. However I thought the place could be managed better especially if it's a pre-arranged party with large number of kids. We had issues with the pizzas- they apparently have only 2 ovens and we had to wait more than 45 mins for additional pizzas. There was some miscommunication with the folks regarding the food which led to this and also regarding the type of activities for the kids- some went for all activities, some only did Bouncehouse and Arcade games, etc. So go through each and every item clearly when you book and do the same on the day of the party as well with the folks who will be assigned to your party. However I must say that the kids did have a lot of fun and finally that's what matters! read more

This place was fun. My family and I went here for some games of laser tag. Biy, what a workout! It was a lot of fun - but it's easy to have one team lose significantly because of the points box one must shoot to rack up the points. If you don't communicate or have serious team players, your team will lose, often, I'd get to our box and find opposing team playees just standing there shooting the box and racking up points. No running, no hiding, no effort. So turning off that option was way more fun, it required effort and actual competition and marksmanship to earn points. Way more fun! read more

We live close to the new LazerCraze, just off Blue Oaks and my daughter decided she wanted to have her 11th Birthday there without ever even stepping foot in the place. We booked the party about a month ago and just had it last weekend. The party itself was our first exposure to LaserCraze and we were all very pleased. Of course the location is brand new, and as such is very clean and presentable. I booked the standard birthday package, which included 10 kids, 4 sessions of laser tag, pizza and arcade tokens. Compared to similar "kid party" destinations, this rates very well -- both for the price/value and experience. There was plenty of staff, we had our own party coordinator who took care of everything. She showed us to our table, registered the kids for laser tag and kept things on time. The laser tag itself was quite good. All of the kids came out saying they loved it. The arena is not huge, but because it's dark and two stories, it seems bigger than it is. As a parent, I was able to stay in the arena with them while they played and observe. The equipment seems really nice and is much lighter than the older generations of laser tag I have seen/played. After laser tag, the kids did pizza and cake in the party area, then each got a cup of tokens for the arcade. The whole party lasted about 2 hours and all of the kids said they really liked it (only one had been before). At about $250, it was in line with other parties we have done (like SkyZone last year). If I had one minor suggestion, I would say they could cram a few more games into the arcade area, they seem to have the floorspace. Highly recommended. Hopefully the quality of service will last as this place ages. read more

This place is fantastic! We just celebrated my sons 9th birthday there last night and I was very impressed. We have had a birthday party at just about every facility in the area and Laser Craze was the best party yet. Not only was it clean, but the staff was amazing. I forgot my party coupon and they honored it, I had a mistake on the bill and they fixed it without question. The customer service exceeded my expectations. Jessi was our party planner, she was a rock star. My son was so hot after playing, she got him a bag of ice to put on his neck WOW! We came here with a small group of 10 for an informal birthday celebration. We had a blast and will definitely be back! The 4 kids each got a combo of laser tag and access to the bouncy house area, while the adults stuck with just the laser tag. The layout of the place is perfect to let the kids go nuts in the bouncy area while the parents can sit and watch. Laser tag itself was awesome! All participants get split in to two teams. Each 20 minute session is split into four - 5 minute games. The goal is to shoot the player on the other team and their home base. All the while, you need to monitor your own lives and shots available. Then they add in occasional bonus time and shielding to keep the play a little more interesting. It is unlike any other laser tag that we have played and was SO much more fun! I thought that instruction ahead of time was clear and thorough, the equipment is cool, the layout of the arena is great and the staff was fine. read more

I had my sons 7 year old birthday party there this past Sunday and overall I was very happy. The kids had a great time and really enjoyed themselves. I did the combo which included both the Laser, tokens for games and the Crazy Zone for $299. My son wanted a theme of Minecraft so I had to do some decorating myself since the only supply random colored table clothes and plain white plates that are included in the package. The party set up is a little awkward. They have several tables in one area set up like a cafeteria. There are no walls to decorate. It's all open space and shared with other parties. I was the only party that did my own decorating, and it was limited to the one table we had, and the cart we were given. The cart was there to load the gifts on the bottom and to put the cake on the top shelf. So I decorated the table with a green tablecloth and Minecraft animals/zombies/creepers, etc made from MInecraft Papercraft. I added some balloons, black square plates, green plastic-ware rolled in napkins with Minecraft napkin rings that I made, bottled water with home made Minecraft Healing Potion labels that I put over the water labels and green cups that I turned into creeper faces. It looked really nice. People came over to check it out and they complimented me, so I guess it was a hit. Madison was our host and she did a great job of keeping on schedule, rounding up the kids and keeping them on track, etc. They had plenty of time to participate in all the activities, eat lunch, have cake and open presents. The one thing that was frustrating is that they do not allow any outside food. I understand that they want you to buy their food, but they don't sell chips and snacks, so I don't know why they would not allow it. The only thing they allow from the outside is the cake. I wanted to bring in some snacks for the parents who were going to be there and I was not permitted to do that. Additionally, they do not provide a second table for the parents, so they are left standing when the kids are sitting at the table. We were lucky that the table next to us was not being used and we were permitted to use it. I think overall it was a great experience. My son said he had the best time and was thrilled that he got to celebrate with his friends and that he had a full on Minecraft theme. For me, that screams success. read more

This place is really big when you first walk in- tons of games to play on and if you just want to play the games it's free like chuck e cheese until you start playing. The bounce area consists of three huge blow up slide/ climbing/ jumping bounces houses, it's $10 for kids 3-10 years of age and not recommended for kids older than that, ages 2 and under are $5. Not too bad of a price for that but there's only three structures so the kids get bored in about an hour. $16/ one session of lazer tag games (which is actually four games total) not too bad for older kids but unfortunately they don't have the option to buy just one five minute game :/ I personally like the four sessions but for times sake or to see if the kid likes it to begin with they should offer one. They have a deal for Saturday nights $30 unlimited games 6pm- midnight::: I thought that was pretty cool for adults and stuff kinda pricey for teens tho. They don't serve beer or alcohol----boooooo!! read more

We took our kids here for Laser Tag and OMG so much fun! They have a really cool setup where you play teams and have to defend your zone. It was much better than the usual free for all. I just wish we could have chose our teams or split up our family evenly. I ended up on one team alone while my hubs and kids were on the other team. I still had a great time though. We also got 100 tokens for $20 and it kept the kids occupied for the 20 minute wait we had before laser tag. My kids loved it and we will definitely return read more

I brought my kids here for laser tag. They have a lot going on here: a play area with three large inflatable play structures, a party/restaurant area, a small arcade, plus the large 2 story laser tag arena! The staff was helpful and responsive. We all had fun, even my 6 year old. I even got a workout! The only issue I had was that the laser tag rules were ever changing and kind of confusing. I wish we had the option for a more straightforward rule set. Otherwise, a great time; we'll be back! read more

I was there last night with four friends. It was only the five of us, so the staff let us play free for all. We had a lot of fun playing yesterday. Our referee, Adam, was friendly, fun, and talked to us before the game about his previous experience with sports in high school, as he noticed we were high schoolers as well. I booked a party for my 12 year old and her friends. Everyone had fun. The customer service is very good at Xtreme Craze. The coordinator was pleasant and accommodating. The facilitator was kind and accessible. Even staff who weren't assigned to us were helpful. The party was well-organized and went smoothly. The pizza they provided was plentiful and tasty. I noticed that the facilitator wore gloves when she served the pizza and cake. Parking is nearby, ample and easy. The restrooms are clean. Review for birthday party: my son had his bday party here a couple weeks ago. Big mistake. First of all they did not the AC on, all the kids and parents had red faces and were sweating like crazy, it made it very uncomfortable. There are no private rooms so it it gets very loud. They charged me $90 extra for 6 extra people and 3 of those 6 were babies still in car seats! My total bill came out to over $400!!! Way to much to pay for being uncomfortable with the heat and being extremely loud. I wouldn't mind paying that if we had a private room like most other places. I gave it one stay because our host was great and everything was organized but it did feel rushed! Kids had fun and that is the most important thing but way over priced for what you get! read more

I have had several of my son's birthday parties at Extreme Craze. They have all been a lot of fun and handled well by the staff at Extreme Craze. The laser tag is fun for both adults and kids. If I could give zero I would. This place has great potential but terrible service! Ciana the so called "manager" was laughing at me when I requested our family be on the same team in laser tag. They really need a better system. The first game we played they put our two youngest (ages 6) on the same team together away from the rest of the family, we asked to switch and they refused. We let it go and played because we were there to have fun. Then we let the older kids play the second game and even requested they be on the same team and they separated them again. When we asked to fix it they said the other people requested, seems they didn't care about our family requests but held true to the other groups. So apparently they made it 6 vs 4 to "allow" our family to be together, seems fair :( Really need a new system for laser tag teams. Ciana was laughing about it like it was a joke. When you spend over $200 for a "family day" and management doesn't seem to care, I would prefer to spend money else where. We are small business owners and don't see the need to treat customers like dirt while taking an insane amount of their money, but if you like that type of thing go here! read more

Both of my kids (ages 9 & 11) attended the summer camp here during the month of June and we were extremely pleased! I was absolutely amazed by the staff's attention to detail and the manager's (Charles) willingness to accommodate their food allergies and improve their experience in any way possible. We drove 45-minutes each way to attend this camp and I can honestly say it was well worth it. I felt the price was very reasonable and both kids were happy and nice and tired after this camp! I highly recommend the Xtreme Craze summer camps (or day use) and I'd like to thank the staff and manager for creating a wonderful summer camp memory for both of my kids. read more
