What fun! My first time and I was exhausted playing just 1 round. My only complaint is there check in system. They tell you that they'll call you but never do. When we signed in for the 2nd round it didn't register but we didn't know it and missed it. so then we had to wait 40 minutes to play again. not sure how, but we spent almost 4 hours there to play 3 rounds and it wasn't even busy. This is still a great place to take the kids! We tried the pizza today, and it wasn't great but the price was reasonable ($13 for a large cheese pizza). The staff doesn't seem to enforce the rules, because I saw plenty of children either barefoot (no socks) or with shoes in the crazy zone (you're supposed to wear socks). read more

I was not impressed. It's in a warehouse setting. The acoustics in there are awful. I could barely hear the people next to me. I was there for a birthday party. I felt we were rushed in and out of our table too quickly. There wasn't enough room for all the adults to sit together. The pizza was poor quality. Only two bounce houses that I could see and a small assortment of arcade machines. No alcoholic beverages for adults. The main draw is the laser tag game which my son loved. But after that, I couldn't get out fast enough. It's a business trying too hard to please all age groups but misses the mark considerably. read more

Pros: The laser tag arena is very fun and the scoring system is decent. Cons: We had six in our party to play tag. The arena is so big its very hard to defend base and find people. The boosts of invincibility and rapid fire go off randomly however one player got rapid fire 7 times in four games and invincibility once while other players had the reverse. The price is also high. Our party of six was $90 dollars. Wish there was an option per 5min game instead of playing and paying for four games. Bottom line: If you have big group this is the place. read more

Great place to have the little ones... and the adults, burn off some energy. Clean location, but slightly pricey. The staff are usually friendly, but a little disinterested. My only real complaint is the lack of supervision in the arena. There's usually one person walking around, my daughter was knocked down because the bigger kids were running and just being insane. I had the full intention of just letting my two boys play...however they wanted mommy to play so I caved and bought 1 play...I should have bought the package deal because I had the BEST time of my life. I never knew laser tag could be so much fun! I mean, talk about acting out some Modern Warfare! It was great. Just a heads up though - you will sweat! We came here for a bday party for the kiddo--we weren't really sure if we were going to be walking into Chuck-E-Cheese type craziness or what. We also weren't sure if it would be solely laser tag. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is huge--there is a big section that is only laser tag, including a staging room to listen to instructions on how-to for laser tag. This area is okay for parents to come in and hang out with the kids while getting their instructions. Also, you can watch them play laser tag as well. It is a huge room that they play in and I was already planning my next visit to play--sans kids! But the kids had a ton of fun, even the 7 year olds in the bunch. After laser tag, the kids took off with their tokens to play at the several games that they have in the arcade area. All the kids won a ton of tickets and were able to trade them in for the typical trinkets-n-trash they offer at this sort of place. Needless to say, my kid was ecstatic with his 400 tickets and took away a rain check of tickets for next time. There's also a large bouncy house and slide area, which is nice to be able to let your kid loose in there and see if they leave that area. It's right near the party tables, very close to the kitchen, which offers pretty decent pizza. The party we were part of seemed to have everything included (although I have no idea how much it costs), they handed each kid a cup of tokens, our group had an attendant that brought out the food and served everyone, as well as went through each part of the party, including cake cutting and gift opening. They even wrote down the gifts so it makes it really easy on the parents. The only suggestion that I would have for the process is that there is a more secure area at the door. It's kind of nice to let your kids run around and know that they can't escape out the front door if they get out of eye shot or accidentally tag along with another group. This place is really cool for parties or an afternoon of fun, we will definitely return. read more

I feel the young people working there are unqualified to "counsel" the young kids that attend the camp. I have two grandchildren who were deeply harmed by counselors doing "counseling" at Xtreme Craze. Children are very impressionable - they were afraid and very unhappy with the experience. read more

Great party venue! I'm 27 and would probably even come here if I ever had the urge to play lazer tag! (Who doesn't love lazer tag?) The arena is very large and is also bilevel. I think the coolest part is that you can actually see the lazer beams from the guns, unlike Golfland/Sunsplash lazer tag, or the old QVAR spot. My boyfriend's work recently had a team building event here as well - so it's not just fun for kids but adults too! Not only is there an arcade, but large bounce houses as well! Outside the Lazer tag area, it's very much a "chuck e cheese" type of venue. (But many of those in our group said the pizza here was even better) One downside was that besides pizza and chips, I didn't see many other options for food. But as a kid, what more do you need? Also in the same building as the blue oaks movie theater and in the same complex and several restaurants. read more

In summary: ..EXPENSIVE Laser tag is was more expensive than other places. My $20 games card got us 5 video games. They weren't fancy games either. This breaks down to $4 for a game! They don't even give you the real paper tickets. No one is allowed to go into to jump area unless they are 10 or younger. My son and I had to sit on the sidelines and watch my little girl play. The school aged staff here don't believe in smiling. I have been here before and said that I wouldn't be coming back. I only came here because I needed to eat up some time. Had an absolutely amazing time here with our Junior High group of around 150. They went above and beyond with us and treated us SO GREAT. I would highly highly recommend this place for any size group. The staff is amazing and on the ball. I celebrated my boys second birthday here last Sunday and I have to say it was the best decision made for what is available in this area! This place is great for the kids, it has the fun factors little and big kids are looking for from big obstacle like bounce houses, to easy to win arcade games, to laser tag. Although we didn't get the laser tag package because my boy and his friends are fairly little, I must say great investment for a great party here even my guests were thinking of future bookings here because of its ambience and open free space so we can easily keep our eyes on the little ones without them going astray into different little rooms like other places. Our party hosts Chris and Delaney we're quite helpful making set up a breeze for me. We ordered pizza, chicken fingers, and mini corn dogs off the menu they came out quick and hot. This place was amazing! I have gone about 3 times with my dad and we both had a blast. We want to go back. They have a giant two story laser-tag with like glowing pillars. They also have a bunch of blowups and bounce houses right next to the variety of arcade games. I would always go back there to take friends and go with family. Location was very clean, bright and cheerful. It has a very professionally done feel. The laser tag arena is amazing with a focus on safety. The floors are carpeted and there are tag referees roaming the arena throughout the playtime. It's a true tag game, not a combat war game. I took my 64 yo mother, 9 and 5 yo sons and 22 yo nephew. My husband has taken my sons and friends here before, but today I took my youngest to meet friends here and now I see why my family raves about it. It's actual laser tag, not a kill them all type of game, which I highly appreciate. It's clean, they keep it cool, it smells good. We went for my son's 11th birthday for the unlimited lazer tag, this was a joke!!!! The boys got to play 2 games in 3 hours because they kept having private parties interupt the unlimited night. We spoke to the manager onsite and he said there was nothing he could do about it because the head manager had booked the private sessions and she wasn't there. They offered tokens to play some games, we did not come there for that we came and paid good money for UNLIMITED LAZER TAG. VERY clean!!!. They were not busy because it was during regular school hours. Great bounce house area. Video/arcade style games that give you tickets for prizes. But the highlight was the laser tag. Zoe was very helpful explaining everything and as a courtesy came to ask if it was ok that another pair of kids could join my gkids in the laser tag time that we were waiting for.. Was definitely not an issue but was very nice to be asked.. She was also the referee/marshal during the laser tag and was so good with explaining everything to everyone. Went here on Friday at 8pm and there was barely anyone. There was only like 12 of us. One thing I don't like about their laser tag is they don't have a pause when you shoot a player. You just keeping shooting at the player and it got stupid because no one was shooting at each other as much. People kept going to the other opponents side to shoot there target to earn more points. Ok this place is pretty awesome i have to admit, i walked in thinking this is like any other lazer tag place but it wasnt had fun games very nice staff and the lazer tag is a lot longer 40 minutes instead of 8 minutes two story play area and when my son wanted to get out because the vest was to loud (he has sensitve ears) they let him leave to the game area and gave him tokens to play games while his friend finished lazer tag, highly recommend! read more

Terrible customer service and a complete rip off. The manager Ciana literally laughed at us when we requested to be on same team but made sure the other families were together. They even put the two youngest in our family on a complete opposite team! Then made the teams 4 vs 6 in the next round. We spent over $200 at this place and were treated terribly. Don't come here! Had my sons 10th birthday here. He is my last of 3 so by now I have been to or had a party at almost every place in the area. The party was well organized and fun. It lasts just under 2 hours and they show you a schedule ahead of time. Everyone that worked there was pleasant and helpful. The kids had a blast playing laser tag, the arcade had a nice selection of games and the pizza was decent. The price was in-line with the other party places in the area. Overall we had fun and it was a success. So why not 5 stars?? No party rooms. The party is held out in an open area.
