Went here just yesterday for the mani and pedi and I've got to say I'm pretty disappointed. The girl who did my nails, not only polished my nails really harshly that I got a cut in my thumb and still hurts pretty badly the next day, but she did my nails and feet all less than 45 minutes. I got a groupon a few months ago for lash extensions. That was my first mistake... I went in and they had great customer service, had a very clean establishment. I wanted to get lash extensions since I was about to start in person school again (I wanted to look good what can I say). Throughout the process my eyes were watering which I thought was normal. At the end of the session, my eyes were burning and it felt like there was something in my eye the whole time. She just put the fan on the lashes and I left. I took very good care of them... no makeup, oil free skincare, the whole 9 yards. I made sure to not sleep on my side so I didn't mess them up either. However, when I woke up the next day my right eye was bloodshot red and the lashes were falling off. I thought I might have accidentally slept on them or something. I was wrong. They used the wrong glue. I called and asked to come back in to fill them in since none of this was my fault. They complied and fixed everything for free. The next day when I woke up after the fill, both eyes were bright red and my lash line was inflamed and puffy. I do not trust the products they use and they don't take accountability. This place is beyond horrible in terms of the way they run the business. So I had an appointment and wanted to reschedule for the same day, and I was not expecting them to take my appointment since it was a very last minute. I just called hoping that they would have a last-minute cancellation. When they answered a man answer not really knowing what's going on and just transferred my phone call to another lady. She at first said they are fully booked and cannot take my appointment. So I just said I would stick to my original appointment. But then, she called right back and said that there was a change in schedule and that they could see me in 5 to 10 minutes, so I got ready and got there. And the man told me to go to the back. And I waited for a receptionist and no one really helped me until the lady who was on the phone back-and-forth asked me if I was there for my 2 o'clock appointment. And then she said that she double booked the day and the employee called in sick. But literally I spoke to her three minutes prior and she even called me back to come right now. How is it that there was a change in a schedule and an employee called in sick inA matter of three minutes. I was trying to squeeze in disappointment in between my busy schedule so when I told her that it was not professional she just said I'm sorry. Once they charge you money, they won't care about you anymore even their service is not complete yet, their attitude will become extremely rude. Also they charge extra for the nails service . When I first started going here, the lashes lasted closer to a full 3 weeks, were under $100, and looked great. Less than a year later, the prices have soared for the same last set, and worst of all...I got some kind of freaking chemical burn on my eyelid -I'm assuming from the glue used. And because my eyes were so irritated, I could not keep them on for more than a few days. My wife really had a bad experience here. We walked in to this place and the guy who did her hair took less than 20 min to get her hair done because of another customer who had an appointment with him walked in during the middle. My wife had this frizzy hair before the haircut and she wanted to have her hair cut a little bit short and after the haircut it's even worse than it looked before with no stylish at all and the length of hair is so uneven, that she had to find another salon to fix it. This is the best So Cal salon! The environment is clean. They cleaned after they finished with every client, so you won't see many hair on the ground. What a professional attitude!!! My hair stylist is professional! Arrived at 6pm not the busy hour; finished at 6:30pm (wash, hair cut, wash again, hair style). They also provide water and coffee for free as well. Especially the bathroom!!!!! Super CLEAN and very comfortable. Great experience ever. Definitely will come back for next hair cut FOR SURE!!!! read more

I went in for a walk in pedicure, asking if they could be done in 40 min because I had limited time. I asked specifically if they could do it by 2:30pm and was told yes. The girl who did my pedicure was slow as molasses, and had zero social skills. She filled up a scalding hot bucket for me to soak my feet in and did not check the temperature. I burned my feet and had to tell her to make the water colder. She used instruments that were clearly not sterilized. The buffer and nail file had been used. She used a roll of paper towels to dry my feet instead of towels. She proceeded with painting my nails but did not use any lotion or give any foot or leg massage, as is standard with a $50 pedicure. She took till 2:45, which made me 15 min later than I was told it would take and then proceeded to ask me how much I was going to tip! Horrible salon, unclean, lack of awareness from the workers, will say yes to anything to get you to pay. Definitely not worth $50. read more
