I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for 23 years and have never had them bleed, swell or hurt nearly as bad as this. I waited overnight to see if the swelling or redness would subside, but I am pretty sure I am going to scab at this point. Not only that but I am in excruciating pain. Furthermore, I came in to get a gel fill, because their website says they do gels, later they informed me they do not do gel fills. Finally, after getting a pedicure since they couldn't do anything else, I was charged a whopping EIGHTY DOLLARS for a pedicure, I didn't even have callus removal and it was EIGHTY DOLLARS. My friend got a pedicure WITH callus removal and hers was FOURTY DOLLARS! I'm not sure if this place should even legally be open if they are going to permanently SCAR PEOPLE'S FACES! I only came here as a desperate last option because every other nail salon was closed early on a Sunday but lesson learned! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!' Secondly, they wouldn't refund her money thru Groupon even though they have the choice to do that. Eyelash extension - I have been here many times already and recently Coco has been doing my lashes. She always did an amazing and beautiful job, and in less than 1 hour. The glue is not irritating. The lashes stay on for at least a couple of weeks and they still look decent and 'natural'. The place is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. They offer different types of lashes. Other places may be cheaper but I have to go back sooner, which is a waste of my time. It adds up to about same same cost. I will continue to go back to Y&S for my lashes. read more

Showed up for my apt, they were overbooked and only one technician was available to do both the mani and pedi. The technician asked if I had a Groupon, I said I was told not to purchase and she acknowledged. I go to pay and they say the Groupon is expired and proceed to argue about the price. My first time coming here went ok without problems, but when l went back for my refill, I waited for an hour and then the lady came to say I have to wait for another 20 minutes. This was after she called and postponed my appointment for 2 days. So I couldn't wait longer therefore she rescheduled me again. When I came for the 3rd time I waited an hour, then she came out to say she took another customer who didn't have an appointment instead of me, she canceled mine and asked me to leave. I found this place from Groupon and I purchased gel mani and gel pedi service. The place was clean and employees were all wearing masks. I made an appt at 4 and I came on time but it took almost 4 hours for them to complete my service. So frustrated. I have never been sitting in nail service this long. Plus be-aware! If you use groupon, you are stuck with very few color choice and it has to be one color. If you choose 2 color, or any other type of color, you pay extra ($5). Apparently they gave gel color from japan (extra 20$), or glittery/chrome type (extra 8$). any design $10 each finger. I was never limited like that when I visit to other nail salons. I paid extra 50$ to have little design. I don't think Groupon deal was worth it compare to the time and money I spent. read more

Worst experience ever! Avoid at all costs. I made an appointment at 3 pm, arrived on time. I was prepared to wait for sometime. After 10 more minutes nobody checks on me to tell me how much more time it will take. It's past 20 min now, I decide to ask myself "is there a long wait ". No direct face to face contact, everyone is busy talking in a foreign language that I do not understand. Finally one lady asks if I can come another day. I don't think I need to say anything more. This was my second time there. One star too much! I got the $78 lashes for better quality even though she did not mention on Groupon that the $38 ones are the crappy ones. The first visit she kept belching and burping close to my face while working on m eyelashes. Second visit was for my fill which she said $40. But since I did not have the money, I went in 4 weeks. 1)She carged me $60 for the fill! what a fucking punishment! Specially during COVID that people are so poor?!!!!! 2) She texted me without saying her name or anything asking me if I need an appointment. So not knowing it was her, I said no. The day of the appointment she put the blame on me as she was working on a friend or family member. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes!!!! 3) The bed sheet was not changed after the last client! How did I know? It was wrinkled and not a fresh sheet with no new lines! 4) She AGAIN was burping over my face the whole time! 5) I had no privacy in the room as her friends kept coming by the door and talking to her loudly and not being considerate about a client that her time was wasted for 45 minutes!!!! 6) **** The deal breaker that I will NEVER go back there****** She fucking rushed through doing my eyelashes so much that they are glued on together 2 at a time! My eye lid is itchy and the eyelashes are coming off with mine with them because they were glued on together!
