Garage spring snapped fairly late at night and Salem responded quickly that evening and was even willing to come out that night to diagnose the issue for me. We ended up meeting in the morning and Salem diagnosed the problem, gave me my options of replacing an individual spring or all of the springs and told me the pros and cons of each, and also pointed out some other worn out pieces on the garage door. Ultimately went with replacing all of the springs and rollers and Salem was able to get four custom springs for me the next day for the replacement.
