First time in this new location, looks very clean and nice! Irina was amazing, did a great job on my hands and feet! Love the bright pink ("brand color" :-) Wish more people knew about this dry manicure - pedicure place and give it a try! Much better and safer and cleaner than traditional nail salons.

This review is for the eyebrow lamination, tint & shape. I've seen this trend all over social media and decided to give it a try. I grew out my brows for 2 months. Today Tanya did an AMAZING job I am so happy the way my eyebrows turned out. I also get my manicure & pedicures here at YARCO. I've been a loyal customer for almost two years. I am VERY VERY picky and I'm so pleased with all my services here. Do not hesitate to give YARCO a try you will not be disappointed. All the ladies here are so helpful and super nice. Yara the owner is a doll such a sweet & genuine person who runs her business very well.

I have had very thin nails my whole life, so I need to keep my manicures maintained in order for my nails not to break often. I have been getting acrylic nail extensions for years and noticed that my nails were getting severely damaged from how rough acrylics are, so I decided to see if there are any nail techs near me that do Russian manicures (since I would get them whenever I was in Russia and LOVED the results). For some reason, Russian manicures weren't very popular in the USA until a few years ago so I couldn't find anyone local to me (in San Francisco) but I found Yarco Studio in Mountain View! I have been coming to Yarco studio since they first opened and I will keep coming back as long as I live in the Bay Area. I drive over 45 minutes to this salon for my nail appointments because the quality of their work and customer service is unmatched! Lena is an amazing nail tech and my nails end up PERFECT after every appointment, I am very picky about my nail shape and I have never had any issues or ever had to come back for a broken/chipped nail. When I was getting acrylics I would need to get a fill every 2 weeks because they looked so outgrown, but with a Russian manicure my nails last 4-6 weeks without any breakage and they grow out so naturally! I noticed my nails and cuticles started to heal with time and my hands are finally back to being healthy and recovered from acrylics/harmful chemicals they endured for years before. The manicures are a little more on the pricey side but it's so worth it once you see the quality and how long the manicure lasts you. Russian manicures are healthier for your nails, they last longer, and they look so much better!

Great customer service! They greet you with a beverage and chocolate. And if you're a new client they gift you a cute goodie bag with cuticle oil and lotion, that was a nice touch. Now for the nails themselves... Bema did overall good job with the exception of a few nicks/cuts when cutting my cuticles. I have 4 cuts that still sting. Hopefully that won't happen again at my next visit. But the paint job was good pand very detailed. I tried my first Russian manicure at a diff location and can tell the difference in their technique. This place seems more authentic Russian manicure. Let's see how they hold up. I'll follow up with retention feedback in a few weeks. Overall do recommend this place.

I normally don't get manicures, and so I came in for my first one when I was getting engaged. The staff did a great job answering my questions about how to best take care of my nails. I liked the manicure so much that I now pretty much constantly have my nails done. My favorite tech is Anna, and she always does a great job with my nails. So much so, I trusted her without a doubt for my wedding nails (French pictured). She went the extra mile to shape and paint the nails to perfection, paying attention to details and constantly seeking my feedback on how they were looking. Attention to detail and responsiveness to feedback are two consistent traits I've seen with Anna, so I would recommend her without a doubt! I also cannot speak enough about the quality and longevity of the nails! First, they've enabled my nails to grow the longest they've ever been without breaking, an impressive feat considering I work with my hands in a lab all the time. They also last and look great for over a month - I've gotten multiple compliments on them 3-4 weeks post-manicure, and people are shocked when they learn they look that good for that long. I could probably push the time between manis longer, but I just get annoyed with the nails growing too long. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place. The vibe is professional and the manicures are high-quality, definitely making them worth the higher price point. I love always feeling put together and not having to worry about my nails for a month at a time.

Decided to try out the "Russian" or dry manicure and was pleasantly surprised w the results. My manicure definitely lasts longer than my typical gel manicure and the overall look is a lot better. I think it's important to note that the gel setting for the base and first coat BURNS! I thought it was just me but the first time I went another customer made that comment to the tech. I've been 4 times now and it's the same every time. It's also A LOT pricier than your regular gel manicure and takes a lot longer. So prepare for that. This salon is very clean and the staff is attentive upon arrival. After that it's pretty quiet and every time I've been there the only talking I really hear is between the nails techs or if the person they are working on happens to speak Russian. But personally I don't mind a quiet session. All that said, here is my experience(s) breakdown: Cleanliness: 5/5 Ambience: 4/5 (they offer water, tea, etc. when you arrive), the only down side is they have a tv playing what seems like "travel blogger" videos with techno-like music as a backdrop ON LOOP. So if you're there for 60-90 mins and can't tune it out, it'll definitely make you a little crazy Staff friendliness:4/5 (based on above note) Manicure quality:4/5 (one time I had a different, presumably new tech and my manicure was def different, and this last time there was a little bit of "spill") Overall, it's worth trying it at least once and see if it's worth your time and money.

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done with Lilia. She does an amazing job each time and her attention to detail unmatched! I look forward to my new set each time!

The best and cleanest gel manicure i have received in the past 10 years in bay area. The salon is clean and quiet. Unlike other nail salons, there is no loud talking and laughing the whole time. I'd recommend going here for a gel manicure or pedicure & have done that a few times. I would NOT recommend going for a regular polish manicure. I recently went for one and the polish was tacky/gooey 3 hours later, bubbled up, and all peeled off. Truly a disappointment given the high price. read more

I loooove YARCO Studio. I almost want to keep it a secret so I can make sure I get the appointments I want but these ladies deserve praise. My go-tos are Sasha and Hely, I've gone for both manicures and pedicures. Like others have said, these services do take longer than most salons and you should prepare for that. I truly don't mind bc I see how much effort and details these ladies put in making sure I leave happy every time. It also is pricer but every other salon I've gone to has made my nails weaker from over filing, my nails feel stronger since they are so gentle and precise with their techniques. The best nail salon in the SF Bay area! I have been going to Russian mani & pedi salons for years now and I am so happy I found Yarco studio. Amazing service, top quality nail professionals. I had a manicure with regular polish done but they also have a great variety of other services available. Booking was very easy through the link I found on their Insta profile, you can also call them to book. I was greeted right away and was offered hot tea with a cookie and water. Easy to find in the plaza, plenty of parking. The studio itself is bright, very clean and nicely decorated. My master was Ilmira and she did a perfect job. He was perhaps a manager of sorts? Anyway, he was getting totally chewed out over the phone by some customer. Obviously I don't know the exact situation, but it's never okay to speak that way to any service provider! Kudos to him for keeping his cool, calmly offering multiple solution options, and ultimately speaking up (still politely) to let the customer know that they needed to tone it down.

The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes. I've been trying a lot of salons and tbh I expected maybe a but too much? :(

I've been wanting to try a Russian manicure for a while now and finally came to Yarco for my first one after the studio was recommended by a friend. My nails came out great and I'm very happy with the quality, service, and overall experience. Russian manicures are much more expensive than the regular gel manicures I've been getting for years, but I think they're well worth it and I'm not sure I can go back to regular anymore. They even gave me a really cute gift (cuticle oil and hand lotion) on my way out for being a first-time customer. Best nail salon ever. Best manicures and pedicures ever. Amazing technicians that always do great. I've been going for more than a year and they never fail me. I love going to Natalie, Lena, and Illona! They do the absolute best every time! One thing I focus on the most is retention. Their retention is amazing and I don't take care of my nails THAT much.
