    Deviled Eggs and skillet cornbread
    Kevin W.

Dining area is dark and very loud,, primarily because it's usually busy both inside and out. The location in restaurant row in the venetian becomes a bustling place at night, even a weekday night. Service here is top notch, can't think of anything I would ask them to improve on. The diet coke we ordered came in a small 8oz glass bottle, nice!!! We started with some deviled eggs - maybe the best I've ever had, just tons of flavor and they didn't have to do it with a bunch of junk piled on top. Tangy mustard flavor it seemed, but they were excellent. We also tried the skillet cornbread. It had a generous pat of butter on top and came out in a small iron skillet on a cutting board. Presentation was great but the cornbread missed me a little, I'm just not a fan of whole chunks of corn in my cornbread - just a personal preference, others at the table said it was good. Chicken and waffles is the star of the show here folks. Actually any of the fried chicken dishes - you can't go wrong. It is perfectly crispy on the outside and very tender chicken meat. It is fall apart tender without being dried out. They even offer both - the fried chicken AND the waffles - in a gluten free variation. The waffles were clearly different looking and perhaps not quite as tasty, but the gluten free chicken was every bit delicious as the regular. The plate is also served with "chilled spiced watermelon" which were chunks of watermelon that tasted amazing. This could even be a dessert, but it was a nice refreshing "side". We also tried several of the sides: Collard greens - these were a miss for me, not much flavor going on even though they did have some shredded chicken in there, Plenty meat to be satisfying, but not much flavor there. I like my greens with a little kick of vinegar. They brought some house hot sauce out for the chicken dishes - if you get the collards I recommend using this and it elevates the collards a great deal. I was quite happy with them after adding the hot sauce. Crispy Brussel Sprouts - These come with a "spiced honey". I loved the flavor. It was a little sweet which I was expecting, but I didn't find them very crispy. Nonetheless, the flavor was excellent.

I've been to this Yardbird location once before a few years ago and I thought it was just okay. It definitely wasn't bad, but not outstanding either. Let me tell you, that all changed with this trip. My husband and I sat at the bar and had the BEST time. Both the food and service were outstanding! I wish I could remember our bartender's name because he definitely deserves a shout out. He made me what is quite possibly the best espresso martini I've ever had in my decade of legal drinking. Everything we ordered from drinks to food to dessert were incredible. I especially loved their take on fried okra. I'm eagerly awaiting my next trip to Las Vegas where you can be sure I'll be dining at the Yard Bird bar at least once!

Amazing!!! Not a fan of fried chicken so I was avoiding Yardbird for a while. That is until I showed up 7am for a breakfast!!! Staff was super friendly and eager to show me the best possible experience! I went with their recommendation of Cowboy burrito!! What a choice. To die for!! Restaurant is actually huge although it doesn't look like it from the outside! Very lovely experience!!!

Yardbird inside the Venetian was the perfect pre-concert stop before seeing No Doubt at The Sphere. We were on a bit of a tight schedule, and the service was fast, friendly, and totally on point without making us feel rushed. The warm and woody interior made us feel right at home. I had the deviled eggs and the fried green tomato BLT stacks, and both were delicious. The deviled eggs were a great starter, and the fried green tomato stacks were crispy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of pork belly, frisée (curled endive), and pimento cheese on top. My friend had the shrimp and grits, which were also a hit. The shrimp were enormous and cooked to perfection while the grits were creamy and delicious. Southern comfort food at its best. Great food, great service, and an easy choice before a show. Yardbird definitely helped kick off the night on the right note.

Got seats the at bar when I got there, servers were nice but seemed overwhelmed maybe, with how busy it was because they only checked in once. I did manage to order one appetizer and drink but didn't get an opportunity to try anything else. Ordered the deviled eggs and they tasted pretty good, lots of dill flavor and tons of egg yolks, but it wrecked my stomach like 20 minutes later. Not sure if they weren't fresh but I would not order it again. It was also freezing at the bar. Other food looked delicious like the chicken and waffles and the popcorn shrimp and I heard the fried green tomatoes are yummy too. Nice convenient location.

Southern comfort food is not a cuisine that I eat often, so it was nice to check out Yardbird. Through their website, I was able to easily make a reservation. When I arrived, I was seated fairly quickly, within about 5 minutes. I ordered 2 main dishes and 1 side dish to share with my partner. This was more than enough food for the both of us. We couldn't finish everything because of the big portions. Crispy Fingerling Potatoes seasoned with pecorino, rosemary, and chives - these were buttery and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A nice sharing dish. Lemon Basil Rigatoni cooked with roasted garlic cashew cream and market vegetables - creamy and savory. The lemon added a nice touch of acidity. This dish is lighter to eat than many other pasta dishes. Creamy Jambalaya Pasta with cajun cream sauce, andouille sausage, peppers, grilled chicken, and shrimp - tasted very rich because of the sauce. This dish had a mild kick of spice. I liked the smoky flavor from the sausage. For me, the biggest drawback about this restaurant is how loud it was inside as well as the lack of service. My partner and I had a difficult time hearing each other from across the table. Additionally, the staff were not attentive to us at all. One thing to keep in mind - regardless of your party size, there is an 18% gratuity automatically added to your bill, and the calculation is based on your total after tax (not an ideal situation).

This place is located in Grand Canal Shoppes in the heart of Vegas. There is a full bar with seating and a decent-sized dining area. The staff there was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I liked that the bartender told me the gratuity was already added to my bill before giving it to me, so I did not add another full gratuity (which I have done before by accident). This restaurant serves some Cajun fare, including steak, fried chicken, ribs, salmon, jambalaya, and brisket. They also offer savory cocktails. I ordered Lewellyn's Fine Fried Chicken and got a Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade to wash it down. My food was ready really fast. It was hot, fresh, tasty, and delicious. My drink was really good too. I would recommend getting both. I really enjoyed my experience here and highly recommend checking out this small chain restaurant. I will definitely be back very soon.

This place is awesome. We had perfect service from start to finish. Our waitress recommended the best cocktail for me and was so attentive and informative. The best thing was the Texas Twinkie. Actually the best thing we tasted on our whole weekend! TRY THESE!! Jalapeño stuffed with short ribs and cheese and a sweet and spicy sauce. The fried chicken is amazing too. So many bourbons as well!!

We stayed at the Pallazo and this spot was walking distance... we decided to try it and were very pleased . The place was busy on a Saturday morning but we did get seated about 10 min after walking in. Our waiter was really sweet and greeted us immediately. The food was good and fresh. I tried the fried chicken and waffles . My husband has ranchero eggs, he didn't care much for his plate. Some pros were service , food and ambiance. Some cons were they add 18% automatically, they do ask if you want them to remove they will ... but I mean who's gonna say yes ?! Kinda awkward. Also the host ran into the bus boy and they spilled milk all over him ... overall I would return only if I was nearly I wouldn't go out of my way.

My company team and I came here for dinner, and it was such a lovely experience! I believe they booked a private room with a set menu, and I genuinely thought everything was delicious. Service was incredible despite how large of a group we were, and our waitress on our side of the table was so sweet. Food came out really quickly, and I loved chatting and eating with my co workers. I would definitely come back here again if I came with friends or family! I especially loved the short rib, salad, and pesto pasta. Those are must orders!

My partner and I had a reservation for dinner during our visit to Vegas and first impressions is that this restaurant is super LOUD. As expected though, full of customers and people walking by, it's the center of all the attention inside the The Venetian Las Vegas Hotel. It's nice to note that inside is quite the darker lighting so that was a nice tough to the vibes overall. We were seated immediately with a reservation and our orders were taken within 15 minutes or so. Staff here is pretty friendly but not anything over the top. Restaurant was super busy so it's understandable. At times, my partner and I did feel like we weren't even there. Food: Arrived pretty quick, was impressed with the presentation and how the staff explained each dish. -- Crispy Fingerling Potatoes ($15) -- Presented in a pot, this dish consist of Pecorino, Rosemary, and Chives. The potatoes were bite size, and a decent appetizer to start the meal, not too salty and not too overwhelming as well. -- Creamy Jambalaya Pasta ($38) -- Covered in Cajun Cream Sauce, Andouille Sausage, Peppers, Grilled Chicken, and shrimp, there's a bit of a spice that's in every bite, it just wasn't anything special. I had found some shrimp shells in my shrimp but it was manageable to clear out. Aside from that, portions are pretty standard so there's a plus on that front. For the price, I would choose another option. 6/10 -- Lemon Basil Rigatoni VEGAN ($28) -- Comes covered in Roasted Garlic Cashew Cream, and some vegetables, pretty opposite to the Jambalaya pasta, each bite was pretty flavorful and I thought it complimented the spicy flavor of the Jambalaya. Portions are pretty big as well but not as much as the other dish. Would order this again. 8/10 Overall, a solid restaurant with decent food, seems more of a brunch place so I'll see if my partner and I can revisit next time to try other dishes. It's quite loud to the point where I have to raise my voice quite a bit just for my partner to hear me.

Chicken was absolutely delicious, Mac n cheese was a must! I definitely could have shared with my dad but we enjoyed the leftovers the next day. We had Lawrence as our server and he was an absolute sweetheart. So attentive and friendly. Will absolutely come back next time we are in town!

    Short rib hash and biscuit.
    Trish S.

The best fried chicken I've ever eaten, hands down, nowhere else has even come close. Big fluffy waffles. Bourbon maple syrup. Honey hot sauce. Spiced watermelon. Zero complaints about my brunch. The coffee was good and water glasses stayed full. My husband really enjoyed the short rib hash. It was a flavorbomb. Almost stewlike, and very rich . He only had regrets after I let him try some me of my chicken and he wished he wasn't too full to eat more . Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back.

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
