Well I think it's official we can't afford to eat here. I know a lot of places have raised prices but these prices are too high for myself and family without the quality being there. I ordered a chorizo place I believe it was 14.85 and it wasn't tasty at all. The rice was a copy from a rice a Roni box , the beans at zero flavor and the plate only came with one tortilla. I will add the restaurant is always very clean that I do appreciate.

I've been here a handful of times. This is your average, local spot that does a bit of everything. The type of spot you go to when you wanna ditch the chains. It's very roomy inside and every time I've been, it's never really anyone inside. That's not necessarily a bad thing. The service is good. Not a lot of vegan options but a good amount of vegetarian items. I typically get the breakfast burrito, egg sandwich and fries. I haven't had any bad egg sandwiches and here is no different. The breakfast burrito is cool, not in my top but does the job. The fries are similar. If in the area with time to pass, I'd stop by and grab something but it's not a spot I'd go outta the way for, nor does it have anything that makes me crave.

We used to love coming here but now it seems the prices go up and the quality goes down. While I appreciate the "made to order" freshness it's never very good. Burgers are always burnt and dry. Decided to try the new smashburger cause the photo looks good at the restaurant....i didn't realize less meat and toppings equaled a higher price. When we order the buffalo chicken fries we get fries with a couple chicken pieces and no onion. Unfortunately we won't be returning. The prices are not worth it and the quality has gone down significantly.

Used to really luv the chow here but it's been going down hill and we recently tried the smash burger was very disappointed they smash it thinner and charge you more, not lettuce or tomato just dry meat.... Was more like a meat hot pocket supposed to be a double burger like really....very disappointed.

We've been coming here since it opened! I gave it four stars because most of the time the food is pretty good and it's hot but every once in a while you'll get something that's cold or soggy or doesn't have a lot of flavor. For the most part, the food is good here the service is great and the ambience is pretty cool. They have TVs that they usually show some type of sporting event on and everyone here is very helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoy coming here whether it's to eat there or to take home. Breakfast is good. I really enjoy the chorizo with beans. We also like their burgers.

Paid 9.01 for a small "zucchini" and a medium Pepsi. I received one side of ranch and asked for a second and was told they needed .85 cents for some freaking ranch!!! I should have really listened to the reviews :( I'm sad to let y'all know this place is NOT the spot to go for zucchini. I would DEFINITELY drive to Elsinore to eat Douglas burger zucchini. What a waste of money :( They don't even taste like zucchini??? How does this not get resolved ???

I ordered a Pasrrami Sandwich Combo. The serving size for the Fries is not acceptable. I paid 24,00 dollars for a combo . It's not worth the price with the serving size. I advise to look over at your service and convince your customers to come back. I have been here a few times and this time was the worst experience.

Dined in here during Thursday night on rainy day. Restaurant was empty upon entering. Valentine decoration was lit up around in the restaurant for upcoming Valentine in next 3 weeks. I was feeling for having breakfast at that time and this is the benefit when you dine in here, you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu all day! Deciding on Ultimate breakfast and never disappointed. I had massive person, for me who normally eat in little portion. You get 3 eggs (your style), sausages, bacon, slice of ham, potato hash, bread and pancakes. And they are tasty. Service was quite good, and attentive (not too sure if this was because we are the only customer at that time). Suggestion in this business will be the thorough description on the menu. I found many menus listed on the board (for walk-in guest) do not have detail what it is comprised of. Will need to put this into consideration.

This restaurant is beautifully decorated inside. Currently lots of wonderful Spring decorations. Saturday around 11am. We ordered the ultimate breakfast and the California breakfast burrito. The food was great. Service was quick from a friendly staff. Great place

Yellow Basket in Wildomar, CA/Clinton Keith Rd: Order #9028/To Go #142, 3/5/18, 7:50pm Ordered Fish & Chips, $9.35+tax=$10.08 Received average order of fries that were already getting cold and limp, and three small (maybe two finger size) fried fish fillets. Asked for ketchup and did not receive. Did not receive any plasticware either. Carefully noted deficiencies to two cashiers who immediately became defensive, made excuses, and blamed their boss. Paid over $10 for a low volume of sub-par food and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go next door to the El Pollo Loco. read more

This new yellow basket is my favorite thus far. The Decor is elegant, simple and classic. Inside looked neat and Bathrooms are very clean. The Customer service rocks! I had at least 3 people check up on us while we dined and that was a plus. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries, husband had the chili cheese fries and bacon burger. Everything was made fresh and tasty, especially the ranch. Fries were perfectly crisp, and overall this location is doing an honestly outstanding job. :) Enjoy guys!! read more

The burgers are huge and messy in the best way! Crispy lettuce, tomato and crispy bacon too. Besides that I ordered fries and they were lightly salted and still warm when delivered. I would recommend this burger to all the folks that remember the old Steve's Burgers joints. Sorry no photo the burger was too much for my patience. read more

I finally went to yellow basket! It was great!! I had the fish and chips dinner and my daughter had the chicken strip basket and we also had a small onion rings on the side! The place is immaculate and the food came out super fast! The service was outstanding!! I am truly impressed!!! read more

This place on Clinton Keith SUCKS!!! The score of 1 is too generous!! They never ever get an order done correctly. My wife is extremely allergic to raw onions and I asked for both burgers without onions...TWICE for NO ONIONS! The jerk that took the order even repeated back to me NO ONIONS and did not mark NO ONIONS on the order slip. What a jackass!! I got home and both Cheeseburgers were loaded with ONIONS!!! This is the 3rd time this has happened. The Manager is an idiot! I will NEVER go back to this place ever!! No wonder there weren't any cars at this joint! They just don't understand a person with food allergies... there are multitude of burger joints that are better tasting and actually listen to the customer. read more

I have managed several restaurants in San Diego and have almost 30 years in the restaurant industry. I went through the drive through tonight and was shocked how pleasant the gentleman order taker was right off the bat. He was incredibly polite when I asked for more time and when I made my order. I was so impressed right then and there for the caliber of customer service I was getting through a DRIVE THROUGH. I mean, hello? We all know what we normally get, right? Then I got to the window and was treated equally as warm and hospitably by the female cashier!!!! What?! Where am I? I had to check. I love giving credit where credit is due when I recognize excellence (rare in my book because I have the highest standards), so I called immediately to tell the manager that if I was still managing, I would snake her two wonderful employees. She said they were family and that I couldn't have them. Now that is the right attitude! I just got served by a family of staff that knows what customer service is about. 5 STARS!!! read more

I have given this place 3 chances and they have failed every time. This final time was the worse of all 3 experiences with this place. I ordered a Taco Salas and when I got home and opened it up I was shocked at what I saw, it was absolutely horrible! It was a bed of ice burg lettuce sprinkled with little bits of hard chewy meat, a few chips, some sour cream and that was it. I was so disappointed in this salad. read more

They redeemed themselves with a couple of recent orders. The chorizo and eggs plate was beyond perfect. The CFS breakfast was also delicious. My root beer was perfectly mixed. As usual, the onion rings hit the mark. Glad I returned for another try. read more

Worst customer service ever. I ordered food they gave me the wrong size Item. I called and spoke with the manger who told me I have to drive back with the food, I'm on my way out to LA I'm not turning around to come back for a large fry. I said I will be back tomorrow and she said I have to bring back the food it's a French fry just fix it by making me a French fry the next day. This is such a bad experience. Arguably one of the worse burritos I've ever had. This "carne asada" meat is either 100% all tendon or grossly overcooked. Its a lump of chewy and less than tasty cheap meat. Every single bite with meat that i got i spit out or pulled out. Absolutely disgusting and will not order again. read more

Pleasantly surprised for fast food drive through. I was able to order a pretty good Cobb salad, freshly prepared at a drive through, that's a pretty big plus. I didn't go inside & im not sure I'd choose this type of place to do so when there are so many other options around, however I would definitely drive through for a good meal again. read more

Friendly staff, clean environment. I was bad and ordered too much...fries, sourdough avacado bacon burger, and fish taco. Fish taco was good, nothing special but tasty. Salsa and cabbage was yummy, just soaked through tortilla and tortilla wasn't the best, but it was still good. Fries were hot and crunchy. Ranch and thousand island dressing was good. Burger was very good. Great charbroiled taste. If I ordered again I would have asked for no onion ring in it as it didn't add much to it. But tasty food and I'd definitely stop by again. Good prices. Didn't notice the Jr burger options, next time I'll go with the smaller stuff. But yummy food and nice people. read more

Tonight I went to get the Family Dinner to go. My order was a large order & it included 2 salads & one was a Taco salad. I waited over 25 mins for my order, then when I got home I opened up the bags, boxes of food & my taco salad had ALL YELLOW LETTUCE, Just GROSS! as you can see I posted a few pictures of the 2 salads side by side & the yellow taco salad by its self. I will start from the first impression of the inside. Very nice! Not like the other yellow baskets, this ones updated with tvs and a digital menu. The employees were very friendly. So an A+ for customer service. Now to the food. I liked my veggie sandwich and the onion rings seemed little stale. The burger was pretty good. The blt was just ok and well the fries were so soggy. I know this is a soft opening and they have alot of kinks to work out but if the owner doesnt want to get any bad review fix the fries. Fries can own a place. So many places have krispy seasoned fries. These were not :( another suggestion is maybe adding a veggie burger to your menu. So many people are into eating better that a veggie burger would be a great addition to the menu. I will def be coming back in a few weeks to give it another shot read more

Came to this restaurant this morning for some breakfast. I absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful, brought out everything so quick (which is good because I was SO HUNGRY) I love the restaurant setting so homey feeling and spacious. The food was very good I had an omelette that came with hash browns AND toast, so much food I had to take some to go! I definitely found my new breakfast spot I can bring family to read more

This review is after my second time eating here. First time I came by I ordered a quesadilla with carne asada inside. Most of the meat was chewy and tasted like it was bottom of the barrel stuff. I swung by today and decided to give them another chance and ordered myself carne asada fries. Make sure you order without onions and tomatoes because oh that's gawd awful. The meat was chewy again and was the least favorite carne asada fries I've ever had. Won't be coming back. Very disappointed read more

In addition to that, they changed something because it looked & tasted different than before...not good anymore :( They need to go back to the old recipe...and don't let any hair get into the food. read more

I really dont do reviews but I had too for this one. I have never eaten at a yellow basket but their service at this location is phenomenal! I have never been to a location that tends to their guests to well. Topping off drinks, checking in to see if everything was okay. Felt like I was at a nice restaurant and not a dinner. I will definitely be returning here even if i have to drive 30 minutes! Thank you for the great service and keep it up! read more

However, the chicken itself was very dry and hard, and the portions were quite small for the price. One disappointment: there was no acknowledgement or special gesture from the staff even though we noted the occasion in our reservation. I'd definitely come back for drinks at the bar, but I'll likely skip it for dinner.

One of my favorite traditions is coming here for my birthday with friends and sitting out on the cute outdoor patio for a big dinner together. I ordered the eggplant dish, the Rigatoni Tresino and it was absolutely delicious! My grandson said his spaghetti was the best he ever tasted. Everyone in our party felt the food was top notch. Last time, my fiancée and I came in on our engagement day to celebrate with brunch and were turned away at the door because we had iced coffees from next door. Real classy way to treat customers. Management never responded to that review. Shocker. So against my better judgment, I gave them another shot this morning. Here's what happened: I have a gluten allergy. I told my waitress. I specifically asked her to check whether one of the menu items was gluten-free -- which she did -- and I clearly asked for my toast on a separate plate so my wife could have it. Simple request. Clear communication. Done. Food came out with bread sitting directly on top of everything on my plate. When I pointed out the mistake and reminded them of my allergy, the person who delivered the food had the audacity to respond with an irritated "I guess we are going to have to remake the food." You messed up the order. The attitude is completely backwards. Then my waitress came back to tell me she "didn't know" about my allergy. I stated it twice and had her look something up because of it. Either she didn't write it down, or the kitchen ignored it entirely. Either way -- a gluten allergy isn't a preference, it's a health issue. First plate took 15 minutes. Remake took another 15. While sitting outside waiting, we overheard our waitress telling another table their order had also been messed up by the kitchen. So it's not just us. Let's be honest about what The Mill serves: basic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes. This isn't a Michelin-starred tasting menu. It's breakfast. And you still managed to get it wrong twice in one visit. The "breakfast pizza" I've tried before wasn't good either. And the apple chicken sausage? It tastes like wet dog food -- I don't know what's in that but it should not be on the menu. To their credit, they remade the food and our waitress was pleasant despite everything. The hal-o-penyo sauce was genuinely good. That's it. That's the entire list of positives. The real issue is systemic. The kitchen staff is either disorganized or resentful about their own mistakes. Communication between the floor and the kitchen is nonexistent. Management clearly doesn't care -- they didn't respond to my last review, and nothing has changed. A restaurant that can't handle allergy requests for a scrambled eggs order is not a restaurant that takes its customers seriously. I gave you two chances. You burned both. I won't be back, and I'll be making sure my friends and family know exactly what to expect here.

I ordered the turkey melt with added grilled onions, mushrooms, and bacon and it came out amazinggg! My girlfriend ordered the carne asada fries and they were disappointing unfortunately. We are from San Diego though so maybe we can give a couple helpful tips without giving offense? Carne asada fries taste best when they are made using the thinner fries (lightly salted), finely shredded cheddar cheese on top of the fries (so it melts), then some nicely seasoned, grilled chunks of beef, and a large scoop of handmade guacamole and sour cream. Then crumble some queso cotija on top. You can always add pico de gallo (finely diced fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro) or refried beans, but from personal experience, most people prefer to leave those off. You'll have the best fries in town I promise! ;) The turkey melt was really delicious though, thank you! read more

I had such a great experience at Yellow Basket! We were there around 4:30 PM, and the gentleman who took our order was awesome and had excellent customer service. The guy working the drive-thru was also very customer-oriented, and even the lady cleaning the tables was so friendly and attentive. It's honestly been a while since I've experienced such genuine, great customer service. The food was also really good and nicely presented. We ordered the double cheeseburger meal, the chicken sandwich meal, and a jalapeño burger everything was very tasty and fresh. Ambiance was peaceful. The only thing that was a little "meh" was the chocolate cookie, but that's about it. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I'm not a "yelper" but decided to jump on the bandwagon. I tried this restaurant after a friend recommending it for breakfast. They did not disappoint. I had a sweet tooth and decided to go with the french toast. They had a few different options which was nice to choose from. I was pretty hungry so I got the #4. It came with 2 pieces of french toast, 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of meet. I dined-in, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Not to mention the inside of the restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast. I will be back to try their lunch menu. read more

Tom and his staff are amazing! I have known the owner for over fifteen years. He has one of the most considerate and thoughtful staffs of all the restaurants in the area. I have been to the Temecula, Menifee and Wildomar locations. I know the management at each location. I have recommended his restaurant to everyone I know. The food is great and they are always willing to go above and beyond. I have lived in the area since 1979. Yellow Basket is at the top of the list for this area. read more

They have an extensive menu with something for everyone in the family. Love their burgers and fries, delicious salads, especially the Chicken Caesar. The Colossal Burger with pastrami is a family fav. The food is yummy, the staff friendly. The portions are large enough to share or to take home for a midnight snack! Wow, my husband and I were not even done eating when we were told by a young man that works there that they were closing in 4 minutes and turned off the tv. I feel we were run out of there. It was 6:52 pm. The restaurant states they close at nine. Sad. Yellowbasket wasn't so friendly. read more
