I was so excited when I saw that there was a coconut dessert opening up in Washington! I'm a big fan of anything coconut so when I heard this was opening up I was all in! When walking in to the store, place was well lit and the decoration was really nice and simple. Lighting inside was perfect to take some pictures of what you get, I really like how they have a glass display case so that you can see what's available and all the different colors that really catches your eyes! Service was good, workers were friendly. There are plethora of flavors you can choose from to try and I feel like it's endless! I couldn't order just two so I ordered nine different flavors to try! Here are my ratings for each one -Durian 8/10(I believe they use frozen durian so it's not as fresh) -Bird Nest's 8/10(Light and settle flavor) -Ube Taro 10/10( Taste really fresh and you know they don't use powder) -Taro 9/10 -Oreo 8/10 -Tiramisu 6/10 -Matcha Red Bean 10/10 -Mango Mochi 8/10 Black Sesame 7/10 Overall I spent around $150 for ten jars, it was pretty pricey but you get a nice glass out of it that you can use for something around the house or I was thinking that Yezi could do a program where you can take the jars back so that they sanitize it and reuse it again and customers can get 10% off on their next order. Yezi is very similar to Melo Melo and I love that they offer a wide variety of flavors. My friends and I came here when they were almost closing and were able to pick up 5 different flavors to try: black sesame, peach oolong, ube, matcha red bean mochi and one more I can't remember the flavor. The consistency of the jelly is pudding like, creamy, light and smooth. If you get one of flavor, they use real ingredients and it really elevates the dessert. You really can't go wrong with anything here, but if you have a favorite for certain flavors, definitely try those ones first! I think their prices are a bit on the higher end, $12 per jar, regardless of flavor. They validate 30 mins of parking in the parking lot where they are located. Parking here is really tough, so don't bother looking for street parking :) read more

The coconut at the bottom is soft and silky, not crazy sweet. While I love this place, it is on the pricier end. Other than the coconut puddings, they also make daifuku and coconut jelly wrap mango dessert. If you want to try them, I'd recommend checking their instagram or call in advance to see if and when they are selling them for the week. We visited the location inside the mall, and wow--the line was LIT on a Saturday, the week before Thanksgiving We ordered the Coconut Paradise drink, and it was absolutely delicious--so refreshing and satisfying. We also tried the peach gum with bird's nest coconut pudding, but sadly, it didn't quite hit the mark. It lacked the sweetness and flavor I was hoping for. The standout for us was definitely the mango smoothie coconut pudding--it was heavenly! I could honestly eat that one over and over again. That said, we couldn't help but notice the texture wasn't as bouncy or gelatinous as Melo Melo's in California, which was a bit of a letdown. The pricing was also noticeably steeper--$8 a jar in Cali compared to $13 here for the regular flavors. It was $22 for the peach gum bird nest coconut pudding. I was debating between 4 or 5 stars for this place. I actually lived it, but a single dessert is over $10. But it came in a cute bag and the glasses are also definitely worth keeping so I actually think it's worth it. There are SO many flavor choices, from creamy to fruity to floral, to combinations. Ever since I went to China and smelled the aroma osmanthus from the bloomed trees everywhere, I've been seeking it everywhere so of course I got the osmanthus and longan. We also got the purple rice and taro. Apparently if you return 10 cups you get a free drink so that's pretty nice just on a sustainability level. The coconut is so fragrant, creamy, rich, smooth, if you love coconut flavor you will definitely love this. The osmanthus one was a jelly and had osmanthus flowers in it so you could definitely taste the osmanthus flavor if you looked for it. It does get lost a little in the coconut though. And the taro purple rice one is all goopy in the best way. I'm not sure it's a good idea to finish one of these in one go but when something tastes like this I just can't help it. Every time I have visited, I was the only one there so the staff were very patient with me as I made my decisions. Smaller shop, so I can't imagine how many people can be in there when it get crowded though... (I believe they just opened up in Bellevue Square Mall though!) I've never been a big coconut fan but for some reason I just couldn't put this one down. The flavor was fresh and light without being too sweet too. I wouldn't recommend the peach oolong one just because both flavors are pretty mild so they don't really compliment each other. The mango mochi was better but honestly just getting the regular would satisfy me as well.
