I was pretty harsh in my initial review but I like to give businesses a chance to fix their mistakes - especially when it's created from a new situation - and give them a second look. In this case I went back to the cafe a few days later, when BTS was still in town and the hype was as feverish as ever. The store looked way more organized and way more composed in handling the line. It's good to see a business recognize their flaws and fix them. As such I'll upgrade my review to 3 stars. I can't forget the first experience and how it made me feel and wasted my time but I give credit where credit is due in that they saved future customers from a similar experience. Everyone wants to sit in the back where the flowers and neon sign are in the center. Service was OK. We sat at a table and a busser came to clear the dirty dishes of the party before us but did not wipe the table down. :/ It was very busy yesterday morning ，Sunday at 1130am. Come early for the best selection of pastries. You order and pay at the counter and food is delivered to your table. I got the hazelnut nutella donut- that was ok. I was pretty disappointed considering I paid over $10 for that one donut. I also got the breakfast sandwich (does not come with anything else, literally just the sandwich) and that was good. I ordered both the vanilla lavender latte and the fresas con leche matcha. I enjoyed both beverages but they are definitely not affordable drinks. The vanilla lavender latte (small) was $10. The fresas con leche matcha (regular) was $11. This is one of the most expensive breakfasts I have ever had. They don't have a ton of breakfast entrees, mostly pastries. The water station is self-served off to the right and also has napkins, utensils, lids for hot/ cold cups. Make sure you wear PINK! There are some cute photo opps inside. I wanted to share feedback from my visit on November 18, 2025 around 8:30 AM. When ordering, I asked the cashier how much it would cost to add an extra shot to a regular latte and was told $1.50. After getting home and reviewing the receipt (which was in the bag), I noticed the latte was charged $15.58, which was surprising and not explained at the time of purchase. I normally don't scrutinize receipts, but this discrepancy stood out. Additionally, we were the only customers dining in, yet our food took about 30 minutes to come out. I'm not sure if that's typical for that time of morning, but it did feel unusually long given how empty the café was. I actually emailed the café on 11/18 to give them the opportunity to address this directly before posting publicly, but unfortunately I never received a response. I would have preferred to resolve this offline and remain a future customer. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe communication and transparency go a long way in customer experience. read more

It was an October weekend afternoon so I wasn't sure how busy it would be, there was no line and plenty of spots to choose from to take a break while browsing Caesar's. After seeing many tiktoks from the owner, i was excited to finally see it in person. Sadly to only be disappointed. It was a nice ambiance with nice plush cafe seating but when I stood in line. I had to wait hella long just to order. I was paying cash and the person on the register taking cash just left to restock their pantries right before me. I was bypassed by about 4 customers before i gave up and just used my credit card ( wanted to split my bill for future tips). Then the drink took what seemed like forever to make. There is a limited number of items at this location. Considering the items sell out so quickly, is there an opportunity to delivery additional items for the afternoon so additional customers can enjoy? I really wanted to try some of the inventive donuts though it seems to only be available in the AM and sells out really fast. Will have to try the dish items next time. You order your items and they call your order for you to pick it up from the counter. I ordered 3 drinks since we were about to go to dinner and my companions were indulging me by coming here... - Blackberry Honey and Sage Latte - lack flavor. - Brown Sugar Freddo - too sweet - London Fog - didn't have enough tea or lavender flavor and too much milk. My hubby and I needed a drink while walking around the forum shops at Caesars. Bottom line- over priced tea. I had the peach iced tea cooler. The tea was strong, unsweetened and very little peach flavor. My hubby asked for the seasonal drink special, pumpkin spiced chai tea. They didn't have it. He got a regular iced chai latte. From the outside to the inside everything at Café Lola is adorable. It is just beautifully decorated. Goodness even their website is beautiful. And all this cuteness attracts a lot of people. Although they have a sign out front saying wait here to be seated no one ever comes to get anyone to be seated because they are so busy inside. The line is actually inside so many people were confused by this. Last Saturday morning at around 1 o'clock, it was about a 40 minute wait. Unfortunately the cute lights they have inside seem to emit a lot of warmth, as well as possibly not the best air-conditioning so it was a warm wait. But there is a bright side. Café Lola's menu is very fun and they have a lot of good combination coffees. I had the Salted Caramel Cloud Coffee and it was tasty. My friends had the matcha and loved that too. But what really surpassed our expectations was the crème brûlée stuffed doughnut. It was messy. It was delicious. And it was worth the wait. I hate writing this because Café Lola used to be a must-visit for us every single time we came to Vegas, but our most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. We went on a Thursday and did what we've always done, stood in the To-Go line outside. We waited there for about 10 minutes before another guest kindly let us know that the To-Go line wasn't even open and that we had to order inside. There was no signage and no staff member came out to redirect anyone. So we headed inside, where there were about 10 people ahead of us. We then waited another 30 minutes, during which the cashier only got through roughly four customers. The pace was unbelievably slow, and there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency or communication about the delay. We ended up leaving without ordering, which was so frustrating. This was always one of our go-to spots when visiting, and the service used to be stellar. Something has clearly shifted, and unfortunately it wasn't just a one-off inconvenience, it felt like a complete breakdown in operations. Thankfully we had a car, so the next day we drove directly to Saint Honoré and got the donuts we were originally craving. Really disappointing experience from a place we used to love. I have been following Alexandra (owner) on instagram for so long so I was very excited to try food from her restaurants. I was pretty shocked to see the very low to average reviews for all of the cafe Lola store locations, but I can kind of see why now. They are great donuts but definitely not worth $10 per donut. It may be reasonable if they were $6-7 per donut as any luxury pastries are around the same price. I know they pride themselves on using healthy ingredients in their food, but it seems like taste and cost were sacrificed a little bit. I love that they use healthy ingredients, but I wish it was a more reasonable price. Mostly giving this location two stars because I wish they advertise that this isn't a true store location that has ALL of their famous deserts. They only have a select few donuts and other desserts, which is pretty disappointing, after we walked so far from the main ceasar's palace entrance. I could have just Ubered to their real store location if I had known before. It is kind of a hassle to get this location. If you have a car, I would highly recommend driving to one of the real stores, but only if you are up for some very expensive desserts. This place is inside the Cesar Palace Hotel. Inside it's like if you were in Greece with all the Greece Gods and style. So beautiful. So we're walking around and I didn't have my coffee of the day yet so I saw this place and I went right away. It had the IG looks. All in Pink. They have plenty of seating outside and inside. We got to seat inside. Once we settle I went to make the quick like to order. The line move very quick and I order my large coffee and a couple of croissant some macarons and two chocolate chips cookies. The croissants were decent size and they were buttery and flaky and delicious. The coffee was on point too. They have many options for coffee and lattes. You have to take a good look at the menu so you don't miss anything. They also have a variety of pastries, sandwiches and breakfast items too. Had such a good experience, we went twice in 3 days. Order at a counter, but host took the time to answer my questions and explain the drinks. My first impression of this establishment is that this is a girls dream cafe. The ambiance yells out pretty in pink and very floral vibes is very one of a kind decor. We were glad to find a coffee shop that wasn't casino coffee or Starbucks. And the coffee here tastes great. The decorations and ambience are so cute; I love how over-the-top they are, and it works! I don't understand the setup for seating though. You have to reserve a table, which is normal and there is a sign out front, but it seemed like the people reserving a table still had to wait in line and order themselves? Also, a lot of people didn't read the reserve sign so they would sit down, then be asked to leave. I think it would be helpful to have reserved signs on all the tables so people don't accidentally sit down. And it would help the workers not have to ask everyone who sat down if they have a reservation. read more

Cute brunch spot inside the Forum shops at Caesar. Solid spot for brunch on the Strip. We ordered the Lola Classic Soup & Sammy, Chicken Club, Monte Cristo, a Caramel Cloud Coffee. Everything I would say is good/solid, not the worst but not the best. The Monte Cristo was probably the best out of the three, with its fresh berry purée and balanced savory/sweet combo. Chicken Club was alright, the chicken bits were cut a bit too big for each bite. I also got the creme brûlée donut; the fresh vanilla bean filling was very good but donut tasted stale and top sugar shell was too thick. Would not get again but I really wanted to try with all the hype. Salted Caramel Cloud was delicious with its amazing foam and high quality coffee, but pricey at $18 alone. All the other entrees wete ~$25 each and donut was $9-10. Food surprisingly came out pretty quick (10-15 min) despite other reviews complaining about slow service. Would I go again? The drinks we ordered were good, but were small. We ordered the french toast matcha and the vanilla lavender latte (pink foam). We also tried the sugar cookie and creme brûlée donut. It was OK for me, but provided that much needed sugar rush for shopping at the Forum Shops. The price point is definitely aligns with Strip pricing. The service was a little slow as there were only a few people in line. If you're a tourist, I would say give it a try once.
