At Caesar's Palace on a walk and this very cute pink girly facade caught my eye. Flanked in pink and white roses outside I had to go inside. The staff was a bit like warm. No one actually greeted me. The one person in service seemed annoyed by my questions. I stayed and ordered nonetheless. I had the crème brûlée vanilla custard pastry and the cloud latte. The donut needed to by warmed. The sugar on top was so thick and sticky. Stuck to my teeth. Not enjoyable. Had to remove the sugar. The coffee was really good though. Cafe Lola has been on my Las Vegas bucket list for a while. And I was happy I finally got a chance to check it out! The location inside Caesar's Palace was a little tricky to find so just ask people for directions if you get lost. The cafe itself is soooo cute. They have a little room inside that is just for photos. I was so excited to try their matcha because I know they sell ceremonial grade matcha but they didn't have any!! I was so disappointed about this. So I decided to try Alex's maple latte. I'll be honest it was okay. Besides this, I also tried one of their flatbreads which was also okay. It was barely 2pm in the afternoon so I'm not sure if this happens often when they run out of matcha and certain menu items. This cute little cafe is located in the Caesar's Palace shops. The aesthetic is very chic and girly. Vert cute for taking pics too. Food: we got the carrot cake which was perfection! Cafe Lola did not disappoint! The restaurant is located inside the Forum Shops in Caesar's Palace. Lucky for us we were staying there. Mind you it's not a short walk as the hotel is massive. I am a follower on Facebook and couldn't wait to try this place. Be warned, this particular location is about $4-$5 more per item. We came on a Tuesday and there was only about 3 people in front of us, but still it took about 20 minutes. I was a bit surprised a large latte was $17. In total for 2 people with food, drinks, and dessert was $93.20 The banana bread latte was amazing!!! It's really sweet. My bf got the maple latte, it was not as sweet as mine and he liked it. We both enjoyed our food (classic American, granny sammy). The potatoes in the classic American was so well seasoned! The crème brûlée donut had very little filling so that was disappointing for a $10 donut. The chocolate chip cookie was underwhelming too ($9). The ambiance is beautiful. The most disappointing to me was when I went back up to the side counter to ask for a bag, I was told to get back in line. We had to stop by after following Alex's reels for years. Esthetic? Yes! Located in Caesar's Palace we stopped in for the viral creme brulee donut, a banana matcha, lemonade, and chips and guacamole. Be warned prices are definitely strip prices as it added up to about $45. The chips unfortunately were broken into tiny pieces (end of the bag?) and the actual guacamole was a small portion. I was pretty harsh in my initial review but I like to give businesses a chance to fix their mistakes - especially when it's created from a new situation - and give them a second look. In this case I went back to the cafe a few days later, when BTS was still in town and the hype was as feverish as ever. The store looked way more organized and way more composed in handling the line. It's good to see a business recognize their flaws and fix them. As such I'll upgrade my review to 3 stars. I can't forget the first experience and how it made me feel and wasted my time but I give credit where credit is due in that they saved future customers from a similar experience. Loved Cafe Lola--such a gorgeous café! I especially loved their donut and coffee. As someone who really values organic ingredients, I appreciated that they offer organic coffee and milk. I had to get another matcha to make up for the one that I couldn't drink earlier in the day (read the review before this one on why). Cafe Lola saved it. I'll be honest, the matcha isn't the best I've ever had, but it's the best I've had on the Strip by a mile. The customer service here is exceptional. Last time I came in I ordered the maple matcha latte and it came out with oat milk instead of 2%. I mentioned it to the sweet lady who made it and she offered to remake it right away, no attitude about it at all. Took it back, made me a new one, done. On my last trip to Vegas, my mama got to try Cafe Lola's coffee as well and she enjoyed it! The cafe itself is super cute too. I grabbed an early dinner and ordered a mediterranean bowl which, consisted of avocado, crispy chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, quinoa, bell peppers, cucumbers and served with a Mediterranean dressing. While shopping at the forum shops I took a break to get an iced latte and a snack from Cafe Lola. A day earlier I was at their other location and liked their cold brew coffee. So I ordered an iced salted caramel cloud latte. Since I don't like overly sweet drinks I asked them to make it with half the sweetener and they did. It was delicious. I ordered 6 creme brûlée donuts to go so I can share them with my kids when I get home. They are so delicious. A must try if you ever are at the cafe. What a hidden gem inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace! The space is filled with gorgeous floral décor and has such a charming, aesthetic vibe. There was a bit of a line when we arrived, but it moved steadily and was 100% worth the wait. The drinks are almost too cute to drink! If you order one with cold foam, they top it with the sweetest little designs that make the experience even more fun. I ordered the Banana Bread Matcha, and it was so good! I was really looking forward to trying this place, especially after hearing about their banana latte. The day finally came, and unfortunately, my husband and I left very disappointed. To start with the positives, the food and coffee were amazing. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed what could have been a great experience. We stood in the to-go line for over 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us. We eventually went inside, where an employee greeted us with, "Hi, how are you?" but then immediately walked away while I was trying to place our order. He proceeded to show another employee a social media picture and continued having a conversation about it while we stood there waiting. At that point, my husband even suggested that we leave because it felt like our presence wasn't wanted. I really wanted to try the coffee, though, so we decided to wait it out. Eventually, the employee came back and took our order. After paying, we stepped aside to wait for our to-go order. While waiting, I noticed one of the employees looking around with two drinks, seemingly trying to find the customer they belonged to. I walked over and politely asked if they were for Maria, simply trying to be helpful. Her response was, "Did I say your name?" The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and came across as very unprofessional. My husband and I have both worked in the service industry for over 14 years, so we completely understand that things happen, employees get busy, and not every interaction is going to be perfect. However, this was one thing after another, and unfortunately, the overall experience left us not wanting to return. One suggestion I would make is to have a sign at the to-go window directing customers to order inside if no one is working the window. Another family with children had a very similar experience while we were there, and I ended up having to let them know that no one was going to come to the window and that they needed to order inside. Even simply having an employee acknowledge customers and let them know, "We'll be right with you," or signal that they should order inside would make a huge difference. Being completely ignored while standing there for more than 10 minutes, less than five feet away, is not okay. Again, the food and coffee were great, but unfortunately, the service made the experience one we won't be repeating. read more

Everyone wants to sit in the back where the flowers and neon sign are in the center. Service was OK. We sat at a table and a busser came to clear the dirty dishes of the party before us but did not wipe the table down. :/ It was very busy yesterday morning ，Sunday at 1130am. Come early for the best selection of pastries. You order and pay at the counter and food is delivered to your table. I got the hazelnut nutella donut- that was ok. I was pretty disappointed considering I paid over $10 for that one donut. I also got the breakfast sandwich (does not come with anything else, literally just the sandwich) and that was good. I ordered both the vanilla lavender latte and the fresas con leche matcha. I enjoyed both beverages but they are definitely not affordable drinks. The vanilla lavender latte (small) was $10. The fresas con leche matcha (regular) was $11. This is one of the most expensive breakfasts I have ever had. They don't have a ton of breakfast entrees, mostly pastries. The water station is self-served off to the right and also has napkins, utensils, lids for hot/ cold cups. Make sure you wear PINK! There are some cute photo opps inside. I wanted to share feedback from my visit on November 18, 2025 around 8:30 AM. When ordering, I asked the cashier how much it would cost to add an extra shot to a regular latte and was told $1.50. After getting home and reviewing the receipt (which was in the bag), I noticed the latte was charged $15.58, which was surprising and not explained at the time of purchase. I normally don't scrutinize receipts, but this discrepancy stood out. Additionally, we were the only customers dining in, yet our food took about 30 minutes to come out. I'm not sure if that's typical for that time of morning, but it did feel unusually long given how empty the café was. I actually emailed the café on 11/18 to give them the opportunity to address this directly before posting publicly, but unfortunately I never received a response. I would have preferred to resolve this offline and remain a future customer. Full disclosure: I have been following the owner's IG page and have hoped to go to LV to try one of her creative drinks, donuts, or meals. This time was the time though I wonder if I should have went to her store. Finally, I got a chance on one Wednesday afternoon to visit and support a woman's owned business. This is one of the most overrated places for sweets ever. The actual desserts were so beyond basic and tasteless it's not even funny. And the cost is insane. Yes, I know, it's the strip. But. From the outside to the inside everything at Café Lola is adorable. It is just beautifully decorated. Goodness even their website is beautiful. And all this cuteness attracts a lot of people. Although they have a sign out front saying wait here to be seated no one ever comes to get anyone to be seated because they are so busy inside. The line is actually inside so many people were confused by this. Last Saturday morning at around 1 o'clock, it was about a 40 minute wait. Unfortunately the cute lights they have inside seem to emit a lot of warmth, as well as possibly not the best air-conditioning so it was a warm wait. But there is a bright side. Café Lola's menu is very fun and they have a lot of good combination coffees. I had the Salted Caramel Cloud Coffee and it was tasty. My friends had the matcha and loved that too. It may be reasonable if they were $6-7 per donut as any luxury pastries are around the same price. I know they pride themselves on using healthy ingredients in their food, but it seems like taste and cost were sacrificed a little bit. Mostly giving this location two stars because I wish they advertise that this isn't a true store location that has ALL of their famous deserts. They only have a select few donuts and other desserts, which is pretty disappointing, after we walked so far from the main ceasar's palace entrance. I could have just Ubered to their real store location if I had known before. It is kind of a hassle to get this location. I had to wait hella long just to order. I was paying cash and the person on the register taking cash just left to restock their pantries right before me. I was bypassed by about 4 customers before i gave up and just used my credit card ( wanted to split my bill for future tips). Then the drink took what seemed like forever to make. We were glad to find a coffee shop that wasn't casino coffee or Starbucks. And the coffee here tastes great. The decorations and ambience are so cute; I love how over-the-top they are, and it works! I don't understand the setup for seating though. You have to reserve a table, which is normal and there is a sign out front, but it seemed like the people reserving a table still had to wait in line and order themselves? Also, a lot of people didn't read the reserve sign so they would sit down, then be asked to leave. I think it would be helpful to have reserved signs on all the tables so people don't accidentally sit down. And it would help the workers not have to ask everyone who sat down if they have a reservation. read more
