Ok, Yogi's Grill moved to Laveen within the last year, so it's new to the area! At this location, today I ordered lunch: 1 crunch roll 1 california roll 2 veggie rolls OMG! Customer service was terrible, I popped in for dinner a few days ago. Ordered myself a veggie/chicken bowl, when food was brought to my table I proceeded to add the sauces where they are located. Retuning to my table I was bumped by another customer and my bowl was on the floor. When I explained this to the manager on site, all he offered was for me having to buy another bowl if I wanted to. He gave me my receipt and advised to call corporate for a refund, why not just give me another bowl at no cost? I've called corporate and have left VM's with no return call. Very disappointed that yet another restaurant in the Laveen area is awful. Ordered from this location through Door Dash. Simple order: 3 chicken teriyaki bowls. What arrived: 3 bowls with no teriyaki sauce. Just bowls with super dry chicken smothered in green onions. Yuck! How does a restaurant serve teriyaki yet forgets to add teriyaki? It's really not that complicated. Bottom line: I will never order from here again. I did give them 2 stars instead of 1 because I generally like Yogis, but not this location. If I can give 0 stars I would! I went the other day and asked for an avocado salad, the lettuce was old, not even edible! And was missing a couple ingredients. I asked them to please remake and they told me they can't, that I had to call corporation or send them an email. I was shocked, I payed $10 dollars for a bad bad salad, that's had never happened to me on any other locations. I asked for a refund, they told me the same thing, I asked to speak for the manager and supposedly wasn't there, no one was able to help me, so if your thinking of eating there just keep in mind if your food it's not fresh or something is wrong with it, forget about getting a new plate or your money back. The staff was not helpful at all. They are rude and believe it be funny to not help their customers. LUCY, was the main person we tried confronting about an item they gave us by mistake. We had ordered a spicy tuna roll and they made us an entirely different roll. When we asked for them to remake it they said the cook said no. Then we asked for a refund because we didn't order the roll they gave us and she said no. Then we asked to talk to a manager and they said they don't have one but we could call someone. So we asked for her name and she said they are not allowed to give their names out. However the receipt gave us the information since she was the one who checked us out. It was clear on the receipt CLERK: LUCY, so if the company didn't want you giving your name out they wouldn't have printed it on the receipt. They have no manners or etiquette when dealing with customers. We had also asked for water cups before this entire situation occurred and she said they ran out of water cups and could not give us any water. Would not recommend going here to anyone! read more

I generally like the food from Yogis, however the meal replacement/refund policy is a joke!! Send an email with my complaint and NEVER get a response back. Despite that I go tonight to get my fav teriyaki bowl. Show up at 8:45 and the doors are locked! People inside eating, door states they are open till 9.. Sadly, as more restaurants start to pop up in Laveen Yogis will slowly fade away. Hire better people, honor your policies and hours and you might stand a chance. read more

We have ordered from here 4 times and every single time they get something wrong. We tried to give them chances but this place just sucks and they obviously don't know how to read and/or don't care what people write in the comment section in the order box. My requests even come written on the receipt but they have horrible customer service and don't care to make what the paying customer ordered. Today again they got my order wrong and on top of that they gave me a burn piece of salmon. I must admit that the food is good, but found it to be unsanitary for them to require a customer who had been eating out of his container to hover that same container under the self-serve teriyaki sauce dispenser. Yogi's management we are in the midst of a pandemic and that is unsanitary regardless. I spoke with Eden and several staff at the restaurant tonight and they both stated that this is what their management requires in lieu of the customer paying an extra $.75 for a container for the sauce. The customer asked if they could provide him teriyaki sauce in a small container because he didn't feel it was sanitary to place his container under the dispenser since he had already been eating out of the container. Even after that explanation staff continued to refer the customer to the self-serve dispenser. I wonder what the Arizona Department of Health would have to say about this. I am disgusted by all means and will not be returning. And yes I am that customer. read more

I visited my friends in Laveen so we stopped by here and get some food for my friends and myself... wow.... this place is the worst Yogi's grill I've ever visited... The owner is very rude and so greedy! We usually go to other Yogi's gill in East Valley but the food served at this Laveen location taste gross and the portions of the food are so small. In addition to these concern, the owner insisted to charge me sauce when I asked it on the side, which I had never been asked by other locations. I will never go back to this place. We decided to try the sushi rolls because of enjoing the teriyaki bowls in the past. HUGE regret! These were the worst rolls we have ever eaten. First off the rolls are as big as a burrito so forget using chop sticks and they were WAY too sweet. We called the store and spoke to the manager who was VERY RUDE!! He didn't seemed bothered at all that his customers were unhappy and said " if you read the description it says eel sauce" well call me stupid! Sigh. Was so happy to see Yogi's in Laveen, but it just isn't quite right. Service is always friendly and they are quick. However, every time I've gotten a bowl, it has been much smaller than other locations and is lacking flavor! Beef super fatty and Katsu was thick and dry. Noodles were overcooked both times they were ordered. Not to mention they won't take orders over the phone, even when offered to pay over the phone. Prices for online ordering are higher than in the restaurant. With a 2 year old and a pandemic, going in is so inconvenient. Sushi has always been good tho. Firecracker roll is so bomb! I really wanted to like this place, as the food at Camelback's Yogis Grill is quite good and decent servings. After reading the other comments, I would agree and it is why I am going there maybe once every couple of months instead of once a week. Just another disappointing Laveen 'almost' restaurant that is being cheap on portions and doesn't really deliver on value or taste. About half of the places local to Laveen are like this. This Yogi's location has honestly been the best location I have ever visited. The food is always good, I always get exactly what I order and everybody there is always nice. One stand out person over all is Travis. He is very kind, listens when I am ordering my food, and helps me in every way he can. He has even gone as far as checking on me in the middle of my meals, seeing if I need anything or how my food was. My lunch and service needs are always on point when I go into Yogi's during the day. I have mainly interacted with Travis and he seems to have a great handle on everything going on in the restaurant. read more

Do not patronize Yogi's Grill on Baseline /Loop 202. The customer service is horrible!!! I ordered a large veggie bowl and a large teriyaki chicken bowl. My order comes and it's a whole veggie sushi roll and a teriyaki chicken bowl. I went to the counter and let them know that is not what I asked for. The rude being at the counter told me they don't do refunds or exchanges and that I would just have to order again. When I told her that was asinine she proceeded to get super rude and said I should have confirmed my order and that I must have ordered a sushi roll. I told her they don't even have a such thing as a large sushi roll ( they have a half and a whole). The girl who took my order stood there looking guilty and quiet as a mouse the whole time. They then tried to get the other customers on their side with no luck. I was told to call or email the district manager and that they weren't going to fix my order. I called my mom to tell her about it and she said she has had similar experience with the one on Baseline and 24th Street with them being rude and messing up her order. Oh yeah, when I asked for their names the witch told me that wasn't necessary and refused to provide me her name. She also said they don't have managers. I took pictures of both of them since they refused to provide their name. I also called and left the District Manager a voicemail. Nowhere on their website or posted at the business does it state no refunds/exchanges if your order is not correct. I will also be calling them out on social media, yelp, placing a complaint with the better business bureau, as well as contacting the Attorney General's offfice regarding the legality of providing the wrong product and refusing to rectify the situation. I refuse to accept mediocre service. If I am paying my hard earned money for something a business has a responsibility to provide a reasonable level of service!!! read more

I went to pick up Yogis on Monday evening for dinner and I specifically asked for spicy teriyaki on 2 of my items and a California roll but when I arrived home there was NO teriyaki sauce ONLY some sort of hot sauce that they put on my chicken and gave me a spicy tuna roll instead of a California roll so when I called to get the item replaced with the correct items the lady that answered the phone at Yogi's said they DON'T REPLACE ITEMS OR GIVE REFUNDS so I must reorder my items online and I must dispute the charges with the district manager so that is what I did 100 dollars later 71 on the first receipt and 29 on the second receipt which I provided to the district manager at the Yogis in Laveen his response was they only have 2 sauces and they put the spicy sauce on my items which is a COMPLETE LIE and he said nothing about replacing my items or my money so if you are looking for good food and good customer service head over to Samurai-Sam's on 53rd and Buckeye because even though it wasn't my fault I still had to pay twice NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more
