We ate here after the games, this Sunday because we had seen a Tik Tok showing the Hibachi style food. The restaurant was not that crowded but the service was slow ..she was the hostess, the server and she was clearing off the tables. The ambience is OK, it's really dark. But it fits with the theme. They have music playing & it's perfect for South Central Phoenix. The food was good, we ate it all. I wish they had better sauces. We did not like any of them.

Visited downtown Phoenix from California and ate an EZ Inferno Udon order here. The food and service was great, pretty quick too! The artwork stands out and the epoxy flooring is well done; good vibes in here. They also had an EZbachi food truck at a concert, this was neat! We ordered EZ Trio plates at the food truck, cravings satisfied!

Aesthetically pleasing decor, great for pictures. Server was attentive and made our drinks right in front of us . Her ratio of flavor and liquor was nice. The food was well cooked and reason for the 4 stars is the lack of seasoning. Sadly the food lacked the flavor

Martini was amazing! Beer was ice cold! This location is a restaurant not food truck. Our server was super sweet and definitely will be back for more delicious food! Salmon rice & veggies were delicious! Cool ambience and love the music!

This review is for the food truck parked at Northern & 51st Ave. About 10 on a Saturday night and was leaving our neighborhood joint to find this food truck parked in the lot. As we got closer to our vehicle the delicious smells reeled us in. One other person in line. Be prepared it's a little pricey, about $20+ a person depending on your protein choice. I opted for the teriyaki chicken combo and a side of signature garlic butter. Took about five minutes as I watched them prepare my plate thru the large glass window. Drove the five minutes home. The portion side appeared large but it was a lot of rice. Three very tasty shrimp with a decent serving of nicely charred grilled chicken cut into bite size pieces. The shrimp was the star, the chicken cooked nicely but could have used way more teriyaki sauce. Rice was good but I made the mistake of pouring the melted side of garlic butter over it. Even though the butter was good the garlic overpowered the delicately seasoned rice. I probably wouldn't order the butter again and if all of the sauces come in a tiny cup like the butter did they aren't worth the $1 extra. Overall it was a good late night meal and I'm excited to try the restaurant they are opening in the same strip mall they were parked in.

    Got mine with the noodles!

Food was super good! Got the tri bowl with steak, chicken and shrimp. Everything was perfect

I have been coming to Ez-Bachi's central food truck location for a while now, and always got the same item. As of the past 4 months the food has been incredibly inconsistent. This last and final trip I made, I ordered in advance via text and was told it would be a 35 min wait about 7 mins after I ordered. Fine, I ran some errands and got there right as the food was ready. I wish I would have looked at the food before I left!!! I ordered a filet entree cooked medium, got well done charred meat, that was chewy and dry. The rice was flavorless, almost tasted like white rice. The portion of meat was lighter than usual. This is about the 3rd time now I've received bland flavorless food. Usually you can smell the food the whole drive home from the garlic butter, not anymore. Not to mention, I've had hair in my food in the past, as have many others on Yelp apparently, but never said anything because it happens. Now, flavorless overcooked food 3 times.. I am done giving them opportunities to redeem themselves after the customer service interaction I had today. I posted the text, as I tried to be courteous and provide my complaint via text vs. Yelp. Pointless, I was told to step to the back of the line (wait 50 minutes for a refire) and they would essentially fix the issue when they felt like it. No urgency, no apology, no care to even fix the issue.. instead offer me a discount after I sent a photo, a description of the issue, and offered to drive the meal back. What a joke. I don't like to leave reviews, even after I voted for them as best food truck (and wish I could take that back)... this has been pathetic customer service at that. At this point, I've thrown the food away and will not be back, nor will I continue to recommend them to locals.

Wasn't crowded at all for the dinner area but the bar was packed. They have happy hour. By 6 pm it was full and packed everywhere. Parking is plentiful. We did the chicken shrimp and the New York strip. The mushroom soup is very delicious, the salad dressing felt like it was missing something. The rice was phenomenal so yummy and full of flavor. I like their ginger seafood dipping sauce, but I absolutely cannot stand Dijon taste, and that's what they use for their meat, a mustard sauce. I really wish there was an alternative. The meat seemed to be cooked well and the steak to my boyfriend's liking, flavor was good. We got Lucky to try a sample of the Seabass and holy moly!!! literally melting butter in your mouth! Definitely regretful for our choices and next time we come in, it's Seabass all the way no fishy taste, again just melts in your mouth I wasn't in the mood for the pineapple Dole Ice Cream a bit sweet but definitely can be refreshing from the heat. I got their salmon sushi, and it was good and a decent cut (5$ each on happy hour) My boyfriend got their Japanese whiskey and he enjoyed it. He just said there was a lot of ice. There was one open seat at our table, and I couldn't imagine squeezing another person in. there was even a child sitting at our table and it still felt like we were on top of each other. I opted to forego the "show" ... being seated at a community table for the chef show. But clearly this is the primary focus of this restaurant. The 5-10 smaller individual 2 and 4-tops are adjacent to the bar. The place was packed, and so noisy I couldn't even hear the other person at my table. But on the flip side, it looked and sounded like the people at the community "show" tables were having a ball. Lots of birthdays and celebrations. Anyway, great menu. Started with a couple inspired cocktails, and moved on to the fish taco's and lamb chop appetizers. Outstanding. Only nit, our server disappeared, and the app plates were left on table when our main courses showed up. We were also never serviced for another round of drinks. For our mains I ordered the Wagyu filet with asparagas and fried rice sides cooked medium. My dining guest ordered the salmon roll and a side of fried rice. My steak came out gray and rare, no sear crust at all. Very disappointing. On the flip side my dining partners portion of fried rice was astoundingly large, and good. Never did see our server again until the check was brought over. We were not even offered the dessert menu other than the small pineapple sherbet that came with my meal. Parking is brutal here.
