I had a nightmare experience at the Burbank location and would not recommend this store to anyone. I was sold two containers of yogurt from their freezer that the store had melted and re-frozen and when I went to get a refund, the store refused to refund me my $5.00 because I didn't have a receipt but I was never given a receipt in the first place. I spoke with a supervisor on the phone by the name of Allejandra, and she said they an employee would have to look for my purchase in the system to verify my purchase. So on top of getting substandard yogurt, having to return to the store for a refund, I had to argue with the supervisor who refused to refund me my $5.00. Horrible customer service, so go to Menchie's Frozen Yogurt in Burbank instead because their product and service are superior to this Yogurtland in Burbank. read more

Your staff never picks up the phone. I've called multiple Times on different days and no answer. It would be nice if they pick up the phone at least once so that I can know if your Madagascar Vanilla is working. The last two times I went there barely any yogurt was coming out of the machine. All I heard from your staff was that it's working and just coming out slowly. But all other flavors were working just fine. The yogurt part maybe is not as big of a deal, but I highly doubt that your staff is always "too busy" to pick up the phone. read more

This location is usually very busy, but the service is fast. They have a decent variety of toppings. Toppings include fresh fruits like strawberries, mangoes, pineapple and kiwis. So disappointed! It was hot and we wanted a nice yogurt treat. Unfortunately many flavors but you can't sample anything. We asked at the counter and we were told "we don't do samples!" The girl (African American) was very unpleasant. She seemed like she did not want to be there and we were a bother. We asked another person who was going on her break (assuming since she was eating her loaded froyo at the table infront of the machines) and she said they ran out of small cups. So, pretty much there's no way to sample what you're getting! Also, you can't serve your own toppings -they do it for you! This Yogurt Land is on summer hours and oen to 1AM on Friday and Saturday. Open till Midnight all other days. They have a nice patio area to sit and relax in on those hot summer nights. The yogurt here is often good and they change flavours often. So if you see a flavour you get it then, as it may be gone upon your next return. They have strawberry flavoured water to sip. This helps cleanse the palate for your next flavour. This is a nice place to sit and chill. read more

I was here on Friday evening only to walk in and literally one minute later the girl behind the counter annoyingly asked me what I wanted. She was short, skinny with darker complexion and bleached blonde hair. As soon as I open my mouth, she tells me annoyed to put on gloves (there are 5 more customers in there and none of them had gloves on). I put on gloves and she had already thrown the cup on the counter. I then asked her for another cup since I was ordering two and still met with her crappy ass attitude. She then starts helping a customer and as soon as she notices that a cup with yogurt is on the counter she stops what she is doing and looks directly at me holding two cups and then start yelling, "Umm.. EXCUSSE ME?! WHOSE CUP IS THIS?!" I almost lost it when she yelled that out (I was literally the person she singled out for gloves and now this?). Finally the person who did it tells her, and she then tells him to throw the cup away while everyone is waiting on her and doesn't go back to helping the customer she was helping until the guy throws the cup away. I am still confused as to why I'm the only one with gloves in the store during this time, and she didn't bother enforcing it to anyone else in the store. At first I thought she was having a bad night but nope it's more than that, she was just a total bitch that needs more customer service training or a new job. Why do I even give it a review? ALL YOGURTLANDS ARE GREAT. It's delicious and healthy! Depends on how you mix your yogurt. Mostly I do it with fruits. The only thing I really don't like is always seing these mexicans taking these tiny paper cups so they can try all the yogurt for free and then calling all their 9 kids to come and try it all as well and then they leave. This store is very nice and clean, the employees are nice and welcoming everybody upon arrival. they have about 16 flavors to choose from, big topping selection and free smile. There is a patio seating and few tables inside. Parking lot shared with other stores, didn't have problems to find a spot. read more

Both my wife and I got charged by this establishment on our credit cards on the same day about 2 months ago even though we did not go there. We were previously customers and would go almost every week (give or take), but did not go in the week in question. The charges were not significant ($10-$20 range), and could easily have gone unnoticed. Am now in the middle of disputing the charge through the credit card company. Extremely annoying. I thought I wanted a sweet flavor initially, but after sampling all the surprise flavors they had I ended up going with Dragon/Passion Fruit mixed with Tart. This flavor was a COMPLETE surprise, so refreshing and so tasty I thought I was on vacation! Another completely amazing thing about this particular location is they had 3 BIG signs above certain flavors (Dragon/Passion fruit had one). I can't remember the categories, but one was like 2013 favorite flavor, Best New flavor and one other category that is escaping me. Some of the unique flavors they had were creme brulee, double chocolate brownie, cupcake and bunch of others I can't remember but for me the stand out I kept going back to was the Dragon/Passionfruit flavor. They have all the toppings you could want, I put some fruity pebbles for crunch and some berries and mochi balls to complete my yogurt cup. The workers were really nice too and I made it out of there for $4. So affordable considering all the flavors and options. It's up to you how much you want to put in or not. I went to the register, presented my coupon and weighed the cups seperately. "Star," did not honor the coupon on my reciept so I went back in. She did another transaction, gave me the "refund" reciept, and I left. When going over my credit card statement I realized the refund was never posted. I was charged the full amount. The manager Star makes this the best yogurt store in LA. She blows me away with her customer service. I waited for several months just to make sure the service was not just a one off. My son is a frozen yogurt addict and I have tried over a dozen stores including all the competitors. This store has the best selection and the best service. Today I ask for whipped cream and it came out a little runny. Immediately Star went and made new whipped cream for me. Then I commented how much I missed the fruit sauces.
