I've been to this location several times. Half of the time the attitudes of all the employes are welcoming but the other half of the times I have gone there has been some incident at this location. Nothing against the employees at this location but some of them, whom I'll not name out of fairness to their opinions, lives and jobs, act like they know everything and own the place only to show they don't understand the Real Rewards system which has been around for years despite switching to mobile app just last summer. Other times they make a big deal over coupons claiming them invalid making the customer feel like they have to have verbal proof of codes. I love the yogurt in yogurt land and some of the employees in this location so for those reasons I can't score this location less than 50% but I think it needs lots of improvements before I could hive it a B or an A. If I see a change I may change my review. read more

Clean store and courteous workers. I mean it's pretty much a self serve style establishment so service isn't really a huge factor here. Mango and tart are my favorite frozen yogurt flavors! In fact those are the only flavors I end up getting every time I decide to stop by. Mix them together or get them seperately. Either way it's pretty damn delicious. Yay I am first to review ^_^ and man have I not written one in a long time. This location just opened up yesterday and took over the old Cold Stone spot. Inside is of course very clean and tidy. The people there are super friendly. As soon as we walked in they asked if we would like samples. There is a girl there just to serve you samples and boy does she pile it on! I felt guilty because I didn't like some of the flavors and didn't want it to go to waste. I seriously ate a cup of yogurt in sampling! The owner is right behind the counter and she offered me my own sampling cups. It is like a double whammy. I sampled on my own so I can put less in the cup to try. Kind of funny to hear someone put less in a cup to try huh? They were so generous about it that I had to tone it down or I might be too full to buy my own cup of yogurt! The owner was super nice and told me to try every flavor if I needed to! My eyes were bugging out @_@ screaming no more yogurt or I will be stuff before the purchase! lol In the end I still bought a good amount because I want to pay back all the sampling and I piled on my mochi! lol Even though they are everywhere nowadays, I am glad this location opened up because it is closer and the staff seems super friendly so they get a thumbs up for me ^_^. read more

The yogurts are so delicious on its own, but its hard to resist putting some guilty pleasure onto a healthy dessert. Beware, its easy to go crazy putting all sorts of toppings on our yogurt. I'm giving 1 star because of what I saw last night while in line to pay. A female employee had her long long hair all gathered up into a bun. I think that's what it was. It was frightening. It looked like she just rolled out of bed after a night of hard partying. It was about 6 inches of knotted greasy messy half up and the other half coming out of the bun all over the place . She works with food, her hair needs to be neatly styled, ponytail whatever. I've worked in food service many many MANY years. I love yogurt land but I won't be visiting this location. So many little kids at this location. Probably because it's in a popular plaza. This is not really Yogurtlands fault but the kid in front of my kept tasting the yogurts by touching the source with their fingers. I had to purge each flavor to avoid getting the yogurt that she touched. read more

This was actually my first Yogurtland experience! I stopped in here after lunch last Friday and was greeted by the very friendly lady working that afternoon. She explained how they charge by the ounce, showed me the toppings they have and offered me a few little mini cups to sample the different flavors. I sampled the vanilla, strawberry and cookies & cream, which I though all tasted really good. I ended up getting the strawberry yogurt with sliced strawberries on top and it was the perfect after lunch sweet snack that wasn't too heavy or guilt inducing. I love the location of this Yogurtland! I normally get my peanut butter/pistachio yogurt with fruit toppings and sit across the street by New York Upper Crust Pizza where they have unbelievably comfortable couches. I enjoy sitting there and people watching while at the same time catching up on my tanning! I also like this Yogurtland because they cut up the fruit into decent pieces. I love Yogurtland! I tried it for the first time last month and I've been back six times already! They have delicious frozen yogurt and tons of amazing fresh fruit toppings. They also have a big selection of other candy toppings. My favorite is the coconut with brownies and dried coconut on top. Always have toppings fully stocked up. If you ask for toppings that aren't at the topping bar, they usually have them hidden in the back! (Eg., cereals, banana, red bean, graham cracker crumbs). Delicious variety of flavors. They do their best to bring back customer favorites (eg., taro, red velvet, double cookies). The staff welcomes every customer and offers samples cups. The friendly staff keep the place clean and neat, containers for toppings are kept separate, so nuts were not scattered in with strawberry topping, etc. Big negative: the shopping center parking lot is abysmal! Be prepared to park a distance away and walk to the store. read more

One of my favorite locations! I came in here the first time i tried their new flavor, Graham Cracker, which has turned out to be my favorite. I also liked this location because of the variety of toppings. I tried their passion fruit balls. Oh my god, can I get enough of this yogurt? There's another Yogurtland near me, but this is the best one! It's clean, the staff amazing and the yogurt is SO good! I love their salted caramel! I really miss those chocolate sprinkles that looked like wire. Where did they go? Anyways, we stopped going to the other yogurt place in the same mall. THEY used to get all our money. My only criticism, is little kids should not be allowed around the yogurt. They jamb up the lines and touch everything, squirt the yogurt out and lick fingers and make a lot noise. read more

The Yogurt is flesh, flavorfull and very creamy. There are several flavors from this pick it yourself place that are exceptional: cupcake, oreo, cheescake, strawberry, and salted caramel. I know Yogurtland is really popular, but it's not the best quality. Don't get me wrong, it's okay and I will not stop going there occasionally, but it is typically very soft yogurt and melts way to quickly. Also the cheesecake flavor doesn't have enough flavor to it. I also wish they had a simple punch card instead of having to set something up online. It's not bad, but "just okay". Convenient location for me is the best part. read more
