This is one of my favorite frozen yogurt places ever. Parking is a little tough at this strip mall but the little walk is worth it. You can ask for a sample cup and taste some of the flavors. They seem to always have a new flavor. You help yourself to a small or large cup and serve yourself with a large selection of froyo flavors and toppings. Lately my favorites are pistachio and Dutch chocolate. You pay by the ounce. The atmosphere is casual, but it can get crowded. I usually spend around $2 to $3 but you can easily spend double or more on the smaller cup. The small cup is huge! I go to yogurtland pretty often and the rating always depends on the flavors really. Today's flavors were absolutely lovely. From Dutch chocolate made with ghiradelli chocolate, to coconut, mango, and the looney toones special flavors, the taste was wonderful. Damn this heatwave is knocking me down to the ground and I was craving for cool refreshing ice cream yogurt and Yogurtland was my top choice since I've already check the reviews on Yelp very positive feedback. Coming in I was greeted by the owner very pleasant and polite. I couldn't decide on the flavor so I had four free samples of each one was chocolate, pistachio, pecan and rocky road. I chose the dutch chocolate since that was my favorite and there were toppings from gummy bear, cherries, walnuts, M&M and chocolate mints and much more. She had me guess the price of the ice cream and she gave two trys. The second time I was off by .52 cents. I would definetly come back again and try some of the other flavors. The shop was very clean and the cashier was just waiting for customers, other than that it's self-server froyo, so can't go wrong with that. The floor had trash all over it and Yogurt machines were a mess with melting Yogurt lying in the drip trays. Not only that but standing in line to pay lot's of people were holding up the line and the girl on the cash register didn't even attempt to hurry them along. There was one woman with four children who insisted on all four of them weighing and paying for their Yogurt separately then also standing there taking multiple pictures of each child in turn when 12 or 13 of us stood waiting while our Yogurt melted. Not cool. Please have more staff on busier days! That aside I still really enjoyed my (half melted by the time I got to eat it) Yogurt. I've had Pinkberry's and Honeyberry's but my favorite place has got to be Yogurtland. It's close to home and prices are pretty reasonable. Yesterday it was a beautiful 80° day. After picking my big head up I swooped up my sister and twins. Apparently everyone and their mamas got the memo that it was a great day for some froyo cause Yogurtland was poppin. Love the fact that everyone entering the store is required to sanitize their hands and wear disposable gloves (provided by the store) before proceeding to get their favorite flavor of froyo. Then the employees put your preferred toppings on. Highly recommend their Dutch chocolate flavor with strawberries, chocolate amd rainbow sprinkles, and the hot fudge sauce - my kids love this combo and so do I! I've always liked this Yogurtland. Now that I'm working here for the summer, and I get to see what happens in the background, I love this place! The best froyo ever. Now I'm really picky with froyo, and other froyo places never live up to my standards. New owners with extensive franchise experience took over. They are borderline OCD, so don't you worry about quality, cleanliness, or service! Us workers might not greet you sometimes when you come in, but I'm obviously not going to say hi to you when I'm ringing up an order. Just know that you're always welcome to grab sample cups right in front of the registers. Personally, it does bother me when people go eat a ton of "samples" and also "sample" the toppings. It's not only unsanitary, but also an ethical issue (and I'm all about philosophy). Chill original owner started the "be my guest" discount. Guess the the exact price, and its free! Only at this location!!! You can guess your entire order, or each individual cup one at a time. The guess is also only for food content, the cups get subtracted out, so don't worry about which size cup you get. You're not allowed to look at the weight and calculate it with some formula, that's not guessing. It defeats the whole purpose of the game. We get at least one or two correct ones each day, so you do have a pretty high chance of getting it correct. People seem to get excited when I bring out fresh toppings. Actually, the toppings run out really quickly. Oftentimes, we have to refill things like mangoes and strawberries every 10 minutes. Fruits are cut at least daily. The procedures for cleaning and cutting are also very specific and highly sanitary. For example, we have to soak the kiwis, scrub the skin smooth, peel it, make sure the bone is out, then cut it. Cutting fruit is like an art form there, so is cleaning. Even the water is filtered water, not tap water like other places. Rewards cards are free. They work at all Yogurtlands. Get one if you go frequently. The concept is similar to a Starbucks card, except you don't need to reload it. Register it on the Yogurtland phone app, and you won't have to bring the physical card, just scan your phone at the register. The cashier/worker will know if you have rewards once they swipe it and will ask which you want to use. You can only use one type of reward at a time. For example, two "3oz real rewards" can be used together, but not a "3oz registration reward" + "3oz real reward". Ask for the nutrition binder if you have dietary restrictions and need to check on some numbers. What a great experience at this location. Super clean, plenty of yogurt options and flavors, lots of toppings and a super friendly staff! We brought the family here after celebrating my moms 61st birthday. We snuck in right before it got crazy. The options were good including Carmel almond fudge which is amazing!! They also have fun seasonal options and this year it was also peppermint white chocolate which my daughter loved. Me, I love some mochii so I loaded up on it and some chocolate chips for toppings because what else does one need. So we went to check out and they have come up with a cool little incentive, if you correctly guess the price of the checkout charges you get yours for free. Hello Kitty and Yogurtland collabo! Yes, please! The bf and I walked in and immediately saw the HK cups and I thought they were so cute! I almost didn't want to use them! But, I settled on red velvet, cheesecake, and chocolate milkshake. They tasted so good! They have an awesome variety of toppings from fresh fruit to candy, and cereal. This was the first froyo place where I've seen "popping boba" being offered. I prefer the passion fruit ones over the lychee ones. I was disappointed that they only had regular mochi and strawberry mochi only. The froyo location I frequent (Nubi) has rainbow mochi. But, besides that, the toppings station was well-stocked and clean. For 2 cups of yogurt, the bf and I paid $8, which I think is pretty good and I loaded up on the froyo and popping boba. I usually spend $5-$6 just on myself haha. Anyway, they ration off the HK spoons because I guess otherwise people would just grab a bunch for souvenirs. So, the bf was nice enough to ask to exchange his Chococat one for another HK one just for me. Customer service is ok.
