Today we came to our local Yoshinoya for a pick up order and upon arrival they told us they didn't have any veggies. How do you not have any veggies cut and ready when that's what you serve. Our food was just sitting there along with other peoples orders. Not sure who's job it is to keep veggies streamed and ready but it was a big fail. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Honestly, this restaurant needs new management. The manager, Carrie, was very unprofessional and the restaurant overall seemed very disorganized. After placing my order, I noticed a poster on the wall advertising a deal for a drink plus a side for $3.50. I went back to the register to ask about it, and the employee told me the deal only applied when ordering one of the combos. I explained that I had ordered a combo and showed my receipt. She then said she didn't think she could apply it anymore but would ask her manager. The manager came over and told me they could not honor the deal because I had already completed my purchase, and that processing a refund would somehow affect the employee. She said I could still purchase the items separately, but at a different price. At that point, I decided to just buy the drink separately. After paying, I went to get my drink and noticed the Pepsi machine was empty. I informed the manager, and she responded that someone would check it "right now." About 10 minutes passed and nobody came. I went back again and politely let her know I was still waiting, and her response was, "Well, you're going to have to wait because we are not going to do it right now." At that point, I requested a refund for the drink, and even that was handled rudely. Honestly, I should have requested a refund for the food as well because it was cold and ended up being thrown away. This review is all about Emmanuel. I got to the store at 10:40 a.m. and there were 3 people in front of me waiting to order. There was only 1 register open, the guy taking the orders was also packing the orders and the people in front of me took a long time. I was super stressed because I had waited for 15 minutes and my order still wasn't in and Emmanuel could read my distress. I was going to have to walk out without any food because I was now late for my next stop. He came out from behind the kitchen to open another register to take my order. I told him that I was in a huge hurry, so he went and filled my order personally. He took my order at 10:55 and I was out the door at 11. I was so grateful to him for seeing me and tending to my needs. He was a huge blessing and it felt like God was moving his heart to take care of me, and I'm so grateful! read more

Hi ! I never really have an issue with the service or the food itself . This is just to make the operator aware that the soda nozzles and ice chute need deep cleaning . They are extremely dirty with heavy mold build up and afraid someone could get sick . Please have someone clean or replace those nozzles and ice chute . read more

The rice were undercooked and were not proportionate to the meat given. The Tokyo fried chicken were overcooked and some pieces were burned. This was the first time in this location that the gyudon beef bowl felt a little off. The kid's meal were made perfectly though. The kids meal came with beverage and dessert of your choice. This place should be SHUT DOWN!!! The owners of THIS SPECIFIC Yoshinoya location should be EMBARRASSED to be running such a dump. This place is so cold inside, ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, and the menu is like 15 feet behind the counter w SUCH SMALL images for the pictures w really no explanation. Cold inside when it's raining outside, floors filthy everywhere, but what REALLY got me grossed out and gave me the ick's, were the stains of dirt and oil on the seating benches. To the owner of this Yoshinoya, I'd like to let you know that I have changed my review from a 1 Star, to a 2 Star because the shrimp tempura was actually good. Absolutely unacceptable service I place an order online in order to receive it at the time. It said it would be ready said about seven minute wait I get there and I have to wait another 40 minutes because the employee claims that they're short staffed and they have a lot of orders, so I attempted to cancel my order. He told me there was no way for him to cancel the order unless I contacted customer support and has a little attitude when he gives me my bag. I am never coming here again. After visiting Cinnaholic to get a couple Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls for my daughters, I was hungry as I haven't eaten all day. I was in the area and happened to see Yoshinoya at a corner of a small plaza. I haven't had Yoshi* in a long time so why not. Drove on over, parked my car, and walked right in. It's quite a spacious Yoshi*. There was only one gentleman in front of me waiting in line. The lady behind the register was packaging orders. I don't know if she saw us or not, but we waited several minutes until we were noticed. Anyway, she took our orders fairly quickly. I have recently lost my voice so I had to write down my ordering script LOL. I handed her a piece of paper and she read it. 1 Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Bowl order was received. Thank you! The wait wasn't too long. They were slightly busy, but nothing crazy. I decided to sit down and eat in. I was surprised to see the salmon filet to be of good size for a $10.29 bowl. It came with veggies and white rice which I enjoyed very much. Teriyaki sauce was on top of the salmon... I'll ask for it on the side next time... I don't care for too much sauce in general. Salmon wasn't bad, but it could have been more tender and juicy. Bowl was perfect for me! My go-to is usually their Teriyaki Chicken Plate, but now that they have Grilled Teriyaki Salmon, I have found my new go-to. However, I may switch between the two of them. I'll have to ask if they can do half chicken and half salmon. That would be awesome if they did. They also have expanded their menu items like Tokyo Fried Chicken and Boba drinks... something new to try out next time. Holy Nostalgia! Lol. yoshinoya was one of my favourite joints as a teenager. I do believe it may be the ginger and chili powder that I loved though. I admit yoshinoya is a weird thing to like and is probably an acquired taste but I like to have it every once in a while. Service was great, the girl working the register was super sweet and generous with the ginger and chili. Got our food real fast too. I came here because I always have loved the rice, but this location was terrible. It looked old and outdated, the rice was hard and the beef was not very hot. I live too far to go back and replace it, but I definitely won't be back to this location again. I eat here often usually during the day and everything is always good. But on Oct 26 around 8:30pm me and my family came in to eat and all the tables and chairs were put up as if they were closing early? Idk but after we got our food I asked to dine in but they said no and when I questioned the closing times being at 11:00 they carelessly just said no eating in. The Manager with glasses said that cashier in the picture was going home early and no one would clean up the floor later I asked what about him since he's the Manager and he said he had to get home to his wife and kid for dinner but like in a rude way. I would've understood if they nicely told me about why we couldn't in but no they didn't give a crap and I didn't want to start a scene so I took my family home and was so mad that I couldn't let it go. All I wanted was a fair explanation on why we got kicked out so I went back to ask. I have recordings of both these guys cursing me out like they own the place.
