Honestly I've been coming for a long time and the service hasn't never as bad as it has been recently. The manager and most of the workers always have an attitude. I went in today, the floors were super sticky, the drink fountain was fully covered in dry soda. Besides them being stingy with portions, they give a hard time when it even comes to ordering the food. I waited 10 minutes just to be attended and 30 minutes for my food. (There were only 3 other customers, and one else in The drive thru.) I hate to be the one putting this review but the customer service just gets worse and worse every time. read more

From what I've read after my experience, this location is VERY stingy with their portions. Ordered a large gyudon beef bowl. Looked like a potion and a half of meat (if that).... I asked for more ginger and the young lady (not her fault) said they're limiting 4 ginger pks per bowl. I told her I had a large bowl, and she said sorry it's per bowl.... Was craving Yoshinoya and decided to go to this one cause it's closer to me. I sued the coupon you get in the mail and got the 2 large bowls for 15.99. I got one of each which are the gyudon now and the donburi (beef and chicken bowls). What's not pictured is the large chicken bowl and the Tokyo fried chicken I got because I forgot to take a photo and I ate them ahah. Anyways as usual I've always loved Yoshinoya through its ups and downs. The food to me always was good and the pricing is kind of ok it's expensive for sure even with coupons in my opinion. The service is what you expect in every Yoshinoya but with that being said each Yoshinoya is different and this one the I think the general manager was the one who served me. She was nice and polite even though they were clearly busy! The ambiance is what you expect from a Yoshinoya. I am a fan of Gyudon but not so much of Yoshinoya. I don't come to this location very much but I have to say, comparing this location to many others that I have visit I am pretty pleased to say it is the cleanest and most helpful location I've been to. There were some questions I had and the cashier at the time helped answer all my questions. There was good communication between us as I was a little confused with the new flavor that was advertised. Yoshinoya has changed a lot in the past decades. It was great then it started to lose its charm. Its not anything too new but now days there is so much customization that you can do to your bowl/plate. I thought the Ribeye with Yuzu Jalapeno sauce was a new dish item, but it wasn't. It was just the sauce. Anyways. My visit was a pleasant one and would like to come back to this location if the dire need to visit Yoshinoya arrives once again. Then the window clerk Kirk Drops a boba straw on the floor picks it up and puts it back in the container yuccck Then I notice they gave me an OG bowl with no meat only vegetables Although they corrected it, I still feel that there is a lack of attention or understanding of food industry standards. Being a national chain standard should be set high. Also, we have measured the portion size in the regular OG bowl and it is the same portion that is in the large. And the employees all admitted that it's the same portion size and they charge more for it. They are all told what to do despite it's a fraud. This is not OK and we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau BBB unless This is resurrected. NO MATTER WHAT POOR EXPIRENCE AS WE EXPECT BETTER! Read your reviews. I find that when I ask for a "special" order, they always listen. This location is amazing! I love how the staff works and attentive they are to their customers. The times I've been here, I've noticed how hard they work. It's not easy dealing with rude customers. Fast food workers deserve more! The ambiance is good. Regrettably this drive through location deserves a minus five stars based on our experience today. My message related to this establishment along with an e- mail copy to their corporate office is self-explanatory Initially I remain a member of your Yoshinoya application. I waited in the drive through line for over 35 minutes on Saturday at 1500 hrs. Disappointed while waiting in the drive through line I called and asked for the manager. A lady identified as Zenaida came on the line and apologized. When she was asked to compensate for an unreasonable time waiting, I was transferred to Kurk. Kurk definitely had an attitude to begin with and stated "all I can offer is a ten percent senior discount. Which was fine with us. Upon approaching the drive through window, your employee stated the following " we do not offer senior discounts". We stated that Kurk stated the discount of 10% will be applied to our order. It took a different associate to apply this discount. Even more repulsive and needs to be reported to your Federal licensing Regulatory Agency ( FDA), along with your California State regulatory Agency, is change obtained in cash along with our receipt was placed in our food bag, having contact with our meal obtained.
