And Order came out very timely. 5 to 10 minutes from when we placed it. Pizzas came out properly cooked, had a nice crisp bite to them, and as stated previously, we got precisely what we ordered. Nothing missing. Appetizer was great as well! Gentleman was very polite and we thanked him a bunch because that pizza really was amazing. Place was clean and presentable too. Love the pizzas! I love that you can build your own personal pizza. There are lots of topping options and the price is great! Like 10$ or less for one. It takes like 7 minutes to makes or less and you'll be out of there. The crust is amazing and just the right amount of thickness. Kind of like a thinner crust. Feels healthy while eating it! They also have Hazy Like a Fox on draft. It's from New Relm Brewing. I got the pecan gelato and wow.... So creamy and delicious. Over all my husband and I were very satisfied. The pizza is always amazing. The sauce is delicious. You sometimes encounter attitudes when it comes to having your pizza made. Some are stingy with the toppings and some get an attitude when you ask for a little bit more. If it's a problem, let me behind the counter to make my own pizza . Despite it being a little pricey for a 10" pizza, it's fresh, delicious, custom made, and nice and thin crust. Totally worth it for the once-in-a-while treat, or to prevent you from overeating. The outdoor patio is nice and your food can be brought to you as well despite the feel of a "fast casual" style place. Tables are clean, service is good, food cooked relatively quickly. Disappointment in a recent order purchased from the Your Pie Pizza located at 7550 Granby St. This is one of those situations that make you madder on other levels. I ordered a pizza to go and I am sure like many of you the way you feel and see that your order is basically inedible. I got home and I should have checked in the restaurant but the pizza was completely burned. Usually service is great but this time the pizza was not up to the usual standards. Don't believe me check the picture yourself. Once I got home and opened the box to see the pizza I was tired and I knew I was not going to go back out. I contacted the restaurant but nothing heard about my issue. Some may say I should have checked my pizza but is it at a point where you need to check everything a person does? Here I am letting you know that I guess it is good to check your pizzas before leaving. How fun! Its like Chipotle, but for pizza! Ill start off by saying that I really dig the interior/layout. The rustic tables inside are very pretty and there's plenty out outside seating as well with a nice atmosphere. They have actual menus you hold AND the same stuff written on the walls, for everyones convince. So, I think you have the option of making your own pizza, salad, or panini, obviously I was here for the pizza, so Ill explain how the pizza part of this works. You can build you own, or choose a "favorite" thats already built. My boyfriend got "The Nat". This one was pre built with basil pesto, mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and chicken. It was delicious I might add. If he wasn't getting that one then it certainly would have been my choice. But alas, since he stole my idea ;) I decided to try out building my own. You choose what kind of dough you want to start- white, wheat, or gluten free. Then choose sauce, cheese, and toppings. There's a decent meat selection which I was happy about because, #carnivore. And lots of veggies. Okay, so what I really thought was awesome about the place was that you could choose however many toppings you wanted! So, I know for say, Pizza Hut, they are weird about how many toppings you add because it makes the pizza harder to cook. So I thought Your Pie was going to act the same way. But as I went down the line and added more and more items, all they kept saying was "anything else?". Be still my heart. The pizza itself came out in under 10 minutes. And final result: was delicious! Even with all of those topping my pizza wasn't soggy. I really loved how perfectly it was cooked! I was so so pleased with my pie!!! Oh! And Pro Tip. After an Yelp event, I knew I had to check this place out. For one, they have gluten free dough and for two, they offer a non tomato sauce (for those who has acid reflux but still want to eat pizza). Made to order of whatever you like, is a great choice when dining with others when you can't decide what kind of pizza to get as a group. Well... you can get your own 10inch for $7.99. That's how the set up is. It is set up like subway where you pick your dough/toppings/meats etc. but Subway doesn't let you get unlimited meats. Here you can pick more than 1 meat or heck pick it all! And they are not stingy on the toppings either! The Staff is awesome as you try to figure out your perfect creation and won't make you feel rush. They take your gluten free sensitivity serious!! If you ask for gluten free dough they will ask if it is a "preference" or "sensitivity". If it's due to sensitivity they make your pizza in a whole different secret location! What I mean by that is Your Pie is the kind of place that you go to when you're feeling classy and want to eat something that's a step above mainstream fast food, but don't want to go to a sit down restaurant with waiter service. It is a little pricey like chipotle too, but you get why you pay for. Nonetheless, this place is delicious. I've been here on three seperate occasions. The first was when they had their grand opening and gave away one free entree to the public. I got the "Southern Heat" (Buffalo Chicken) pizza with added bacon and banana peppers. It was outstanding and had me hooked for more. The second time I came here I got the summer seasonal "Peach & Pirshoutto" and it was heavenly. Like I've never eaten peaches on pizza and didn't know what to expect, but the flavors (peach, prosciutto ham, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesean, basil, and balsamic glaze) all went together so well. The third time I got the fall seasonal "Sriracha Nacho Pie" which had a grilled chicken, corn, jalepeños, cilantro, red onions, romaine lettuce, white cheddar, sriracha ranch, and crushed Doritos. While I did like it, I wasnt as impressed with it as the "Peach & Pirshoutto". The side salads I had were delicious (both the Cesar and Greek.) They sell gelato from here but from what I tasted I don't really care for it. Just personally not my cup of tea. I have yet to try any of their paninis, but they're on my list. Great concept! It definitely is the "Subway" of pizza and just what the neighborhood needed. It's good pizza with fresh ingredients YOUR way. The crust is thin, but still chewy. You choose your crust, sauce, cheese, then toppings. We had a pepperoni and a pepperoni and sausage, both on white crust, with lots of cheese. Wood fired and fast! I also had a caprese side salad (because I can never pass that up on any menu!). Tomatoes and fresh mozzarella on a big pile of basil, which was different, but good. The balsamic glaze that came with it was fantastic! My only complaint is that there were only 3 slices of tomato (little Roma's), so I'd like to see more, but they were fresh and ripe. The food although delicious had one major flaw, it gave me severe food poisoning. I went on a Thursday to take advantage of their special of the day which was $3.14 beers which they were unable to serve. They couldn't serve the beer because there was NOBODY working that was over the age of 18! They swept all of the ash and dust out of the pizza over out in front of all of the toppings uncovered onto the floor which screamed unsanitary on so many levels. Y'all better fix your store before someone has it worse than having to get their stomach pumped. Someone could genuinely die from eating here. Side note but promoting $3.14 beers as a special of the day but then having nobody legal age to serve it is disgraceful.
