We were greeted warmly and seated right away, which we really appreciated. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. We ordered Greek salads and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Our server even recommended a specific type of mushrooms she personally enjoys--and her recommendation was spot on! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. This was my first visit, and my friend had been here before and highly recommended it--now I see why! I'll definitely be coming back again. Horrible. Totally overpriced. 22 dollars for delivery for the saddest piece of lasagna with no bread or salad. To be fair door dash does up the price a bit, but if you order delivery from y knot it comes cold and takes over an hour. How hard is it to boil a piece of pasta for the love of God please it takes 10 minutes to boil pasta not two hours. Two minutes if it's fresh but they sell box pasta that's been cooked for two hours. Been to Ynot many ties since they opened. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, not bad at all. However, the eclair, after 1 hour since pick up, is still frozen solid and obviously not fresh. Ordered and paid online and included a tip. When I picked the order up I was asked to sign a receipt, "as a favor". The receipt charged me 3 times the tip I already paid online. I of course did not sign. This was a clear attempt to get more money for not doing a thing and was very dishonest. Ynot has gone down hill fast. read more

I ordered two medium pizzas to pick up on 2/18/25 for a special occasion. One supreme and the other Pepperoni with extra cheese. I prepaid for them, and they cost over $50, so of course we were expecting wonderful pizzas. When we opened the boxes, we were shocked to see the quality. The supreme was flat with no meat and looked nothing like the picture of their promoted Supreme's. It was so bad, that only the peperoni, also of poor quality, was eaten by our friends. But I had one slice of the supreme and not only was it cold but awful. These were to be our main course, and it ruined or evening. Came here cause I was craving the burrata. Won't be coming back. No one acknowledged us while we stood at the door for awhile, people just looked at us and walked by. They started completely closing up at 9 even though they don't close until 10 I had to ask the server for balsamic vinegar twice and she brought balsamic vinaigrette. She brought one plate for our shared appetizer and I had to ask for another. When I asked for more of the same bread ( the toasted points) she brought me soft weird shaped pieces of bread. She never came back to check on us or I would have told her that it was wrong bread, wrong vinegar and the burrata was mozzarella not creamy like burrata. I came here for a quick lunch with a friend. The only thing we had was a slice of pizza each. I got the tomato and spinach and he got the pepperoni. I loved mine. I love a thin crust. My friend liked his slice of pizza too. The menus are electronic now which I had not seen before. It looks like a tablet. Kind of cool. Our waitress Dawn was excellent! So friendly and funny. Ynot...because Ynot?! Lol! I'm finally at the end of my prison sentence, aka diet. So what better way to end a diet, especially on National Chocolate Day!!! I'm not going to lie, I came here strictly for dessert. But the pizza beforehand was also a minor reason to stop by. Plus Tony always smiles and makes for a good vibe here. I had a coupon for free wings and pizza, so why not put it to good use? And also indulge in a few adult beverages while I'm at it... Wings were a tasty bourbon flavor, but minus one star because they were cold. I ate one and it was good until the last few bites, which were cold. Ugh. Pizzas were good. Meatballs and onions on one and Buffalo chicken on the other. Yummy! Buffalo chicken was a bit dry, though. The star of the show and my personal favorite was the Boozy Gelato! Divine! I'm done with YNOT. The last time we went we hadn't been there in 3 or 4 months. We had always found the food and wait staff pretty good - not great, but good enough and of consistent quality to keep us coming back, however, we won't go back again. My wife and I enjoy a glass of red wine with our dinner and when we each ordered a glass of house cab and asked how much the wine would be we were told by the waitress that it would be $13 and change per glass. What? I'm sorry, $13+ for a glass of house cabernet? I'm not cheap but I'm not paying that for a glass of house cab not even if we were at Steinhilber's, Il Giardino or Ruth's Chris, much less YNOT. Man, they've gotten full of themselves. We were appalled and said, "never mind" and got up and left without ordering. The cheese pizza was good- typical thin cheese pizza. My son brought over YNot for Mother's Day. Pepperoni pizza, Sausage-pepper-onion sub, a big salad. The sub was soooooo good. Almost overflowing with sausage. The salad- big enough for 3 of us. Delicious. And the pizza was spot on. YNot is getting good again. That makes me happy.
