I was able to make a reservation for same day dining on a Sunday. Atmosphere is nice, it's located in Caesar's in the Forum Shops. Service was friendly and good. As far as food goes- I had the spicy miso soup (5/5), the Brussels sprout chips (4.5/5), the crispy rice w/ spicy salmon (5/5) & spicy tuna (4.5/5), then a couple of nigiri like bluefin tuna (2.5/5) & a roll. Second time here and just as good as a couple years back. I like the location, upstairs and away from the crowds and noise. The hostess who sat us was so nice and made it a point to chat with us and make us feel welcome at the start. Our server was quick to say hello and get our drinks started. The staff works as a team the entire time, making sure you have what you need. Food is fresh, delicious and creative. BUT, the portions are so small for what you pay, that's the disappointing part. Probably will try HH next time and see if that's better. The cucumber salad is to die for! It rivals any other I have had. And the Avo cripsy rice was seriously melt in your mouth goodness. Made a reservation for my wife's birthday dinner a month in advance for tonight. The restaurant was a little hard to find, but once we saw the signs, it was pretty easy to get to. Since it was a Wednesday, it wasn't busy at all. The restaurant was very kind to pay attention to my reservation details as it was my wife's birthday, & the hostess & server wished her a happy birthday. They also honored my request of a booth / table with a view of the strip. Granted it was a weekday, but still. It shows the paid attention. Service was amazing. Food came out fast. We tried the chefs across the menu recommendations for two for $198. Which was worth it. We got about 8 dishes from varies items on the menu. Everything was delicious, & we tried things we would've never order. Once dinner was over, the server brought out two clean plates with forks. Which we were confused because we thought that was it. He surprised us with a birthday dessert, birthday lemon drop drinks for the both of us, which happens to be our favorite cocktail (we never told him that), & a cute sparkler as a candle. The food runner / busser was very nice to tell me he'd wait to light the candle, so I can capture the moment on video. The dessert was amazing. Generous size, not a small whatever dessert. From Japanese cheesecake slices, to mochis & fresh fruit. Everything from start to finish was amazing. We came here for lunch and got 2 of the $38 sushi plate which comes with yellowtail, tuna, salmon, shrimp albacore and a choice of baked salmon or spicy tuna cut roll. The fish quality was actually pretty good, the nigiri was fresh and tasty w a decent rice to fish ratio, the rolls were pretty standard. I would say that this was a reasonable price for what we got especially given how everything in Vegas is so expensive. Definitely not a bang for your buck but not too expensive to where I felt scammed either. Good choice for a light lunch if you're not too hungry, although I did end up a little more full than I expected to when I first saw how much food there was. For drinks we got plum wine (umeshu) and beer. Both of these were good, I love plum wine and really like when places offer it. Service was fast, we got here around noon and they weren't busy at all with maybe only 3 other tables at the same time as us. Servers/hostess were nice and attentive. Ambiance was nice, typical modern Asian sushi restaurant vibes. I will say the lighting was a little weird it was muted/dim for the most part but where I was sat was directly below a light so it felt a little too bright in contrast. Definitely surpassed my expectations a little for a sushi spot in a mall, but it's Vegas so I guess it makes sense that there's good food everywhere. It was getting late-ish and we were walking around Caesar's to find a place for dinner. Sushi Roku was one of the first places we spotted at the forum shops and decided to walk in. Had no idea they were closing soon-ish. Whoops! We were seated and we each got their Matcha Miruku Sour drink (pendleton whiskey, pineapple, coconut, matcha, ube foam), and it was pretty good! Who knew whiskey and ube would be so delicious together. We than ordered our food and after that arrived, we were asked if we wanted to order more since their kitchen was closing. Here's what we tried- Tokubetsu roll (crab, cucumber topped with toro, sea bream, black truffle pesto, yuzu vinaigrette) - yum yum! The black truffle pesto went to well with the whole thing. Deluxe sushi plate (yellowtail, tuna, salmon, shrimp, albacore & baked crab or spicy tuna cut roll [picked the baked crab], scallop, sea bream, toro jalapeño cut roll). Beautifully plated and it has good variety. Otherwise rather standard and the rolls were a bit on the bland side, but was still tasty. Crispy rice- each full order comes with 4 and they said we can mix it up so we did 2 yellowtail and 2 Wagyu. The yellowtail was really good, and the Wagyu was pretty good, but the crispy rice portion was a bit oily and took over from the topping flavors. Chicken- some protein and carbs with chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies after HYROX lol!! We were then given a dessert menu and we got mochi- green tea, mango, and strawberry. Nicely cut and played with berries and powdered sugar. Overall great vibes, but felt bad we were one of the last customers to arrive and leave. read more

Have been a few times now and they recently expanded the menu even more, now to include some favorites including their Tokubetsu Roll! It's definitely pretty expensive for what you're getting, but service was really good and there were almost no people inside despite it being a weekday lunch. Great service, awesome ambiance.. Food did not have vegetarian options. They told us that they could make any roll for us but it would have been great to have veg options to choose from. We had a bit of an issue with the fried tofu with fish sauce served even though we told them we were vegetarians. This was corrected later but by then it left a bad taste literally and figuratively. Also we were the last seating and felt like dishes were being cleared every few minutes to wrap up the table. Feedback: very seldom leave less than perfect reviews but there's definite room for improvement here. Please have more vegetarian options. Have staff be familiar with common diet restrictions. I made a reservation the same day for two. It's on the third floor of the Caesar's forums shops and you take the twisty escalator up. The hostess and servers were very kind. We ordered two sushi dishes and one appetizer all of which was delicious. The fish was very fresh and filling. The lighting is very dim and there's a candle on the table which felt very romantic. We did feel a bit rushed and like there was not really an experience, just ordering and eating then leaving. We had to pay for our bill on a QR code and use our phones which also charged a service fee and felt highly impersonal and lazy. We were walking around Caesar's Palace when we were looking for a dinner spot. They have so many choices, but we did want something light and you can't go wrong with sushi. It took a bit to get there because it's tucked in all the way to the end. I only found it because I followed my map. When we walked up, I wasn't sure if they were open because there was no one in the front and the inside looked dim and empty. While I was standing there looking at the menu someone came up so I asked and she said they were open. We were sat right away. We had a table with a nice view of the Linq area. Our server was very nice and welcoming. Offered to explain anything on the menu and was very patient while we looked it over. We ordered a salmon jalapeño roll, which was very fresh and tasty with a lime taste. Also had the yellow tail with avocado, which was really good as well. My Ramen was amazing. Came here for my mom and uncle's birthday. It was my uncle's 50th birthday so the whole family came for the celebration! We had a hugeeee group and they were still able to accommodate us in their private room. With reservation of course! The service there was impeccable. They were so attentive with our needs and got our food and drinks in quickly! We finished eating in an hour. That's pretty crazy considering our family size. We had about 21 people including many kids. For the food, it's perfect as always. The sushi is great quality and their meat dishes are delicious. It's a hidden gem tucked into the forum shops and oh so worth a visit. The food is wonderful in addition to the view. This meal was pretty damn close to my ideal meal. The service was attentive but not overbearing. I dined alone and sat at the sushi bar. For a cocktail, I ordered the tea & harmony which was green tea infused vodka with honey and it was my favorite cocktail to date. If not for being $20 I would've happily ordered 3 or 4. For my main, I got the sushi plate which was five pieces of nigiri and one spicy tuna roll. This was not much food but the quality was great. To finish off the meal I ordered the yuzu Cheescake which was absolute perfection. I'm not even a big cheesecake lover because I hate when they taste like a block of flavored cream cheese. We were really craving Japanese food after having Italian, American, steak, and seafood on all the other nights during our conference. We were staying at the Wynn/Encore, and this restaurant was within a comfortable walking distance. My colleagues thoroughly enjoyed their time here -- even those who weren't typically fans of sushi. I love sushi, but I understand how difficult it can be to accommodate soy protein allergies. It's especially tough being Asian and allergic to soy. I wasn't able to enjoy a lot of the dishes, but I really appreciated the chef and waiter customizing my order so that I could still have something to eat. We ordered the American Wagyu beef to share, with the sauce on the side so my colleagues could dip it. I had a customized spicy scallop roll without soy sauce, which was delicious. We ended our meal with mochi ice cream -- by far the best part of the meal! My colleagues also ordered the Shishito Japanese peppers, the Katana, Gensai, and White Lotus rolls, along with a side of edamame and an unfiltered sake. They thoroughly enjoyed everything. Can't believe I've been to Caesars Palace so many times but did not know about Sushi Roku! They've been on the 3rd floor of the Forum Shops for 21 years now. I usually go to Nobu but when I learned about another Japanese restaurant in the same casino, I had to try it. The A5 Wagyu Ishiyaki is a must have! Literally melts on your tongue perfection! We also ordered the Filet Mignon "Japonis" and the steak was so tender and juicy, the mashed potato was addictive! The waitstaff are MUCH friendlier and their dishes taste great also! Highly recommend this spot. In my 2 hours dining experience, we witnessed at least 7 birthdays; it must be a hot spot for celebrations! With that said, make a reservation! read more
