The service was terrible the manger is very disrespectful. We got here and there were only two families there. And we had a party of 6 people. It was my son's birthday and we go there all the time. We had gotten our first order and we all order one roll each and it still took them 30 minutes to get it. Then we order our second roll. Which was 6 rolls again. But there were no more people in the restaurant anymore. Just us. Until another family of 3 had come in. And they had ordered their food and eat all of it before we had even gotten our second order. 45 minutes later we had finally got our order and by then there were more people. But everyone else was getting there orders before us. Even when we were there first. But we had been there for about 2 hours and more than half was us just waiting. We didn't get that much food for a party of 6 but the woman in charge seemed like she had forgotten about us. So then after we had eaten and was ready to pay I wanted to have them understand that I have been there many times. But it was unfair that we had been there for 2 hours and didn't get a lot of food. And all was waiting. But the woman in charge was very nasty to me. And she had no longer wanted to talk to me so she wanted to talk to my teenage daughter. And she started being rude and raising her voice at her. Which I didn't let happen. So we left. read more

Since their change of ownership I really couldn't recommend this place. Price is good but the quality of ingredients is just not there anymore. The chicken is fried and not tasty. The staff is sweet as can be. If I wanted crispy chicken I would have just gone to KFC right there next to them. I spent $15 but ended up throwing the meal away after a couple bites. read more

My funny Valentine brought me here on Valentine's day around 5pm.Yas, we eat dinner early!! Hahaha! Anywho. Always timid to sit at the sushi bar I thought hey why not let's do it there was nobody in the restaurant and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to get to know our sushi chef. And I was wrong!! Dude, didn't even look at us once. Our order was taken by a waitress who spoke behind us. Kind of awkward. So let's talk about their rolls... I would say they're almost the same quality of what you might find at a grocery store. They seriously love their sauces (each menu item indicates what sauce is going to be on the roll). I give this place 3 stars only because of their prices. We ordered three rolls at half off. And to my surprise they also give us buy 2 get 1 free?!?! Ordered the #3 sushi plate w/ spicy tuna roll, also Ika, Ikura nigiri. Service was very good. I arrived at 4:30 so they weren't busy yet. Chef and waitress friendly. Fish fresh and Tasty. I use to come here after or before Dr appointments before I moved out of state in 2016. I moved back this year and was pleased to see they survived the pandemic and still serve good food at a fair price with friendly service. We finally found a great sushi place in El Dorado county. Being from Santa Cruz, it's hard to find comparing to there, but Yuki was amazing. Fresh and filling. Had seaweed salad, aloha roll, Hawaiian and salmon rolls also mozzarella roll my hubby had. Everything spot on. Today was my birthday and craving sushi. Service was excellent too, very casual place and they pack them in. Was busy at 8pm. Prices are not expensive either. We'll definitely be back. Reviews are spot on. Food options are extremely limited in Cameron Park, so I went to this spot again, and I am pretty glad I gave it another shot. It has gotten a lot busier, and as a result, the quality has gone up very noticeably. Or maybe I just caught them on a bad day the first time? I don't know, but I have not had a "bad fish" experience again. Tuesdays-Thursdays after 6 pm, they have a buy 2 get 1 free deal on specialty rolls (and they're already half off rolls!). I am still not *blown away* by the sushi rolls, but it's actually surprisingly good from the first time I had them, and I will NOT complain about getting 3 rolls and 2 oyster shooters for $25! The oyster shooters are really good here, too! They have definitely managed to change my opinion and I have been going semi-regularly to take advantage of the great deal. DAAAANG!! We've been coming here for a year or so and OMG we just left there tonight and I have to say they've really outdone themselves. They had some new rolls- the Lake Tahoe and the Crunchy Picante. Holy crap, I can't believe this place is in Cameron park. Like I feel like they're so underrated. Both rolls were fried and the sauce on the Tahoe was amazing. The Tahoe was essentially two different "rolls" in a bowl. One crunchy and fried and the other with lemon and put together was to die for. It actually had me whispering to my husband, "they should really charge more for this." The Crunchy Picante, has fried asparagus and jalapeño with red fish eggs on top giving it an interesting look and the flavor is amazing, my review isn't going it justice. We also got our usual X Files which is one of their seared rolls and since we had our toddler with us they were kind enough to not bring it out on fire we started with a poke salad which really hit the spot and got a teriyaki chicken bowl for our daughter which she devoured. I love this place. Their customer service has always been outstanding and it is very family friendly so we don't feel bad bringing our toddler. Try them out, you won't be disappointed! read more

50% off all rolls all the time is pretty cool. Great idea. Tried several rolls here, probably all of them. Lol The fish is good, decently fresh, and cut well. The shrimp are a little over battered, and the soft shell crab is same. Sometimes all or most of the rolls here look the same, hard to figure out which one your eating. Would be cool to change up the look, tobiko, black tobiko, simple things to change it up. I would eat here again, the price is good and the sushi is good, beer is always good. If you're looking for cheaper prices while maintaining excellent quality, you can count on Yuki Sushi. I avoided coming here for years because I was suspicious of the constant 'half off' sushi, and I regret it. The half off allows you to get more for your money without having to decide between wanting one roll or another, if you could afford one at full price, you can afford two at half price. Even if you don't feel like sushi, I've had the chicken katsu before and it was delicious, so they put good effort into their non-title ingredients. read more

Def meh... ordered 4 rolls for take out and they were sparse on sauce to the point of them being very dry. Did not look like the rolls in the Yelp pics at all. Additionally, the tempera shrimp in the rolls seemed to be fried earlier in the day, not fresh fried. I eat enough sushi to know the difference and to me it does make a difference. They have a 1/2 price menu which averages $6.50 a roll, but they also have many regular priced rolls on the menu. Very friendly staff and the place is small but cute. Disappointing first try...
