Always looking for a new, yummy, boba shop in the Temecula area because they're so sparse! Drinks were customizable and delicious. I got a Green Thai tea base with Pandan milk and grass jelly, made to perfection! Husband got the Hanoi Velvet which was indeed silky and rich, tasted like a crème brûlée. And kiddos got the Pineapple coconut, non-caffeinated and tastes like a pina colada-- which goes well with the weather we're having. They even have some board games, making a family night out even funner!

Yum Cha Spot is my favorite Viet coffee place in Temecula. Everything I've tried has been consistently good. The pandan drip is delicious, the egg foam and taro foam are both solid, and the black sesame drip feels like the hidden gem on the menu. Lately my go‑to has been either the pandan or the black sesame. So good. The vibe is simple and easy to pop in and out of, and everyone who works here has always been really nice. If you go before 10:30 am you get a discount, so I usually end up paying around six dollars for a really good coffee. For the quality, the price is great! If you're into Vietnamese coffee, this place is definitely worth stopping by.

Yum Cha is My New Favorite Boba Spot. Super Cute And Clean in The inside. I Wasn't Sure What I Wanted But He Requested A Pineapple And Coconut Smoothie And I Was Like Heck Yeah That's My Favorite! So it Was Meant To Be. Lol :) and Got Honey Boba. And My Boyfriend Got Avocado Smoothie With Their New Ube Boba. The Service Was Quick And Friendly And Very Helpful. Definitely Coming Back.

Tony was very helpful and helping us choose which flavor drinks we wanted. He customize them to our preferences and fixed our drink when we asked. He was very friendly and the service was great. The pandan drip and pandan jade drinks fell short on the actual flavor of pandan. The coffee and matcha used however were good quality. I paid $1 to try the mochi boba and it was good with a nice texture that had a lot of chew which was great but not sure if I would get it again as they don't give you a good amount of it in my opinion. Especially when there are competitive shops like Wushiland, share tea and quickly that give you more value for your $. But when in Temecula the shop is worth a try.

Cute spot located off of Temecula Parkway. It's located in the back at the end of Starbucks drive thru. Their tea is really good. I ordered a chocolate smoothie with boba and it was delicious. Our server was very sweet. Once done, they put the drinks on these turtles laying on their stomach. Their eyes open once drink is on their shell. Super cute idea. The store is very clean and prices are decent. I would definitely visit this place again.

Brand new boba spot in town. There are a ton of boba shops around here, but they're not all created equal. Yum Cha is definitely one of the best around. They have a very expansive menu with lots of customization options. We were able to sample a couple of things before deciding to order something. My go to at these types of places is a taro smoothie with cheese foam. Yum Cha made me a taro smoothie with egg foam with was absolutely delicious. I also tried my wife's apple ginger drink with green apple popping boba which was recommended as an extra. It was also amazing, a tad sweet for my tastes, but we'll tone that dow next time. The spot is very inviting, open and clean. The kitchen is spotless and so were the bathrooms. Can't wait to bring my daughter back this weekend.

I think I've gone to this building suite, for the past three boba places. I truly hope this one stays. The service was great. Friendly smiles and greetings offered upon entrance. The place was highly decorated with Labubu dolls. They have an assortment of flavors that look delicious. But most of all, their boba has good flavor and texture, cooked just right. I am definitely coming back.

I was craving a Vietnamese coffee and wanted to try a new place. Stopped by here and definitely glad we did. I got 3 chocolate drinks for my boys, got my daughter a Thai tea with boba and of course my Vietnamese coffee! Everything was delicious! I forgot to take a photo of the drinks since I went straight to devouring mine and so did my kids lol. I also, got the cutest glass cup for free with my purchase and some raffle tickets as well. Love this little boba shop tucked away behind Starbucks. I stumbled in there and found a truly unique boba shop. They're a dime a dozen here. Their menu sets them apart. Me and my wife decided to come back the next day! We were so excited to try the pandon flavor drinks and maybe something new as well. My wife asked if they can make a matcha pandan smoothie with Aloe Vera and she said of course! So excited to have seen the pandan smoothie on the menu too! Today, we also ordered the lychee breeze with black tea. They were both refreshing but, my wife loved the pandan matcha smoothie with Aloe Vera and extra sweet. I visited Yum Cha last week with my daughter. It is very cute and clean inside. We were greeted warmly by the friendly girl behind the counter and a very pleasant and attentive man I assumed to be the owner. They have a huge selection of drinks on the menu here! They have all sorts of teas, coffees, sparkling drinks, and a fun seasonal items menu! The owner was kind enough to ask questions about what we like and offered some recommendations. He even gave us some samples of his delicious coffee to try. He gave us the sweetened version- which was some of the best coffee I've had, as well as just the black unsweetened coffee, which was super strong, perfect for those who love strong coffee. I ordered a honeydew which is my favorite drink at the tea spot I normally go to, and this one was just as good or even better! My daughter had the matcha with boba and she said the boba was the best she has had. One thing I really appreciated is that they asked us what level of sweetness we wanted for each of our drinks. I think this is great because perhaps someone wants just a touch of sweetness as opposed to sweet or super sweet. To top off our great experience we were even given a cute little tote bag! I know we have a lot of tea places in town, but this one stands out from the rest. We will definitely be returning to try more of their yummy drink creations! read more

my first impression was that the boba shop is very clean and updated. it's located in a small shopping center near the freeway with plenty of parking. the man behind the counter was patient and very helpful. this is our first time here and we appreciated that we could ask all the questions and he wasn't annoyed with us. we ordered the purple haze and hanoi velvet at 100% sweet with boba. there was a huge difference in sweetness between the two drinks. the hanoi was VERY sweet and the haze wasn't sweet at all. I didn't enjoy the topping- i'm not sure if the boba had been sitting all day but the texture was off and the flavor was bland. boba topping was mushy and missing that chewiness of typical boba topping. if the man wasn't nice, i wouldn't come back. read more

I had really high expectations for this place after seeing the yelp reviews and I left pretty disappointed. The service was fine but the drinks were just sub par. We got a mango black milk tea and a green thai tea with boba. Both drinks were incredibly weak, could barely taste the tea. The flavors weren't bad but they tasted more like watery milky juice than tea. My mango drink was incredibly sweet despite getting it 80% sweet. Also the boba was still hard in the middle. The price was also higher compared to other boba shops for lackluster quality. Additionally, the promotional images inside the shop were all AI generated which feels lazy and disingenuous to me. read more

Loved the decor, aesthetic and vibes in this establishment, it has a lot of people coming through over the couple hours we were there so I suggest an early visit if you want to snag a table. However, I'm giving a 2-star review because my most recent bag had a severe quality control failure. A rock made it through their sorting process and completely wrecked the precision burrs in my espresso grinder. Replacing the damaged parts is costing me $70 out of pocket plus the repair time, which is a steep penalty to pay for someone's carelessness at the roastery. I want to keep supporting them because the coffee itself is excellent, but a mistake that breaks a customer's expensive equipment needs to be addressed immediately. I hope the team recalibrates their de-stoner so I can safely buy from them again in the future.
