Good location, friendly staff. Donuts were seemingly fresh- hard to get them wrong! I wouldn't say there was anything incredibly special about my visit. There's decent amount of seating inside, but the walkway in the entrance is a little crowded/awkward. read more

My experience when I go to this location at night is pretty good. I go for their hot chocolate with whip cream and their croissants with cheese which is freshly made. Can't speak for my experience during the day since I don't stop by during the day. read more

I almost threw up. The rasberry or cherry donut filling taste like cough syrup and the lemon filled taste totally artificial. Apple filled not tasty either. What happened? Used to have really good tasting donuts. Also i paid for a vanilla filled and she gave me something else. read more

Don't come here the donuts taste old, we ask if they are fresh they say yes but they taste like they been sitting for days maybe even weeks. They don't speak English and there is never a manager on duty. The lady that was there was not smart at all maybe that's why she works at a donut place. I give this Yum Yum a negative if I could. They own me my money back too by the way. They refuse to give me my money due to not knowing how or supposedly she doesn't. Put this Yum Yum out of business people. read more

I grew up coming to this location. They recently sold it to someone new, and ever since the donuts are never fresh! They always taste like they've been sitting for a few days. This yum yum is the best in all of Covina, La puente and any yum yum around the surrounding areas. The customer service is exceptional and the donuts are actually cooked all the way through. They are light, fluffy and all things a good donut should be. (Most yum yum shops still have raw donuts) Thank you to the staff for being as friendly as catching up with an old best friend read more

I've been to this yum yum a few times and I have to say every time I come here they're really professional, definitely warm welcoming one of the workers remembered from last time i came here.he said hell. How are you Make nice conversation with you. ive had this location's donuts on random days, random hrs, for years now. even really late into the night (theyre open 24 hrs) and no matter when, theyre always super soft and fresh. 2 am, 4 pm, doesnt matter. I feel like they sell alot so they crank them out all day and night long. Great friendly customer service, fresh, soft donuts every time. always fried perfect never oily or gross. Not a big selection of donuts here, just the basic flavored ones and jellied filled. The two donuts and one coffee special is good for $2.99. Donuts taste okay, nothing too special. Looks a little run down, they have a huge bag of carrot sin the drink fridge that's not very organized. read more

We go there often as bd it's good and no issues. But we recently ordered 5 dozen donut holes with sprinkles. They asked me to go in and pay ahead of time. Okay, no problem. I went in and payed. But when my daughter went in to pick them up the next day she was told that there was a pending balance. When I called to say I payed what I was told to pay the guy said, "I don't know anything it just says balance pending." So it was annoying that they didn't gave their shit together. read more

This place fuckn sucks dude. Seriously. I had expectations to eating the correct donuts when I got home. I order a dozen of donuts chosen by me. I never had doubts about the capability of the lady working behind the counter on getting my donuts that I chose. Anyways I get home and 6 of the 12 donuts were WRONG!!!!!!!!! What the hell with this place. Was she playing a game in her head or something. Idk the donuts were still good but still you know I wanted the ones I wanted not the ones she thought. read more

My boyfriend and i came here to buy a bagel . They have different kinds of bagel sandwich and croissant sandwich. They also have delicious donuts and coffee. There's also seating Incase u want to eat inside. It's a little hot but still a cool place. The ladies that work there are very friendly and polite. Definitely coming back. read more

I have been here 3 times now...The first time I got a donut...or 3 (don't judge me I was hungry lol). They were very fresh. Good price too and then I saw the green juice. The second time here, I decided to not just look at the green juice and to buy it with a apple fritter. They both were good. My third time here I got just the green juice! 4.5 stars 11:00 pm run and the donut case was full of fresh donuts. Service was very friendly and quick. Coffee could of been a bit hotter but did love that they have a station to put your cream and sugar and mocha flavored creamer! Awesomeness... will totally be back for some fresh donuts! read more

I moved to Covina in 2012 from New York and not finding any Dunkin Donuts out here I found Yum Yum Donuts up the street from my house. It smells really good outside, so I decided to go give it a try. I walked out with a bag full of items giving a broad range of samplings. As a 2 star rating says, I've had better. Still looking for good donuts out here. read more

This donut shop is really hip, I notice a lot of youngsters hanging out around this place. It is super convenient to my house and it is open 24 hours. If you like bagels, they got em'. I love the frozen drinks especially those with espresso it goes perfect with their powder puffs. If you need a little pick me up on your lunch break or before work you really should stop in for some pastry love and a nice cup of Joe! read more

I haven't found a good donut in years. We drive past several other donut shops. Plus 2 other yum yums to come here The staff is SO FRIENDLY. We thought they were family. Great tasting. No oily after taste. A Line for their Fresh squeezed juices. Haven't tried tge shave ice as they call it shaved ice. Always found that it Loses alot when they use the wrong name We Will be back for more donuts read more

I am so thankful this place is open 24 hrs which is a perfect stop over prior to my early morning bike ride inside the Santa Fe Dam and recreation park . The ladies are respectful, attentive, friendly & welcoming. I really like their bagel breakfast, fresh banana, fresh orange juice & hot coffee perfect to take with me placed inside my portable ice chest during my bike ride stop over for my early morning breakfast at a picnic table with a view of the lake. The employees alone earned 5 stars! Every time I visit, the employees are so warm and welcoming! I love their bagels and bagel sandwiches! Really tasty. Their donuts are average, but they did go out of their way once to make me a heart shaped donut for my boyfriend, which was really sweet! I haven't tried many of their drinks, but the iced coffee is delicious and sweet. The freshness of the veggies and the crunch from the bacon was perfect. One specific detail I'd have to mention was the cream cheese they use in the wrap. The manager, Matthew, delivered our food to our table, and he said that Mike made sure the focaccia bread on side for me was wrapped separate, as it was vegan, yet in kitchen with possible cross contamination. Matthew said they are very conscientious if a customer is vegan or vegetarian to be mindful of their orders. I was completely blown away! Light, crispy, and soft in every bite. Tasted like churros. The ladies were so generous to throw in a few cinnamon sugar croissants in each box on the house. I was new in the area. I was visiting a very close relative. The donuts here are great. I still remember when the Yum Yum Donuts used to be a Winschels Donuts. However ; The donuts made here are excellent. However; The shopping center still needs a security guard. I still recall being bothered in the parking lot . By a tall 6ft , African American adult. He was just loitering in the parking lot. Following and bothering female customers. Following women. I do not know if the police were ever called. I believe its called : Loitering. Calif. Penal Code:647 G. If he is not a paying customer then he has no business following female or male paying customers to their cars. Its unclear what his motive and intent is ? Especially since some of the Crips and Bloods have been staying in the apartments next to the McDonalds . The next to the ( 10 frwy ). Off of Vincent. The apartments next to West Covina Pkwy. Also cross street S. Vincent Ave. I recall a female calling the police. Rather then the police speaking to or arresting the tall 6ft African American adult the police spoke harshly to the female Hispanic adult. This does not make any logical sense. We saw the tall 6ft , African American adult loitering in the parking lot. Then he was observed following female customers in the shopping center parking lot. I believe this is called : Stalking ,Calif. Penal Code: 646.9. We do love the donuts ,at Yum Yum Donuts ,however the shopping center needs big posted signs that read: ( 1.) No pan handling . ( 2.) No loitering. ( 3.) Do not follow customers to their cars. Then place a female or male security guard in the shopping center parking lot. Please make sure the security guard has a body camera. Bad people like to lie. Then the shopping center needs cameras every where in the shopping center. With the ability for zoom in. Plus : Angled cameras to film car license plates. I hope some one can please look into this matter of concern. Prevention ,alertness ,none complacency will prevent crime. We love the donuts. Not aggressive pan handlers or ex convicts or gang thugs following us. Thank you. read more
