Went there twice this week because their new bowl items are amazing! Tried the chicken and falafel bowl with hummus and cucumber salad and it's always a hit. Food is fresh and it makes more sense to make your own pita with the bowl instead of buying a wrap. Highly recommend, plus the service is really quick and it only gets busy for the lunch rush. But after several orders in a row of the rotisserie chicken were either grossly undercooked or just tasted bad, I've given up on that. Tonight I tried the chicken kabobs and they were awful. I have been coming here since i was very small. It has been several years since i had been in. I was greeted warmly by Angelica, she was patient and attentive to my requests. I was torn between the tarna wrap and a plate but she guided me to the wrap. I definitely was not disappointed. I chose chicken & beef luleh. Tasted great, cooked perfectly. Some restaurants are scared to serve under cooked chicken, so they over cook it and it's served dried. This store is something else, in the best way possible. First the food is always on point. That's what you're coming here for right? Everything is exactly how you'd want it to be. I've tried pretty much everything and have never had an issue. Proteins, veggies, carbs , sauces all as fresh as can be. The prices are fair with today's current market. The store itself has plenty of seating with I feel like lots of space given the overall small size of the building. Very little parking with narrow spots. But there's a parking lot across the street that's always available. But it's the staff that has me in awe. In general customer service in most businesses has gone down the drain. But here from cashier to management the whole team is A+. I live nearby and go here often and the staff is always kind, courteous and helpful. I came in here a couple of nights ago and I couldn't say better things about the crew. In particular I was helped by Tigran, Max, Logan, and a lady I didn't get the name of. A customer came over to Logan and the lady and being a real person who witnessed it. They were being a jackass for no good reason and being overly demanding and rude and then basically kept asking for more and more and more garlic sauce to a comical level. And the crew handled it like angels. I told Logan afterward that he had the patience of a saint to deal with it the way he did. Smaller than the mega costco rotisserie chicken, but the last time I went at costco, I got anxiety because there were so much people-- but here, just picking it up, I feel much safer. $5 tahini salad was good too. It's mostly the tahini dressing so it's a bit of a heavy salad, but a good one to eat with the pita bread. Yes they also give a pack of pita bread in its own legit labeled wrapping (amazing! a ton of places i've ordered just throw the pita in the to-go bag which is... unsanitary). I am not quite sure what the issue seems to be, but either the employees do not read labels before making food, or do not know the difference between white meat and dark meat. I do not eat dark meat and on multiple occasions, even though I specifically request and PAY for all white only meat, have received mixed meat kabobs. Today I specifically called ahead after placing my order and said to please please please make sure it is white only. The woman assured me she'd speak to the cooks but when I received my order it was still half dark. When I called, she claimed that I was lying and that it was definitely all white (it was not) and while they did give me a refund, she had an attitude and didn't apologize at all. This is the third or fourth time this has occurred. I am not sure what the issue here is especially since I pay extra for white and have no reason to make a bigger deal about this than necessary, but I don't recommend this location in particular. The beef shawerma is wonderful, the chicken is great even if the breast tends to be a bit dry and I love their hummus and mutabbal. What's not great and the reason for 3 stars? I ordered online and as suspected it was all ready packed up and waiting for me. My concern? Even though I was assured that my order was accurate, the only way to confirm it would have been to untie the bags and start digging. I took their word and that was a mistake.
