Pablo was the first to respond to the Yelp review I submitted. He has good rates ($65 for consultation, lower than many other places). He came by and diagnosed my broken washing machine. The motor was messed up - small items that flew out of the main bucket area got caught on the motor. Long story short, things broke off and parts had to be replaced. Pablo is efficient and ordered the part that same evening and picked it up the following Monday. When he came by to fix things he also gave me a deal to clean the dryer, a task I've been putting off. Pablo was fantastic. I was fortunate in that he was able to come on the evening of the day I called after my washer stopped working (soonest I could get from other companies was 2 days later). He explained things clearly in non-technical terms and gave advice on future maintenance to prevent future problems. He also did routine service maintenance on my dryer while he was here, and installed my wired Ring doorbell! I know he was much more reasonable than the electrical company would have been. He was at my house quite late, making sure everything was done properly, and I was very happy with his work. I HIGHLY recommend Pablo if you're experiences trouble with your washing machine. He was very responsive and was able to come out for a diagnostic the same day. I thought the issue might be a simple gasket repair but wasn't confident I could fix it myself. Pablo recently helped us troubleshoot some issues with our HVAC system that we have been having for years after endless back and forth with our Home Warranty company (FYI don't use First American). He came to offer us a second opinion and very quickly was able to identify what the issues were and explain it to us in a way we understood. He provided us with different options to address the cooling issues we've had. We ended up having him replace our HVAC system at a competitive price and within 1-3 days of us making our final decision. This would have involved endless back and forth and probably taken over a month with our warranty company (we ended up canceling it). He recommended that we get our ducts professionally cleaned and he also found some faulty ductwork and issues with our attic insulation while troubleshooting some issues we were having (noticing that upstairs still seemed much warmer). For the first summer in a 2 years, I woke up to a cool home (almost chilly!). He is trustworthy, reliable, and responds quickly.
