STOP! Do not use this company. I have used them for a few years and now realizing what a terrible company they are. Where do I start?! He says he can do other things such as line a chimney or replace a hot water heater...he has no clue how to do either of those. He Gerry rigs it and makes you think he's done it correctly. He's cost me more money fixing his mistakes than I've had to pay him. For crying out loud, he hasn't even services my HVAC properly, the thing he's apparently licensed in. My HVAC doesn't even have a filter, he told me he was replacing them every time he came, because of him my whole system is ruined. He completely lined my chimney incorrectly. Please don't use Miguel. I'm so nervous to find out everything he's done in my House is wrong and I basically need to pay double. I've referred him to clients and am so embarrassed I got duped all these years. Please don't use him. Use someone who knows what they are doing and won't lie to you. read more

Just had the entire HVAC system replaced at very competitive rates. One Stop Air Conditioning & Heating just replaced our entire AC, and I cannot say enough good things about Miguel and his partner Juan. Our A/C went out the way it always seems to -- at the worst possible moment. We have a newborn and there was a heat wave coming. Miguel came out on short notice, clearly walked us through our options, was able to schedule the major job for 2 business days out, and quoted us an extremely reasonable price. Best of all, he loaned us two heavy duty portable A/C units in the meantime - he said he purchased them to loan to clients in situations like these. Those portable units allowed us to stay in our home even as the outside temperature topped 90 degrees. I so appreciated that Miguel was always up front with us, never over-promised, and stuck to timelines and prices. On the day of install, Miguel and Juan arrived exactly when they said they would, and worked without a break, from 8:45 a.m. until 9 p.m. so that we could have at least some A/C working that night. They came the next morning to finish up. The job was complicated and Miguel and Juan were able to trouble shoot and provide us a solution that fit our needs. 10 out of 10 recommend - could not speak more highly of this company! read more

Miguel, I've been trying to hold of you for a week, calling so many times, left ton of messages, a bunch of texts... The leaking water heater pipe was part of your initial installation work. I don't know why you disappeared after you told me you were going to get the parts for the leaking... This is suppose to be covered under your warrantee though. read more

Miguel was very nice and responsive at first, but after he came by to evaluate my issue and give me an estimate, he never got back to me. He'd say it was coming but I never heard back. Super frustrating as I didn't want to give up on him too soon, but then half the summer was over and it wasn't worth getting him to help me. read more

I highly recommend when you need air conditioning repair call One Stop AC. The owner (Miguel) came out and as he was walking up to my unit he pretty much new what was happening with my unit and sure enough he was right. I had been misinformed by another larger company that wanted to charge me $1500 to put freon in my unit and 10k to replace just the air handling system. Needless to say, I didnt pay anywhere near that to have the freon added and I didnt need to replace the entire air handling system. Miguel's prices are very resonable. My air conditioning was not working properly. I called One Stop on a Tuesday evening at almost 8:00 p.m. after another HVAC company told me they couldn't come out until the following Monday (nearly one week later!). My husband called 23 companies and One Stop was the only one willing to come and fix the problem right away. (On the weekend and it was pass normal operating hours!) Miguel was professional and quick. He gave us a temporary fix to keep us cool until the next day when he returned with the correct part and fixed the unit for good. After a very frustrating 10 day period trying to get our home warranty company to fix our AC unit, we finally decided to call a third party to get a second opinion and potentially fix on our own. Miguel was recommended by a friend, so I called him on a Friday morning to see if he was available to come by on Monday to take a look at our unit, and to my surprise he was able to come to the house about 1 hour later. We had estimates that same evening (he gave us 3 options to pick from) and we decided to go ahead and replace our whole HVAC system with him. His prices were very good, he was not money hungry at all and was flexible with payment. He was very attentive and often texted or called me to give me updates on everything and this was a pleasant surprise. By Monday morning, his crew was at my house and we had AC again that afternoon. We had a minor issue a few days later and Miguel promptly came back to my house on a Saturday night and fixed it. I can not recommend Miguel and his crew enough. My air conditioning unit wasn't functioning properly. Miguel answered the phone when I called and an hour later was at my house. He ended up replacing the condenser fan motor and shortly after he began working, a thunderstorm began. He worked through the lightning and pouring rain until the job was done.
