The service was amazing customer service and all at the drive through it was faster than anything I've seen but I don't recall it being a fast food place. The warm food at 11am is disturbing. I'm eating it because I'm hungry but it's old. I have never given Zaxby's a bad review. I frequently go to eat there. Just not this one. Cooks help them out. Seriously, zaxbys is the best chicken place. Its not exactly healthy, but it's so delicious. They have different things from wings to salads, something for everyone. I took my wife, son and mother in law here and was placing my order with Khaliah. She was absolutely disrespectful by talking to other people in the middle of us ordering. When my mother in law asked for a water cup she handed it to her letting it drop and just continuing on with a conversation with someone in the back. I'm currently here now waiting for my food and I will honestly be surprised if the order comes out correctly. It is quite clear too that other customers around us are feeling the same misery. I waited at speaker for 5 minutes after I was asked to hold. While sitting there I kept hearing clicking . So after 5 minutes I said hello to see if there was someone still there. The cashier Aaliyah asked me again to keep holding I told her I had been waiting for 5 minutes already. She asked me to pull around so I figured maybe it was a headset problem. I pulled to window and waited longer while she took the orders behind me and laughing and carrying on still not coming to window. Then a gentleman named Kevin came up and asked me if he could help me. I explained to him how I was treated and he apologized for it. He asked me to pull forward to wait on my food and I told him I would not seeing how I was there before the orders behind me and she refused to take my order. I do not even know the reasoning on why she felt the need to treat me this way. But it was very rude and unprofessional completely. I have worked management in a restaurant previous for almost 19 years and never would I allow my employees to treat customers this way. This has not been the second incident with the same cashier at the same restaurant. I waited a very long time before I went back to this restaurant the first time. Usually we just drive through and take the food home but today we decided to eat in. BIG mistake! The place had a strange order that almost smelled like mildew, and EVERYTHING was sticky. The tables, the walls, napkin dispenser...everything. We tried to wipe the table down our selves and my napkin wanted to stick and would barely glide around. First visit for the family and I. Always wanted to check this place out. Glad I did. The gentleman behind the counter, Kenny, was very nice and helpful. He seemed genuinely happy to explain everything. I settled on getting the kickin' chicken sandwich meal. It was really good. The wife had the grilled chicken sandwich meal with INSANE hot sauce. It was really, really, INSANE! She absolutely LOVED it. 2 of the kids had the Nibblerz meals, the 3rd had the Big Zax Snack Meal. The food was thoroughly enjoyable. I am giving this 2 stars instead of one star simply because our food from yesterday was so good. I decided to go back today for the blue salad. My mistake for chasing a good experience. Drive thru had 11 cars ahead of me, but I wanted what I wanted so stayed in line. Wasn't as long as I expected. Food is expensive here, but again, I wanted what I wanted. Got home and thankfully live within 10 minutes. I was given the wrong order. I called because (again thankfully) I had my printed receipt and wanted them to just go ahead and refund me over the phone. Nope. They insisted they had to see my receipt and the salad. Yes, I assume they thought I was scamming them. I explained they did not give me the salad, they gave me the wrong food and I wanted a refund. They said I had to come back. (Based on my past working experience, I do not believe for even one second they could not do this over the phone considering I had the receipt info.) Went back and they said "that's the salad right there" and pointed to a bag sitting on a counter. Seriously wtf! I actually had to say I did not want a salad made half an hour ago. So they refunded my order. Wasted an hour of my time, my gas, over poor . . . training? management? ownership? Not sure, but hunger, anger and incredulity do not mix. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I waited in line for 10 minutes just to get my order taken( yes they were busy but not under staffed) finally they get to me and I notice 3 employees standing there laughing at the manager whom is trying to get food out take orders and make food as well. I would totally understand if they were under staffed but they were not. After the line settled down and all orders were taken that's when these 3 employees decided to help out...smh they would lose there job if I was the manager! No greeting nor happy faces they got my order wrong not once but 3 times...how hard is to put 3 chicken strips on bread and put sause on it?!?! I'm assuming a chimp can do it with his eyes closed. So 4 or 5 other ordered after me and I was the last one to even receive my meal...no sorry for the wait nothing just here is your messed up order come again...I asked for a refund and was denied but was told I can get a free meal next visit...is that a plus not really seeing I never want to eat at this location again. I came here Saturday and ended up with food poisoning. Never again will I go to this location. The staff was nice but the line in drive thru was slow we sat in line for almost 30 minutes. I won't risk getting food poisoning again from them. read more

Watch it! !!! Last two times price on screen at Drive Thru was way less than price demanded from cashier? ? Wake up, went to Publix next door 20 wings for $9, made my own sauce with butter and Louisiana Hot sauce. Never go again, high priced ++++ crappy sauce. read more

I've gone to this location once before and I'm done. The first time I was in a rush (lunch break from work) and I didn't noticed how terrible this place is. I first made a trip to the men's rest room and nearly slipped on the flow. Floor was greasy as all heck and smelled badly. The rest of the restaurant's floor was greasy/slippery. (I have brand new shoes, not the shoes) I placed my order and the grilled chicken sandwich looked deplorable. Smashed and torn bun and improperly prepped lettuce. Once I sat at a table(s) (I moved three times) all of the tables were sticky and disgusting. The atmosphere is dark and out dated. If you're trying to eat something healthy, DON'T COME HERE. Apparently, the only items that look like as in their photo's is the fried food. I won't be stopping by this location ever again. Someone else will get my money. read more
