Bun was soft inside and nicely toasted in the outside. Bread and butter pickles, onion, tomato and lettuce topped it off. But the star of the show were the fries cooked in beef tallow!! You're gonna be looking for some extra packets to stash in your purse like your MawMaw used to do. Prices are very reasonable, portion size is great, there's outdoor seating. You're able to customize your order easily (add more protein, make it low carb, etc). There's also meals in their freezers you can take home. And they have regular weekly meal plans where you order your food ahead of time, collect your order, refrigerate, and heat it up in the microwave through the week. After multiple holds spanning ~15mins on the phone, accusatory remarks of not placing the order at the right location, she was eventually told it would be ready at 8pm as scheduled and they could not accommodate the ~10min modification. No big deal, this was a Friday night, we get it. When she arrived right at 8pm, the order still wasn't ready, and staff seemed unsure what was going on. This was after we had already called to confirm it. Then we were told the system doesn't "trigger" the order until the scheduled time, which doesn't make much sense if you're offering timed pickups. In the end, the pizza didn't come out until about 30 minutes late for no clear reason. Really disappointing experience overall because the food itself was solid, but the breakdown in the ordering system and communication left a pretty sour impression.
