I mean we are just talking about chicken fingers here. This place up in Chattanooga called sticky fingers I thought was the worst place I've ever been, I just hadn't been here yet. I hate to report. I've had the exact same experience two times: Order a grilled chicken sandwich on the app. Get home to a sandwich with nothing but an ordinary amount of tomatoes, no lettuce, no condiments. The second time this happened I went back to the restaurant. At first they said they would make me a new sandwich. Then they asked me for the original sandwich and just added the ingredients to it. As anyone who has stepped into a Zaxby's, it is a chain, so one knows what to expect. Zaxby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants with unique flavor profiles and crispy toppings. Zaxby's food is probably healthier than the average fast food with options including grilled chicken and crisp salads. My favorites are the House Zalad or the Cobb Zalad with Grilled Chicken. My husband prefers the Buffaloed Blue Zalad with Fried Chicken. Cost will be around $10.00pp. We visited this location at 4:15pm during the middle of the week, for an early dinner. Although there were very few folks eating, several tables had not been wiped down. Even those which appeared to have been wiped down were sticky. Will I visit this location again? I went to Zaxby's on my lunch break during work. As I was going through the drive-thru I seen a sign that said if you become a Zaxby's member you can receive a FREE Zax meal. So of course I downloaded the app and became a member. I got my free meal and it was delicious. Super fresh and the customer service was excellent. They were super friendly and got my food to me quick and my order was correct as well. read more

There are times when nothing less than greasy fried food will do. And living in a part of town where yoga pants are standard apparel and nutrition Nazis inspect your grocery cart (Yes, this has really happened to me), fast food choices are actually a little hard to come by. Sure, there's Dairy Queen, but DQ stands for Disqualified to me. So when the Zaxby's opened up in Cahaba Heights, I had to rejoice a little. The chicken is good, the fries are even better, and the sauce that goes with both is pretty awesome for the kind of place it is. Why only three stars? First, it's a little pricey even compared to a Chik-fil-A. Second, they have this enormous chicken running around in their television spots as a key decision maker in the organization. In other words, a chicken is consigning fellow members of his species to the deep fryer. I'm truly disappointed in this store. I came on the 30min lunch break that I had and ordered something simple just a 5 piece Buffalo finger and I get back to work to eat it and there was no sauce and the chicken fingers were all batter. That's bad enough but what really makes me angry is I brought them back and I explained the problem and they just offered me sauce and they were cold by this time so the manager snatched the bag away and was very rude and I did everything I could to be nice. Seriously some of the sweetest employees I've ever met. I had an extremely embarrassing blonde moment today while ordering through the drive thru...my car ran out of gas. They were sweet enough to send out two nice young men to push my car into a stall and they even offered to help me get gas, but I had already called my fiancé and he was on the way. Called to place a $300+ dollar catering order. The girl who answered the phone asked if I could call back when they weren't so slammed. Of course I agreed, but asked if I could place it online instead. She responded by saying, "Or you could just call back when we aren't so busy." When I called back an hour and a half later, the manager said he didn't know if he could find someone to deliver the order because they typically require a 24 notice on all catering orders. No biggie, but that would have been nice to know the first time I called. He called back and said the Zaxbys on John Hawkins could do it, to just give them a call. I called the store 10 times before someone finally answered. When they did, they stated their name, but said nothing after that even though I repeatedly said hello. I called 4 more time and no answer. I called back and said I'd I didn't hear back from anyone in 15 minutes that I'd just find somewhere else to cater - which I did. This is my second time trying to cater with them, the first time being a $500 order and they acted like they didn't have time to help me. How disappointing read more

I love this new Zaxbys in Cahaba Heights! The service is so good and it is so clean. I take my 93 year old aunt in there many Thursday's after her weekly beauty paurlor outing and they go out of their way to be sweet to her. Every time they see us they run open the door for us ( she has a hard time walking and uses a walker)! Today they bought her meal ( kids meal ) . Sometimes they will give her a free cookie. The food is always good ( I love their salads!) she loves their grilled cheese) . Thank you for being so nice to the elderly and having such nice manners! We have never had a bad meal there ! read more
