I have contacted them numerous times via telephone and email, more often than not, they never got back to me. But they eventually sent several people out to look at it and each time said that I would need additional work done on the fireplace (of course at an additional cost $800.00+) and they could not guarantee that the work would fix the problem. I was not content with that answer. They recently contacted me to come clean my chimney as it was due. I told them that I did not need it cleaned, as I had not been able to use it since they rebuilt it due to filling my house with smoke. They sent someone else out to look at it. He said that the cap on the chimney was not appropriate and needed to be replaced. Yea! Finally someone was willing to do something about it after all this time. Adam came out and replaced the chimney cap and indeed that was the problem. My fireplace now drafts well. Thank goodness for the young man that came out and spent time measuring and finally determining what was wrong. I give them 2 stars due to the fact that it took 4.5 years to remedy the situation and they repeatedly offered solutions that I now know would not have works as the flue was not able to dispel the smoke properly due to the wrong chimney cap.
