I've been to a lot of hot chicken places over the years (including in Nashville), but Zecto definitely has my heart! I have no idea how they manage to keep the chicken so insanely tender, but I would imagine it has to do with the fact that they only use fresh chicken that's never frozen. I like getting mine mild, but if you can tolerate more spicy foods, I highly recommend going up in spice level, as the taste is out of this world! My kids are also fans of the chicken fingers, which are super crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! They also really like the mac n cheese, plus the fries. I've also tried their wings and Zecto fries, which are great, but since I'm not much of a saucy person, the sandwich is always my staple! It's cool that you can customize your spice level, sauces, etc. for both dishes and as someone else commented, the wings are huge!
