The lamb ja jang myun was unexpectedly a favorite with yummy noodles in a lamb ragu. Dessert was fun to share - chocolate ice cream topped with a sweet coating and with truffle shavings on top. Overall service was friendly but they forgot about us towards the end of the dinner. Is it necessary to put caviar and truffle on every second dish? I don't think so but even so the food was good.

Toro Ssam Bop - my partner who does not typically like raw fish said this might be her favorite dish (or favorite fish dish). I think that speaks volumes. The toro tuna is rich, fatty, and balanced by all the chosen ingredients which leads to no overly fishy taste. She raved about the "tuna dish" for the rest of the day. Don't skip this specialty that is highly regarded across visitors. Clam & Sea Bream Somyeon - cold thin noodles lie in a bowl that is surrounded by ice, so a fun presentation. While the noodles themselves have a smooth texture and are tasty, I would say the entire dish is too lemony. Even the clams are hard to taste because they're covered in some lemon or lime. The sea bream had a typical fish texture and taste but also had too much sour tang. I'd skip this in the future, but if the lemon flavor were tuned down, the dish has strong potential. Wagyu Ramyun - raw wagyu beef was not in my partners interest but this was one of those top dishes I had to get. Spoiler alert, she loved the small raw beef pieces. Even if the description isn't a perfect match, I feel like JeJu Noodle Bar will work some magic and make it work. The broth here was rich, flavorful, and umami. There's some ground beef pieces for added flavor and the broth can be slightly spicy. Noodles were delicious and soaked up all the flavor too. Highly recommend!

Once seated i think they tried some service recovery and they brought this bread that was artful, flaky and absolutely delicious, it had a seasoned whipped butter that was OUTRAGEOUS! They added the spicy shrimp that made me want to slap my mama. Then it went downhill. I ordered the salmon with fava bean purée (i had no idea what that was and was not tasteful), asparagus and spinach. Brussel sprouts showed up without the veggies i ordered. I gave the salmon a 'B'. Now, inexpensive - this place is not. But it did give our large group an evening to remember. The drinks were good, the gastropub-esque presentations on every dish were a feast to the eyes, and the flavor and perfection of the dishes were an equally impressive feast to the palate. Stand-out dishes included the sushi/sashimi omakase, the bone marrow fried rice, the cod on stick, the roast duck, and the wagyu sliced steak. The dessert tower was a perfect end to our feast.
