I'm really happy to see that Zenith has reopened and resolved the problems they had. My husband and I went down to enjoy a massage last week and we were completely satisfied and can't wait to go back for our next massage. A good massage is what we went for and that is exactly what we got. It doesn't have the atmosphere of Burke Williams by a long shot but Burke Williams charges 5 times as much for a shorter massage!!! I love these people. It's not fancy, but I'm Swedish so I like a good rub down. I'm not shy......they do it up! It's awesome! Not in a weird, creepy way, they just know what to do. I've traveled the world and American spas are the worst. It's like they are afraid to touch you. These ladies are professional and wonderful. I don't want everyone to really know or they will always be booked and I might not get in, but I'm pleased I've finally found a clean, normal massage place without all that extra crap we don't need to pay for. NOT happy with my full body massage yesterday !! WORST massage I have ever had. My lower back hurt so bad ,very painful

It was my first REAL massage and it was interesting in a good way. I will say if you like massages and enjoy being walked on and foot massages and all that jazz then this is definitely your place to go. For the price you really cant beat it, My mother in law goes here a lot and got me a gift certificate for my b day. The gift cert was for 45 bucks which got me an 80 min massage. Cleanliness was excellent, Staff was friendly, Pricing was ridiculously inexpensive for what you get. Massages aren't really my thing but it was pleasant and I'm sure its good for my body. Just walked in after breakfast at Molly's to check it out and they had openings for 3 of us for 30 mins neck, shoulders and low back massage for 25$. I like firm pressure and the lady I got gave me plenty. Front desk guy was helpful and spoke English. I got a private room. read more

They did not honor the $35 Yelp special: "Full Body Massage" - They said it was $40. The $35 was for a "combination" that was only 45 minute "full body" and 15 min "foot." Said she called manager and manager would not honor the Yelp promotion. Can't recommend a place that does not honor their Yelp promotion. read more

This was my third time being to Zenith and definitely the worst. We had decided to try it again after seeing it was under new ownership. I paid extra to have the full body massage. Almost the entire massage was done over a sheet. I asked for lotion and the masseuse did not understand and had to bring someone in the room to translate. They only massaged my back and feet. I absolutely love this place! It's very clean. The staff are polite and professional, and they do a great job with me. I leave feeling relaxed and like a million bucks. And it's all for a very reasonable price too. I usually get a 90-minute relaxation massage and because the staff do an excellent job on me, I tip them very well and they deserve it. I come to this place about once a month, but I wish I could go every other day! All of the therapists are excellent, but if you want my opinion on who stands out, then I recommend Iris and Kelly. read more

This was the worst massage I've ever had. But let me start with some nice things: the lady at the front desk was very nice and spoke very good English. I was able to get in at the last minute which I appreciated. I think it's nice and quiet and clean. But.....my masseuse was Tina. Which I'm glad to know so I can specifically request to not have her if I go again. It was the most painful and uncomfortable massage I have ever had. She didn't speak English, but I'm pretty sure she knows what groaning and the word OUCH mean. I asked her to go softer and she just ignored me. Sadly, all I could think about was, I couldn't WAIT for it to be over. As I was checking out, she stood there as the lady at the front desk and I discussed how uncomfortable my experience was. The front desk lady blamed it on Tina not understanding and that I needed to say softer. I told her I DID say that. And Tina just kept making excuses and never apologized (the front desk lady kept interpreting what she was saying). The front desk lady was very apologetic. But not Tina. Called today to book a full body massage ($40). He said I could get in at 2:30 which was great - no wait. Pay cash or charge with $2 extra fee. I told Lisa I'd like a "gentle" massage but if I go back I'll say "very gentle." My husband can't get strong enough pressure and he will enjoy a massage here. Actually enjoyed the massage and felt very relaxed when she finished. If you don't want your makeup taken off mention it before she starts as she is quick to begin the facial massage. No scents or music which was fine for me but I guess you can have them. read more

The place was clean and the people friendly. Greeted at the front desk, and shown the options. I chose a combo full body/foot massage. Very reasonably priced at $45 for 80 minutes total. Massage Therapist was knowledgable and used medium pressure. She asked every once in a while if the pressure was ok. Very good lower back and calves massage. Used unscented oils and cleaned up with warm towels. I was in a private room, but could hear some people talking in low voices. It wasn't a big deal and didn't detract from the experience. I went there for a massage to try to get some relief from some neck pain. The massage wasn't that great but the therapist (Ana) was friendly and gave me her phone number to keep in touch. She kept sending me messages and even a photo, asking me when I'll be back. Her story was that she needed to make money to support her sick father. Eventually it got me in trouble when my girlfriend saw it. If you go there, don't let them get your phone number! read more

I used to be a regular, however it seems the manager (Peter) can't keep things orderly i.e. keeping appointments. I know of two excellent therapists have left Zenith due to Peter. If you have your massage card punched for 10 massages, he gives you an extra 15 minute massage and doesn't give you credit for the 11th massage. I had an appointment with Kelly, he collects the money first than tells you that she isn't available and tries to give you someone else. I asked for a refund and he shorted me by $20.00. His lack of English skills is confusing, and arguing with him is a waste of time. I can understand that so many of his employees are looking elsewhere. I would never repeat, and I have been a long time customer. Absolutely no customer service or cooperation. read more

Went to this facility cause I had a pain in my arm and wanted to get a massage hoping to elevate the pain. Well the person doing the massage didn't know what she was doing. I have had massages in the past and it was not THIS PAINFUL! When she entered the room I told her where my pain was. She was all over the place pushing, my spine area, pushing my neck area where she did not move my hair so she was pulling my hair. I kept tightening up cause she was hurting me. She would say, "It hurt?" I would say yes, she would pull back a little and went back to pushing hard again. When I was leaving she was in the lobby area and she said, "You going to give me tip?" I didn't want to and I told the guy I had no cash, well he put my credit card receipt in front of me and said, you can put it on here. Well that night I was in worse pain then I was going in. Today I am no better and it feels like she bruised me. I would NEVER go back to this facility. read more

My father paid cash last Christmas for 2 gift certificates for my mother and I. (Of course the credit card machine was not working as with another reviewer). When my mother and I went to get use our gift certificates, the place was closed until further notice. After multiple phone calls for almost 6 months with no answer as to whether they were opening again, no definitive answer from them. My mother thought they would never open so she threw away the certificates. Although they had our names and phone numbers of prepaid clients , when they decided to open they said they would not give us any consideration. Please stay away from this place. I was really hoping this place would be good being that it's so close to home. The prices were really low as well. I walked in and saw that there were other people waiting so I thought they must be pretty good. They made me pay first which I thought was a bit odd but oh well. I was walked to a room and just left there. The employee didn't say anything. I prepared for the massage, and 5 minutes later a middle aged woman named Amy entered. No uniform. Regular street clothes. Didn't look very neat or professional but whatever... I was already undressed. She started asking me something but I had no idea what she was saying. She then left the room. Few seconds later the male manager came in without even knocking which completely startled me. He asked what kind of massage I wanted. I had told the masseuse over and over but I guess she didn't understand English. She started the massage which was just ok. But then she started sneezing. Then burping. Absolutely disgusting!!! Horrible. Unclean, unlicensed massage therapists, don't speak English and EXPECT a tip BEFORE the massage. Translation of the word tip= to insure prompt service... earned....not a right. Had a horrible massage, not relaxing, kept being told to relax but the hard elbows in areas that are sensitive guarantee otherwise. If you don't tip above what they expect you get a dirty look. Regardless, gave a 20% tip but still got a dirty look.. Never again..... don't wast your money.... read more

I went into zenith foot spa the other day and had the worst experience of my life. i was greeted by a very unprofessional young man at the counter who would not honer the gift card that was given to me, and was rather rude about it. I was tired so I paid cash and proceeding into get a massage. Laid down on the table and it stunk like sweat, so I asked to speak to the manager and said that I needed another sheet and they said there is nothing wrong with this one. this happened to be a lady.
