I've been using Zeppelin Cleaners for a few years now, and they've always had great prices and fast dry cleaning services. Even when I tell them I don't need it in a hurry, I'm never waiting more than two days for something. More recently, I received an old hat patch for one of my former Navy commands. I lost the one I had while I was in, so I was excited to make a new one for nostalgia value. I didn't have the period-accurate hat to place it on, so I got a newer blank Navy-issue ballcap to see if it would fit. Took it to Joanne, who was very honest in telling me that the shape of the patch (from the 90s-00s) wasn't a good match for the shape of the hat I brought (modern), but that she would try her best and I could come back in three days. I came in after three days, and was greeted by Joanne's son (I think?) who instantly recognized me and apologized profusely, telling me the hat wasn't quite done. He was very sincere in answering my questions about how it was coming along, so I felt pretty secure that they were doing their utmost. I told them to take their time and he thanked me several times before I left. A few days after that, I came in and was very happy to find that it fit better than I anticipated. I don't know how she did it, but it looked great. I'm over the moon with the professionalism and politeness I find every time I go there. I procrastinated and waited till the last minute to get my suit dry cleaned. My brother in law's engagement party was on Saturday and I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to find same day service. That early morning I reached out to several cleaners in the west valley and the only one that said they could help me was Zeppelin. Fortunately, not only did they come through for me but as it turns out they're actually really good! Joanne responded to my early morning message inquiry even though the store hadn't actually opened. Meeting her in person was a delight. She's not only super nice, she clearly takes pride in her work and I love that. Her prices are exceptional too, you really can't go wrong here. Had a dress and jacket to be dry cleaned, they said it would be ready by Thursday. I went in to pick it up today being Friday and they tell me that if I want the dress steamed and cleaned because they are unable to dry clean it. And because they are unable to clean my dress without approval they were unable to proceed with the cleaning. Having my number no one ever called and they just waited for me to show up to notify me that my dress is not cleaned! I will not be coming back to this place. Fast and friendly. I take my husband's chef coats here. They keep them white and crisp. Last week I picked them up and they didn't seem as crispy as usual. They quickly steamed them for me and they looked perfect. One week I forgot to take in the coats, oops. I asked if I could get them next day and would be willing to pay extra for the rush order. They said they could have them ready by 4pm the next day and there wasn't an extra charge. I got there a little before 4pm and they were ready. I came into Zeppelin Cleaners with a big dilemma. I explained that I had bought a gown for my daughter's prom and that the length (she's short) was too long. My dilemma wasn't only that the gown was too long and it needed to be hemmed, but that I needed the dress the next day. (My daughter had been on a two month excursion with her school and arrived 2 days before prom). Joanne took very good care of us and had the dress done the very next day.
