This is my second time with Zerorez but this time for my old disgusting carpet in room. From calling to find out what they can do to help to making appointment to arrival and price quote and cleaning it was wonderful. I didn't want to spend too much on old carpet but not ready to spend money to replace. Kyle the technician was polite and thorough and did an amazing job. We talked options and he gave recommendation and it was in my price without me telling him range. The carpet has not smelled, felt, or looked better. And no chemical smell!! We were getting ready to sell our house, and hired ZeroRez to clean our carpets after we moved out. We had the house professionally deep cleaned prior to service. ZeroRez arrived to do the $119 special we hired them to do. They called my husband to recommend the extra pet treatment (since we had a small dog, we thought why not?). The tech said if we didn't get the extra pet treatment, our house would smell like wet dog. Our house smelled great right before service - fresh and clean - and the day after ZeroRez's treatment, our realtor went back to check ZeroRez's work. She immediately called to tell us the house smelled like a bunch of wet dogs. She was super worried about listing the house because it was so bad. My dad and my neighbor both went and confirmed the smell. We cranked the fans and AC, and gave it a few days. Smell still there. Had ZeroRez come back out - they said the carpets smelled fine, and the smell must be coming from the vents. So they checked the vents - the vents were clean. Then they thought the air filter was at fault. Air filter got changed. Still smelled. We had to list our house with that smell, and Febreeze it to death. When I called a ZeroRez manager to see if we could just get refunded for the pet application fee, he told me there was no way they could have caused the smell, that my family and realtor were "mistaken" about it smelling bad, that I was lying about it smelling fine before the treatment, and that if I "could only understand how carpet cleaning worked, I'd understand it could never cause bad smells." The manager made me cry, he was so condescending and u. He refused to give us any refund, and accused us of waiting too long to call him back (we moved 3 states, with 3 kids under 5, had a car accident during the move, and the basement in our new rental flooded... so yeah, we took a few days to return a call). We will NEVER use them again, and we are telling everyone we know to never use them. read more

I first heard about Brad and the Zerorez team on my local news. After doing some research I found that they offer factory rug cleaning. I won't explain it all here, but do some research and the process is amazing! Our oriental rugs have been handed down for generations, and only been cleaned a few times. Our 8 rugs came back a few weeks later looking outstanding!! For what our rugs are worth I wouldn't trust them with just anyone, except Zerorez from now on. Thanks guys! read more

Doesn't get any better than Joshua Fitzgarrald and his team for floor cleaning!! They took care of all of our floors that included bamboo wood, VCT (Vinyl commercial tile) and commercial carpet as well as a large wool rug. Their concept of using empowered water without the harsh chemicals and strong after-smell is a plus! Our carpets look brighter - obviously cleaner and the work they did on our kitchen tile flooring is amazing!! The office feels, looks and smells ever so clean!!! These guys are AMAZING!!!! I just moved out of my house and had them clean my very old, very worn, VERY dirty carpets and they did a super impressive job! I'd give them a 3 on rug cleaning but a 5 on carpets- so a 4 star avg. I had them out a couple years ago to clean an office and they did a great job on the carpet. They came out a few weeks ago to clean a rug which they ended up taking with them so we could really get it cleaned well- saturated, stain removal and protected. After 2 1/2 weeks I got the rug back (numerous phone calls as well to find out why it was taking longer than the promised week) and the stains were still present. The rug did look better but I think the service of taking it in was a little bit of an over promise. All the employees are super nice and knowledgeable - I'm just not sure they are the best at rug cleaning and definitely oversold the service. The tech said he'd talk to his manager about discounting some of the $310 charge but I never heard from anyone. If you have a rug to clean you might look elsewhere- but they do a good job on carpet and are a nice company to deal with. read more
