First time in Utah and wound down at the Brew Pub after a long day site seeing and exploring. It's busy here! We waited about 20-30 minutes to get seated, which was no problem for us considering we were given a buzzer for when our table was ready. With this, we were able to explore the gift shop and the fun Christmas decorations on the property. I ordered the Zion Burger with Chimchurri fries and a Prickly Pear lemonade. My mouth is watering just thinking about this meal. The burger was cooked to a perfect well done and was topped with a delicious stout jalapeño jam, Swiss cheese and roasted garlic aioli. It was almost like a sweet barbecue sauce, which I really enjoyed. It also had an onion ring garnish up top. Also came with a pickle. Had to cut the burger in half to eat it and took some onions out, otherwise I'd have to unhinge my jaw like a snake to eat it - it's a hefty one! Surprisingly, I finished everything on my plate. It was the perfect amount. The prickly pear lemonade was refreshing. It didn't have a strong lemonade taste and it seemed mixed with a syrup, but I didn't mind this at all. It had a nice flavor! Zion Canyon Brewpub is a Southern Utah microbrewery located just south of the Zion Canyon National Park entrance. Besides beer & wine, their menu serves up appetizers, salads, burgers & sandwiches, entrees, sides and desserts. They conveniently offer indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the Elevated Elk Burger which according to the menu is "locally sourced, hand pressed elk patty with quintessential utah fry sauce, springdale amber sautéed mushrooms, swiss and salt & vinegar fried onions". I found the patty to be dry and the entire burger was difficult for me to finish, but the saving grace was the chimichurri fries which cost an additional $3. I also ordered the Dump Truck Peach off their seasonal menu...it wasn't memorable but it did help wash down the elk burger. If you find yourself hiking in Zion and hungry, Zion Canyon Brewpub is one of the better and nearest options to grab a bite or enjoy a pint. read more

Good brewpub fare. Pub pretzel sticks appetizer were large, hot, soft, and lightly butter glazed. Generous queso dip provided. They were out of spicy mustard and offered honey mustard instead. Parking can be hard to find, even in the offseason. The venue is large and we were seated pretty fast outside. You could see the scenic Zion NP mountains in the back as we ate our food. Our service was okay, friendly but not as attentive compared to other dining experiences. Five Stars - Amazing Food and Truly Outstanding Service! My partner and I had a lovely dinner at Zion Canyon Brew Pub during one of the nights we were staying at Watchman Campgrounds. The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the park. After we left the next morning, I realized I had forgotten a pair of sunglasses that I really love. I reached out to the pub to see if they might have been found, and they responded promptly--sure enough, they had them! Timothy went above and beyond by not only confirming they had my sunglasses, but also helping to arrange for them to be shipped back to me. By the time I arrived home from vacation, they were already waiting for me. It's rare to find service this thoughtful and responsive. It is a good size which was nice, our waitress (which was the bartender) was not super attentive, but sometimes that is nice when you are looking to relax. I got the chimichurri fries, they were SO good. Since it's a brewpub they only have beer and wine, which is fine but I was hoping for a cocktail. I had the Elk Burger, which was a pretty good burger. The elk was flavorful and not too gamey. Zion National Park is one of the worlds most well known National Parks. Not only does it have wonderful experiences such as hikes & views, but the food is also just as amazing. We had woken up early to do a trail which took more than 4 hours. Brutal, sweaty and tiring the only thing we wanted to do after was EAT. There is multiple spots that look delicious and different, I ended up choosing The Zion Canyon Brewpub due to how close I was parked to it. It was a short wait, they had told me 25 minutes for a table for two but within 10 minutes the device they gave me was already buzzing. We sat outside & there is a bunch of shade & mist fans that keep you cool even in the burning sun, which after a hike the last thing you want to do is burn in the sun. We had already knew what we wanted to order since we were waiting for the table, service was great & fast we were very straightforward since all we wanted was to eat, food took maybe 10-15 minutes but the views outside were killing time. It was a great environment. I had the IPA Siracha Glazed Chicken Club & The Chicken Pub tacos, O-M-G. It was honestly so good, i don't know if I was starving after such a strenuous hike but every bite I had just made me so happy that I decided to come here. I'm sure everything on the menu is delicious from other peoples photos & from my experience all the pictures of food you see from me were absolutely emptied. Not only do I recommend coming to Zion National Park but Definitely plan out where you are going to eat either before or after & If you are debating to come here, Take it from me this place is delicious & affordable . The Good: *All their beers are crafted and brewed here on-site & all the ones I sampled were good. *Get a souvenir beer mug for $10 *Elk burger was cooked perfectly medium and had good flavor that was almost beefy--but not quite. The grilled mushrooms were a nice touch. *Service was a little slow at first but once they got going they did a good job. The Meh: *Chimichurri fries sounds really good but they really don't put much of the sauce on the fries. Just a very light smattering of a flavored oil was not enough to get the flavor of chimichurri. *Black Bean burger was very uninspired and obviously a previously made/frozen product. *Spicy Edamame was very underseasoned and very underwhelming. *Menu was fairly uninspired but it looks like it might change seasonally? A picture from a few years back shows an interesting sounding stout-based chili that was unavailable on our visit. The Ugly: *Their outdoor dining area is uncovered, so if it rains you'll get soaked--and not to mention it cuts their available dining space. This would be my second visit roughly a year apart. During my first visit, it was very limited in capacity. That's no longer the case. We opted for appetizers and beer. Chili cheese fries, winner! Fries were served crispy and not soggy. Clams great as well. It had a very high content of lemon juice, but does not take away the taste of the clams itself.
