I had a strange set of failures with my very high end car. Based on Yelp reviews I called these folks and shared my thoughts (thinking fuses) and dropped it off in the AM... My car has been in need of a clutch and brake replacement for about 6 months and I finally started to look into places for some quotes. I messaged about four places on Thursday Feb 18 and Nitesh here was the first response back Fridaythr next day. I already was impressed at his latest reviews and people seem to be very pleased with his business. I was quoted just about what I had thought it would be so Nitesh said if I wanted to go through them he would go ahead and order the parts that day and to drop my car off that Saturday so I did. While I was driving on the freeway, my X3 BMW stalled. It was very late in the afternoon, close to the time most auto shops would not even think about accepting a vehicle for repair, and it was recommeded to me to take my X3 to Nitesh. I was leary about taking my X3 to an unknown mechanic because I have found some mechanics to be unfamiliar with BMW's and tend to overcharge in labor costs. I accepted the advice and towed my vehicle to Zip In Auto. Nitesh was professional and very knowledgeable about my X3. My 2013 Prius broke. The hybrid inverter went out which makes the car undrivable. The folks at this auto repair facility took the time to source the best parts for me which was not easy in this "supply-chain-challenged" atmosphere we live in nowadays. They took a lot of time to get me a good deal and improvised when they needed to. I had them fix the brakes as well. What I liked most about the experience was the clear communication, fair prices, and honest dealing with my car and it's problems. rick the owner is ok... but the mechanics he has working for him aren't. My buick was serviced at his shop and the mechanic forgot to tighten my radiator hose. So, i went for a test drive... During the test drive the radiator hose came loose spraying hot antifreeze all over my electrical system. i had to have the car towed back to the shop due to loss of coolant and electrical problems. The mechanic was mad that i complained. so, in revenge he bent my hood release (so it wouldn't open) and bypassed the battery disconnect so it makes it a pain every time i have to disconnect the battery. thanks alot, NOT! read more

The quality and the price would be worth it in and of themselves - quoted me the best price for some big jobs and did it in the time promised. However, the really great part is the service. I called in saying I had a problem with the clutch - the first thing he asked me was if I was comfortable driving it in, or if he should send someone to get it! How nice is that? They brought it in for me. A friend's son (a mechanic in training) had pre-diagnosed my car for me, so I had a pretty good idea of the biggies. The owner called me three times as they were working on it. They let me know they'd uncovered some other issues, what they would cost to be added on, how long I might be able to hold out, and how much more it would cost to do it later, so I could decide where to spend my time and money. In the end, I took all his suggestions, and my car drives like new again with over 112K miles! (The total cost was less than some of the others charge for just the first two big items!) read more

Great experience. Went in around 3pm in the afternoon for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. They were done in ~half hour. The total came out to about $25 for the oil change, and $70 for the transmission flush which was actually cheaper than the prices they quoted me over the phone. Not sure if that's because I had more than one thing done at the same time, or for some other reason. I had a question about the filter for the transmission which (I believe it was the owner) was explained to me very thoroughly and concisely. I felt very well taken care of. I observed him coming back in to tell another patron that he'd found a nail in the tire, and offered to take care of it for him. +1 to them for observation, they didn't just ignore little things like some places will. Update #2: My last visit was great. My car broke down just down the street. One of the mechanics came over, the car started, they looked it over, ran diagnostics, realized it was an electrical problem and actually recommended that I go to a electrical specialty shop! A great mechanic knows when he is not the best person for the job. Rather than screw up my car or fail to make the needed repairs, they knew it was best for me to go to a specialist. Once again, these guys retain integrity and know their stuff. Since last review I also had brakes done and timing belt done. The price is far less than the dealer by far, and faster service that was done before the promised time! Update: been here maybe 8 times now for different service and repairs on several cars. Always honest and always done on-time or faster. Fair pricing. Smart trouble shooters too. I had a minor service done, plus got estimates on some larger repairs needed. The invoice came out exactly what the estimate was. The owner pointed out a few items I should have repaired at some point in the future, but no pressure was given to have work done today. He mentioned I should have a timing belt replaced every 90k miles on my type of vehicle. Mine has 96k miles. He also gave me a fair price for other repairs I need but can't yet afford to have done. Netish responded fast to my inquiry about getting my Hummer H2 looked at regarding my transmission taking a long time to shift. I had it checked out by other shops and before they even ran a diagnosis on the transmission to be certain of the issues, they already determined that a new/rebuild of the transmission was needed and quoted me $1500 to $1800 for the repair. Netish told me to bring it's down and he will run some check and let me know what it will cost me. I dropped my Hummer of at 10pm that night and the next day around 11am he told me what it was and what it will cost to fix, and guess what.... It didn't need a new/rebuild of the transmission!! Imagine that... It cost me a 1/4 of what my other shops told me. Needless to say, Netish did his thang and by 4 pm my Hummer was ready and running/shifting smooth! I highly recommend this shop.
