This place has been very fast and friendly in the past. Have ordered many times with no issues but lately it has been going downhill. They take forever to make the food and get it out. Most recently I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 12:45, 25 minutes after I ordered it at 12:20. I arrive at 12:45 and wait 10 minutes to ask about my food because the place was packed. They then said it would be out soon but 45 minutes later it is finally ready. Ridiculous. read more

The menu had no description of what is in the food. The "steak" in my sandwich was truly inedible. The rice was awful. I couldn't finish my meal. Thankfully it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Just want to put a good word in for our neighborhood Zoe's Kitchen. It is fun to go in there and see who else has a car that is on auto pilot to pull into Zoe's for a reliably good, healthy, inexpensive meal. Waited twenty minutes for my to go order, which was sitting on a rack with many others. I watched at least two other customers that ordered well after me (in store, I called mine in 20 minutes before I walked in) and they were in and out within ten minutes. I ordered two entrees, a cauliflower rice bowl w/ lamb and chicken roll ups. The roll ups are cold and the lamb is a dry ball of meat. All in all, I don't think I'll be going back. After having eaten Milo's for lunch yesterday, I might've been feeling a tad guilty about my deliciously unhealthy meal choices so far this week. I haven't been by here in a while; the last time, they were closed for what seemed to be renovations, even though upon return I'm not quite sure what was renovated (maybe that Spartan helm wall art was added). I must come here at major non-peak hours, because I've never had an experience at this location like other reviewers. Noise levels are not bothersome, the portions have been more than adequate, the food fresh and tasty and filling. The man who took my order offered compliments to me ( he liked my jacket) and all other patrons who came through the line. I find it to be extremely welcoming when employees engage their customers so politely. It's a bright and happy atmosphere, and they serve light and healthy fare. Also, Ryan Adams "Lucky Now" played during my meal....maybe my neighbors didn't hear me singing along! If this was Star Search, Zoe's would deserve more than the two and a half stars it had when I arrived. read more

This location is awful. The food is inconsistent and the service is terrible!! We live a mile from the crestline location, so it is a shame that this is the worst one I've been to. The food at Zoe's, when made correctly, is very good and fresh. We have been double charged here, given stale food, given wrong orders, etc... Of the many times I have eaten here, I don't remember a pleasant experience. I also want to say that the way the company changed their menu boards to only have pictures and not the actual menu, is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. I have been eating at Zoe's regularly for a long time but I am new to this particular location. As with the other locations, the place is clean and bright. This location is always filled with lots and lots of children and it is very loud. That doesn't bother me because I usually get take out, but this would not be the best place for a lunch meeting. I love the Greek salad, the Mediterranean tuna pita, and the soup. The Greek salads are gigantic! I love their salad dressing too. I would give five stars but the new guy at the register always seems impatient when I'm ordering (and I always know what I want when I get there so it is not like I'm being indecisive). read more

This Zoe's has always been there for me when I need a quick to go order during the evenings. I can quick order in advance online and choose a specific time for me to pick it up. I once even had one of the workers there call me and clarify to ask me about my order, I had accidentally ordered two rice sides. Always ready for me exactly when I go to pick up, and never need to wait in line. Plus, the food is always fresh and great! read more

When purchasing tubs of chicken or tuna salad, this location always has less than the advertised volume by weight or liquid measure by at least 1-2 ounces. This occurs each time, making it is fairly obvious it is intentional. 2-3 years ago, this was he best Zoes in the area but no longer---needs honest leadership and smiling staff. Vestavia and Summit locations are far better. read more

Been sick now with the upper respiratory crud for two weeks and fancied some soup for lunch, went to the new Trussville location and got the lentil soup to go. This is the first time I have visited any Zoes anywhere and it is tremendous soup I must say, nice stock and doesn't seem too salty as some elsewhere are. The pita chips that come with it no extra charge are very tasty but maybe a little over seasoned, though I like the black pepper kick. There was a bunch of stuff on the menu I wanted to try, the white beans / rice and chicken salad will be addressed on the next visit. I will update this to 5 stars if other items are as good as this soup. read more

I love Zoe's but this is not my favorite location in town. My last visit this week reminded me why. The drink station was very messy with lots of random stuff stuck all around it, it was a little too cold inside so we couldn't take off our coats and get comfortable while we are, and several tables were wobbly which was just a little extra nuisance. I will probably just do take out from here in the future, since it is the closest location to my house. Big fan of their house dressing, their Greek salad, protein plate, new hummus trio, hibiscus tea, limeade and cookies. Food is always fresh. read more

Eaten at Zoe's for years. Recently noticed the amount of pita provided with an order of hummus/pita has been small. Today I picked up an order ($55) and checked to find again the amount of pita was light. I asked the clerk for some extra and she said, "we provide 9 wedges with an order, if you'd like more you can order extra." 9 wedges is insufficient and I feel it's chintzy. read more

I go to Zoe's in Dothan at least once a week and sometimes twice. The food is great and the service exceptional. We are in Birmingham and went to this Zoe's. They did not have what we wanted and did not want to accommodate us at all. Further, the manager was rude and not professional. This Zoe's needs to talk to the management in Dothan to learn how to hire employees and manage a restaurant. With Birmingham having a variety of restaurants to choose from, I will not choose this Zoe's again. read more
