Oh Zoli's! how I want to be able to leave a great review. But truth be told, I can only leave a mediocre one. First, very, very disappointed that we got to the restaurant early and had hoped to have a drink before the rest of our party got there. We sat at the bar for 20 minutes and were never served and barely acknowledged. The restaurant had maybe 4 tables that they were waiting on. Second, the food was just ok. Had the pasta a la vodka. Came to the table barely warm. It had very little flavor. Friends had one of the pizzas. They commented that it was fine, that it was a pizza. Nothing great. Our salads came without dressing. We had to ask for it after we got the salad. Was hoping for better quality food! read more

I came here on a recommendation from a family member. Because of their recommendation I was really excited to try Zoli's pizza. However, I wasn't too impressed with their food. My parents and I had gotten their garlic knots and we felt that it did not have the punch of garlic flavor. They were also not as soft and fluffy as we expected. We also ordered their Square Spangler with fresh jalepeños and we didn't get the spicy kick we were hoping for. Honestly, the pizza was relatively bland. I am hoping it was just an off day. I will definitely give Zolis another try because I do trust my family's recommendation but for now this is my honest review. read more

I've been here before and food and service were awesome, so that is why my family and I came back. Last night I called ahead and asked if they can sit a table of 15 they replied to " yes". We came in waiting 30 min for table , no problem. They brought us drinks and we ordered appetizers, no issues. We ordered pizzas and pasta. We received one pizza after 30 minutes from ordering then the other two pizzas came out after 45 minutes and were burnt. We asked several times how long the food was going to take to come out and we received the pasta after one hour and 20 minutes. Our server was really nice and he did as much as he could. We understood that the issue was in the kitchen. He was very apologetic. First a waitress came out and offered us a free dessert for next visit. I asked her if I can get some more ranch for the pizzas because there was a fly in one. To which she rolled her eyes and said yes. Then the manager came out and offered us desserts because of the delay in food.We did get two brownies to go, but we had a cake because it was a birthday for a family member, but because it took so long to get certain food family members had left. Unfortunately, we invited several family members here for the first time and spoke highly of this place because of the ambiance and the food that we had the last visit, very disappointing. read more

The pizza is okay. The crust was great. We got the Spangler, which is supposed to be a cheese pizza and had very little cheese on it. Too much sauce in my opinion. Service was great! We tried out Zolis on Friday afternoon around 2pm. The restaurant had 3 other grps of people there at the time. We were greeted by the manager when we came in and we're immediately brought to our table. The restaurant was clean, the temperature was perfect as so not to freeze out customers or overheat them. Our server was very friendly, about 23, long dark hair in a ponytail, eyebrows on point- in case management needs to identify their superstar server by this review. We ordered the zucchini fries to start and 2 pops. I thought the zucchini fries tasted good and the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce that it came with was in a small dip cup 1oz. We asked for an additional dipping sauce so I could have 1 and my boyfriend could have 1. We ordered the supreme pizza with 1 side of blue cheese. The pizza was cooked well, it had a weird taste that was not great. I ate 1 piece and my boyfriend ate 3 and we took 2 pieces home and fed it to the dogs. The dogs didn't complain and appeared to like it. My boyfriend said the pizza was "ok, it isn't particularly bad, but we're not going back." Now to the bill, hmmm this is where I would say the price would be mainly why we won't return. The charge for each soda was $3.99. Who charges $3.99 per soda, an outdoor carnival maybe? No restaurant charges the much, correction, Zolis does. For the extra 1oz of blue cheese it was $1. For the extra side of ranch for the zucchini fries it was $1. The blue cheese was good though, I mention this because if your used to a thick blue cheese this is your place. Wasn't aware of the up charges for the dips until the bill came. Left the server a $10 tip. In writing this review my boyfriend is wondering if we should have got the square pizza, maybe that's where it's at, and that's better? Zolis is easily my favorite pizza spot! The salads are super fresh, the pasta is delicious (the alfredo is the best i've ever had), and the pizza is a gem. Not the mention the fantastic service i always receive when im there. Manny is always super accommodating and makes sure im well taken care of. Dennis is respectful and polite. This time I ordered a whole pie for myself thinking I'd wrap it up and bring back to NY. It was so overcooked and hard I threw it out. Bottom was black. So good! Had my first dine-in experience in over 3 months and everything went great. Menus can be scanned via bar code and found online, tables were spread apart, and staff were all wearing masks. My only complaint is that drinks are a little pricey, but the food was delicious. read more

We love Zoli's food, atmosphere and play area for the kids. However, our past two visits to the restaurants the service has been horrible and we've waited over an hour for food! Our most recent trip was at lunch on a Monday. The patio was pretty full, but we were one of 3 tables seated in the restaurant. We sat inside to avoid the crowds outside and hopefully get in and out quickly! Our server had a 16 top on the patio and while he was apologetic, he hardly ever came inside to take care of us. Thankfully I ordered food with drinks since I was with my kids, but even doing that the food took over an hour for a very empty restaurant. They need help with servers and staffing!! Zoli's Dope Sopp is my wife's favorite pizza, which actually works out well because my all time favorite pizza comes from the same kitchen. Thunderbird Pies is absolutely the best damn meal available in Fort Worth. We've had it twice, The Drip Pan Pizza and the Chicken Parm Pizza, and both were A+. And man, y'all be nice to this place. Sometimes they may not be able to do the Detroit Style so just say thank you and order a bad ass pizza from Zolis, or kindly ask them what night you can call back. read more

After speaking with a friend, I decided that I wanted pizza but not from a chain. I called to see if Zoli's was open for business and headed over. I saw several cars in the parking lot and also saw a line of people outside. I asked a woman ahead of me what the line was for and she stated ice cream. I finally noticed a door to enter to order pizza on my left and went in. I was immediately greeted with a smile and a hearty welcome. I took a seat in a booth near a window and Landon came over to provide me with a QR scanner to view the menu. I thought this was genius! He also told me that they offered paper menus if desired. There was so much that I wanted to try and relied heavily upon Landon's suggestions and finally decided upon the Christian Prescroni deep dish pizza. The crust was so good and the addition of red pepper ( packets) elevated the taste to exactly what my tastebuds wanted! I'll definitely recommend this place especially for a group because there are so many different types of offerings on the menu. I WILL be back! read more

Wow, wow, wow!!! We ordered the Roasted Corn Carbonara, Christian Pescroni, Door Sopo', and the Lil' Troy. Don't be turned off by the"corn" in the Carbonara, it is very subtle and not overpowering in any way. The pizzas were simply fantastic, Lil' Troy coming in third place on our pizza ranking. Do not pass up an opportunity to visit when you are in Fort Worth, you will not be disappointed. The pizzas were some of the most creative taste combinations that I have ever experienced. This place it's definitely five star, give them a try you will not regret it. read more

The food is great. It is a little annoying that you can't buy the ice cream without going to the separate ice cream shop. My main compliant is the DEATHTRAP of a playground. It looks cool but isn't really fun. It's more of an art installation with bright kids colors. There are sharp rocks and jutting steel rods. read more

The service was wonderful for my family and I enjoyed my drinks. Ordered 3 apps. -Brussels sprouts. Good size portion. They were ok -forgot the name but it was the fries with everything on them. I ate 1.5 since they were good size waffle fries. My husband and kids did not like them and the waitress noticed they weren't touched when we told her she could take them. She came back and advised she took them off the bill which was sweet of her. -the meatballs. They were ok. The bread was delicious Caesar Salad was yummy Heim Time pizza- not sure if the forgot the peppers on the pizza but it wasn't as good as I was hoping for. Kids cheese pizza.
