Excited when we first saw the photos of pizza and the interior. What a neat concept! I LOVE LOVE LOVE pizza and ice cream. What could be better??? 1. The staff is very friendly but we were ordering to-go and it was a real challenge to communicate while bartender was tending bar. (We were told that we must order only at the bar) BTW- We sat there for 45 minutes without being offered even a droplet of water. 2. The ice cream portion seems very neat but don't ask the hostesses about it as they made it apparent there is no love lost between the two different portions of this establishment - as if they are bitter competitors. 3. The Dope Sopp - was a major disappointment. For my wife it was inedible due to crazy spice (not mentioned when asking staff for recommendations) .... for me (who likes spice) it was a very odd combination of flavors that was simply not enjoyable. We may make one more attempt in the future but for now my wife was so disappointed it won't be soon. read more

My friend and I have been here several times. The first time we came here Tobyn the bartender was our server at a booth in the bar section. Every time since we always sit in his section and have had great service, great drinks, and the food has always been amazing. Tobyn is very knowledgeable about the menu, and has provided perfect service every time. Highly recommend sitting with him if you can, and highly recommend the Lil Bastards brussel sprout appetizer! This place is so great! The pizzas were delicious, thin & filling!! We started with their garlic knots and those were also good. Very garlicky, if you're into that type of thing. I didn't like the BBQ sauce on the meat fight, but over all it was really good. The Prince Rogers is a veggie pizza with pesto sauce and I loved that one! Excellent pizza, some of the very best in Fort Worth, and for that matter in the DFW metroplex. Same owners as Cane Rosso, but not Neapolitan, completely different style. A lot of folks swear by the thick crust here, and it is definitely well thought out, light and airy, with a slight touch of sweetness. It's good. But my personal favorite by far is the thin crust, New York style pie. I rarely order pepperoni pizza these days because it's usually so generic and nothing special, but the pepperoni at Zoli's is excellent, curled up and crisped by the wood-fired oven. The Italian sausage (my usual go-to) is also good. If you haven't tried Zoli's, you're missing out, and need to get over there asap! Their setup is also very kid-friendly! read more

I wanted to like this place because of the playground but it's not even worth it. The wait was longer 30 minutes despite them stating it would only be 15 minutes but the organization skills and waiting service was not great. First we walked in and there were a couple of people already in front of us but for some reason the hostess and her trainee had a different system and looked past a customer to ask us for our info instead (not really their fault since the person in front of us didn't really speak up and looked just as lost as we did). Prior to being seated we already knew what we wanted so we ordered and waited for our food for what felt like forever. 40 mins later we got our food. Our drinks didn't come with straws, no oj refills included per our waitress and despite the fact that there is a playground nothing else is kid friendly. Not even a child menu for them to color. The food was NOT worth the wait none the less the price. If you're hungry don't come here, you will more than likely over spend because of the hunger building up for waiting. read more

This place is just great. My family and I have been waiting eagerly for Zoli's to open and have visited several times since it's opening. The staff has been helpful and friendly each time I've visited. My last visit was for my niece's birthday and our server was Andrew and he was attentive and helpful. The place was absolutely packed and we had a party of 17 and not one of us had any problems with getting drinks or our orders. The GM Jason is a great guy who cares deeply about this restaurant. I met him back at Cane Rosso off of Magnolia when he was a manager there and I have to say he's a great guy to have as the GM. I have had the Christian Pescroni and Dope Sopp', in both round and square. These are my go to pizzas here. Some of my family and friends have tried the Chicken Alfredo, meatballs, waffle fries, Mac and cheese and the salads and I have to say everything is delicious. I would like to make a small note for anyone who wants to complain about seating. I have experience in restaurants and if you are a party of two, do not expect to get a six top table. It's simple business that a party of two can be seated at a two top, four top or ask them to be seated at the bar. On a side note, if you pay attention to the menu there are apps to order and nowhere does it say there is food to munch on while you wait. Everything you can get is on the menu plain as day. Finally, if anyone would keep up with Zoli's Facebook you would probably know that they are short staffed when it comes to help in the front of the house. The customer may be right in most cases, but seriously think about others before you go on judging them or saying they'll only be open for a year. read more

We dined in there was hardly anyone there on a Sunday morning. We ordered the garlic knots, zucchini fries and 12X12 pepperoni. The garlic knots looked delicious but were very salty. The zucchini fries were good though I prefer a crispier, lighter breading. You can either order regular crust or their thick pan pizza. It's not too thick like deep dish. It had very good flavor, I liked the jalapeño pesto. One slice plus apps and I was pretty full. I would like to try the regular crust next time with different toppings. The outdoors area screams bring the kiddos, with a nice/stylish play area for the kids. The decor is extremely creative and definitely selfie worthy for those who always has that friend that trys to have a photoshoot everywhere. They also had a wide variety of beer selections (domestic/imports/ local crafts). But back to main atrraction...THE PIZZA!!! Wanting to venture out a bit I tried the Sopp Dope and 1/2 CBR and 1/2 Hot bastard. All of them AMAZING!!!! I'm upset that it took me so long to try them out. Never again will I order food from here. A fly was on my pizza. Not only did I call to ask for a refund, laura assured me she would issue my refund if I didn't post this on Yelp. I also messaged them on social media and had the worst customer service ever. As a soon to be business owner I would never leave a customer with a bad taste in their mouth. Pizza is awesome! Square honey bastard is my favorite. Unfortunately tried 2 different pasta dishes this evening and they were awful. The spaghetti and meatballs taste like the canned spaghetti I had as a child and the chicken Alfredo was almost inedible. It was dry and the bread crumbs on top tasted spoiled and gave me a taste in my mouth that is still lingering. Stick with the pizza, beware of the pasta. read more

From the time that we ordered until the time our pizza came it was over an hour and our two-year-old and four-year-old were chomping at the bit as they got crankier and crankier as we waited for our one cheese pizza. I have had a few of their pizzas now, and the Chicken bacon ranch is by far my favorite. The everything bagel seasoning on the crust along with the jalapeños is a great combo of spicy and savory. It does take them a while to make the pizzas but it's well worth the wait! read more

I wanted to try this place due to me passing it up quite frequently. Unfortunately, I did not get to due to their lack of customer service. The greeter at the door was unforgivably rude and did not care that she was. I asked to speak to the manager and he made excuses for her behavior instead of addressing it. There was another young lady that was sweet & helpful. Because she displayed wonderful customer service, I ended up canceling my order and tipped her the $20 I was going to spend on the pizza. As a business owner, I take customer service seriously. (THIS BUSINESS.... NOT SO MUCH) BUT I will not leave out the fact that the manager eventually offered a coupon for future use, but I'll never be back to use it. What a great place for people who have younger kids! We went for lunch on a weekend and opted to eat outside so the kids could play while we waited on the pizza to be made. The play area is a very simple layout, nothing to wild or "scary" my two year old was able to play with everything there and my four year old was playing with several older boys (5-8) who were also able to have fun. The pizza is gourmet style so no basic cheese pizza or peperoni pizza but rather a honey drizzled pizza or jalapeno pizza. There are kid friendly options and you can tweak the order if your child is a bit more particular. We ordered one pizza and a side of meatballs, we were happily surprised that the pizza was decent not for any other reason than we are transplants from Ny and have come to accept that the big food suppliers like ben and keith do not offer the same sauces they do up north. Unless a place is specify paying a ton extra money for a special order of Norther tomato and sauce they simply cant reproduce the same thing. (Kinda like good Mexican or Tex-mex food in Ny- just doesn't compare to here). That being said we still enjoy Texas pizza but never have high expectations so were taken back when we actually enjoy it enough to order it again. This is not NY pizza at all, this is totally different and shouldn't be compared to that, its a nice pie, nice sauce, nice dough. I would eat here again but then you factor in that my kids had a great time and they ate a full meal and I'm absolutely going back and ill be brining friends to get them hooked as well. Lastly they have an ice cream place connected to the building, we got my husband and the kids each their own ice cream and they all enjoyed it. Whoa. This Zolis location is a complete 180 from their Addison location. Let me walk you through my experience. We arrive at 6:20pm. We are seated, out server a young Hispanic woman, greeted us and asked for our drink order. I ordered a Blue moon and since I frequent the Addison location I place an order for the Dope sopp, 20 minutes later, I begin to wonder if my beer order was placed. I asked a different server if she can locate our server to confirm. Our original Server is no where to be found. This new server brings me my beer an apologizes for the wait, its cool, NBD. As the new server brings my beer, our original server arrives and asks "Did you want to Place an order?", Ma'am, I placed a order 30 minutes ago. After about 45-50 minutes of waiting, I ask to speak with a manager. Mandy, walked over and apologized for the wait but their kitchen has an 1-hr to 1:30-hr cook time for a Pizza. That is absolutely outrages. I have never waited for a Zoli's pizza for more than 30 minutes. This wasn't a busy Friday evening, by all accounts there were a hand full of empty tables. Mandy, was kind enough to buy me my beer. Mandy, was working so hard, it's a little unnerving when the manager is a better server when compared to your original server. Came here on Saturday around 430pm with my husband and his parents and our baby. They said the pizza is excellent (and they don't like pizza) so we figured we should try it. There were so many table available that we actually moved 3 times to get in a better spot with the baby and the stroller and they were totally accommodating. We actually had one server come over and get our drink order, and a different server informed her that it was her table and she said no problem and still finished and brought our drink orders right out. Laura was our waitress and she was great! Checked in with us just enough times without being too much and always made sure we had everything we needed. For the 4 of us eating we ordered 3 different pizzas (crazy, I know. Leftovers for days!) along with 2 apps. The nuggz and Brussels were great! Laura explained that their pizzas take 12 minutes to cook, and the Cane Rossu (? The other branch of their business) specializes in the pizzas and have the oven from Italy and their pizzas take 90 seconds but are a little different. The 3 pizzas came out pretty quickly, and immediately when she set them down she realized one had the ranch on top which we had asked for it on the side, so she told us to keep it and they'd remake it for us and they did promptly. And mine was suppose to have a jalapeno pesto on top which it didn't and Laura saw that immediately too and grabbed it and had it added for me. So we can't complain on that end! The pizza was really good!! The service was great! Laura was really nice and it was a cool environment. We got a few sundaes after as well and they were SWEET!! SO much sugar! Kids will absolutely love them or major sugar lovers! But wow, they are good! When we were leaving the restaurant was a little over half full inside, and the outside was packed!!! Kids running everywhere playing in that play area and the patio was almost full! This is a fun place with a cool environment that we will probably come back to again.
