Solid choice when you are craving Mediterranean. We got takeout and I enjoyed my meal. I got the Kafta Kabob plate and portions were great. The meat was flavorful. Hummus was creamy and tasty. Salad was fresh. Service was prompt. I would come back again.

An average rating of 4.8 is a bold statement from the Yelp community. Zuki's has been on my radar because of that. For me, a 4.8 would translate to a damn near perfect platter. I ordered the beef kebobs. I thought it was OK, overall. The kebobs were tasty, the rice was average, the pita was a little soggy, the hummus was fair, and the garlic was sauce was a pass for me. I'm glad I tried it, perhaps I ordered wrong or am missing something.

It was okay, I maybe should've tried the chicken instead because the beef kabob didn't have much flavor. Sadly they didn't have lamb which is usually my go to. Overall not bad but I do wish it meat was a bit more tender and had more flavor.

Work on your order takers, not friendly at all. Food seemed to take a little longer than other places but the food was hot and fresh. Worth the wait. Clean restaurant, easy to place order and sufficient parking.

I went here for lunch today after seeing the reviews. I had the gyro plate and small hummus. The gyro meat was amazing, super moist and well seasoned. I like that it's not shaved super thin (personal preference). The rice wasn't anything special but it was good nonetheless. The hummus was also so, so good. The flavor was spot on and the drizzle of olive oil on the top. I'd say the only downside would be the area of town is slightly sketchy. Otherwise the food is terrific and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely add this to my work lunch rotation.

Zuki's in Central Phoenix will take you on a wild flavor journey with their Mediterranean cuisine! The food is consistently delicious, and the prices are modest. It's a great place to dine in or take out to enjoy with the family. This family-owned restaurant is always a joy to visit, with the owners being incredibly kind and full of joy. Zuki's has become one of our favorite spots, and we order from here a ton. Check this spot out!!!

Zukis A five strar rating is tough to get and maintain. One rating of two or maybe a couple of fours makes the number of stars fall below five. Zukis rating is five stars. How does this happen? You cannot eat clean, but you can see it. There are no spots on this floor. The tables devoid of any film shine. No water spots. The menu is simple. Some of the food on it is not so simple to make. Leave it to Zukis to take care of that. You will be glad. The food is flavorful, without being overpowering. The Gyro's flavoring is best described as highly aromatic. It is light (for a Gyro). The French fries were rather plain, bland. The fries should be that way. They are a side dish for the main course. Zukis deserves it's five rating. It's Gyro is outstanding. It follows the rules of fine dining (yes this little shop, in a sketchy neighborhood). Zuki's deserves five stars.

Really wish they had a rating that was between a 4 1/2 and a 4.75, very hard for me to give a 5 star review ever. And if its below a 3 experience i won't even comment, unless its God awful experience. this place is definitely hard to give just a 4 star, its a twinner between 4 &5. Had intentions on trying Franks Deli today but they were closed on Weekends , seen that Zuki's Pita had excellent reviews 2 miles away. Settled on ordering a Gyro instead of the Chicken Shawarma, which was very tasty, tender, and airy not filling at all, compared to a local burrito at similar cost. Place is very clean and organized, with pleasant customer service. If there was anything that was a bit of a issue was the sketch area, and the smallish portions, im a big eater, but for those who are not, the sizes are perfect. Definitely will try other dishes in the future.

Forget Pita Jungle, I found an authentic Pita Restaurant & it's great! Plus very affordable! I found this place just driving by, man I'm glad I stopped in. Place is newly remodeled, clean. fresh, modern, ... I didn't not expect it since neighborhood a bit older. Family owned, very friendly staff. Order at counter, bring food to ur table. All wore masks & put on new gloves when preparing food. Very affordable, $8.99 ordered #7 Chx pita. Substituted a salad which was very good. Got a surprise app, a small portion hummus & chips. We had a hankering for some Greek food and decided to try Zukis. Great decision! The food was delicious, service friendly, and restaurant super clean. They were very accommodating with our special request. We ordered the combo kabob platter, with all chicken skewers, and then the falafel platter. Loved the jalapeño humus and the salad dressing! It's now one of our favorite restaurants in the valley. We will definitely be back! read more

Yummy! Had the chicken shawarma-chicken was very flavorful with fresh lemon and herbs. Nice subtle garlic sauce, often at other places it taste to hot from the spice. Hummus was good and pita soft, warm and fresh. Tastes like home!!! read more

Wonderful place. Food is wonderful! Its in a little strip mall and doesn't look like much from the outside but when you go in its very clean. Zuki's is absolutely fantastic! I love Greek/Mediterranean and have tried many of the places in the valley, but this being so close to home and so delicious is going to become a staple for sure. The place is clean, bright, and the family who owns it was very friendly, to start off with. We ordered the beef kabob plate and the gyro plate, which come with rice, salad, and hummus with pita. We were also treated to a free sampler of the different types of hummus and baba ganouj -- the jalapeño cilantro was my favorite, but all were tasty! The tzatziki and other sauce that came with the pita were fresh, and excellent as well. Probably my favorite tzatziki I've had. The meat was tender and so well seasoned and cooked, the salad great with a very flavorful dressing. In general, I would recommend this place to anybody, and have already told 2 friends to try it since leaving about an hour ago. read more

I was in Phoenix for two whole weeks due to work, I decided to yelp a plays with Gyros and this place came up the pictures look amazing so I decided to try it. Everything on the menu that I tried was great. I had the Zukis combo great portion. Also the Gyro wrap comes with fries and a drink. The hummus there is amazing freshly I had the spicy, no one in this office had been to this place they trade it and now they're hooked on it. The lady has great customer service and is super nice. My wife and myself have been looking for a great pita place since we relocated. This is by far some of the best we've ever had. The hummus is AMAZING. The pita is fresh and done perfectly. The falafel is out of this world. The chicken shawarma was spot on with the perfect amount of heat. The staff was super friendly and gave us some free samples and dessert. We loved this place! It was clean and had a cool interior.We ordered a Zuki combo, gyro sandwich, and beef shawarma. The food came out quickly and every item had great flavor. We tried each hummus and both were delicious. I would definitely get the gyro sandwich again. Every employee was very friendly and the chef even came out to ask how the food was. I would recommend 100%. We live over 30 minutes away but we talked about how we wanted to come back again someday. read more

We stopped here for dinner last night and it was AMAZING. The staff was incredibly friendly and also sweet to our 2 year old. The food didn't take long and it was super fresh. We even saw them making our falafel fresh after we ordered! They also brought us out a delicious piece of cake to share, on the house. My brother in law lives down the street and will be visiting often. I can't recommend this place enough for great Mediterranean food! read more

The kebab consists of steak, lettuce, fries, paprika, onions, and tzatziki. I made it a combo with fries and a drink. Overall, an average meal. A little on the smaller side when it comes to the portion size too. I've had a bunch of excellent kebabs in my day. The food here is a notch or two below that. Not bad by any means, just average. The meat lacked the seasoning and tenderness that would make it an A+ meal. With that being said, if you're looking for a quick meal downtown, Nick the Greek makes for a decent choice.

I've never ever seen a restaurant do that before. Really not that bad but really not worth the $20-$40 price tags either. I'm open to coming back and trying other dishes. I really think I may have came on a bad night.

They happily gave us warm water when requested, and at the end brought sweets at no extra charge. TV was loud with annoying old school songs which gave me headache.
