Beautiful sophisticated atmosphere and great professional waitstaff welcomes you at Zuma. Highlight of the night was the robata meat ( slow grilled over open charcoal fire) 24 oz bone-in rib eye with truffle soy and fresh shaved black truffle, perfection. Sushi and shrimp tempura all very good and fresh. Highly recommend

Service was amazing. Uponsotting down they gave us warm hand towels that smelled amazing. The second we finished a plate somenw was by to collect it. The food came out dish ensuring that it was the freshest when served. Every dish had its own unique flavor pallet and was amazing perfectly cooked and not one complaint. My favorite was the sea bass dish it had the perfect amount of spice. The chocolate cake our server recommended is definitely a must have... But the strawberry bomb was close second.

Great trendy spot with good food and good service. Come here for a fun spot that sets the vibe for the night. Grilled items are very good and the sushi is fresh. Had the black cod, tiger prawn, chicken, scallops, and Nigiri. All were good and nothing missed. Portions aren't large. They recommend 3 plates per person.

Another great dinner here. I had a colleague in town and last minute decision to have a quick dinner. No reservation made on a Tuesday evening. We walked in and were given a few options of where we can sit. Counter works well. We ordered a variety of items like the branzino, yellowtail, pork belly, tuna belly and Zuma did not disappoint at all. Amazing food items. Service was great as well. Our plates were swapped out when we changed food items midway thru dinner. Appreciate that. Waiter was super attentive and accommodating as well,, love it. Place was busy but not loud that we couldn't hear each other. Love the decor and quiet elegance. Will be back.

Went to Zuma on whim after hearing raving reviews from co workers and it truly didn't disappoint. We did the signature omakase set and if you really want a bang for your buck, this is it. With multiple appetizers and a beautiful presentation of the sushi round PLUS the dessert was delicious but also visually stunning. Everyone around us had to take a picture. The staff were so kind, so attentive and very conversational. The ambiance is relaxing and we got to sit in front of the chefs, watching their incredible knife skills and overall technique. I would 100% come again just to have the signature set. It gave a perfect taste of everything, with amazing portions

Highly recommend trying the omakase! It was definitely worth the upgrade. Just be sure to come hungry because the food seems endless. My favorites had to be the sushi with caviar and the wagyu. Everything was paced perfectly. Service was amazing. Would definitely come back again.

Definitely worth the hype. It's probably one of the better meals. I've had the last several months and it was a client dinner. We chose to do the Omakase, but it's not like any Omakase I've ever had before. I've been to Morimoto's in New York and walked out hungry and had to go to a burger place to fill up my belly because I was still hungry. Zuma offers, exceptional choices, fish, meat, and desserts. I really felt like I had a special meal and I was in a group. The service was excellent. The bathrooms were ultra clean. And the staff was super friendly.

Dinner at Zuma in Las Vegas was an experience from start to finish. We ordered the Chef's Signature Selection for the table which requires everyone to participate, and honestly, it was the best decision. It turned dinner into a full culinary journey instead of everyone picking separate dishes. Course after course arrived beautifully plated and perfectly timed. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and delicate, the sushi selections were creative without being overcomplicated, and the robata grill dishes brought that smoky, rich depth that Zuma is known for. Every bite felt intentional and elevated. What I loved most was that the tasting menu allowed us to try dishes we might not have ordered ourselves and there wasn't a single miss. The flavors were bold but balanced, refined but still satisfying. It felt high-end without feeling stuffy. The ambiance is sleek and energetic, classic Vegas sophistication with a vibrant buzz. Service was polished and knowledgeable, guiding us through each course seamlessly. Yes, it's a splurge but if you're going to do Zuma, commit to the Chef's Signature Selection. It's the way to experience the restaurant the way it was meant to be.

Wow! Wow! Wowwww! Our 7pm dinner reservation at ZUMA in The Cosmopolitan was nothing short of deliciousness. Note that it is $$$$, so we strategically ordered just enough to satisfy our tummies from being famished. Our late night plan was to also have room for late night secret pizza, too! But, wow. First impression....5/5!! We ordered about two plates per person and devoured it family style. Shout out to our server Maggie, as well as the sushi bar chef's, Mateo and Luis, for preparing the mouth watering rolls. Probably the best sushi I've had so far in Vegas!!! Our party of six pretty much ordered every item on the Maki Rolls menu. But, my top favorites were the Chirashi Maki, Argun Negi Toro Maki with Caviar, and Ebi Tempura Roll. Chef's kiss!!!! We also thoroughly enjoyed the Prime Ribeye, Roasted Potato, Shiitake Mushrooms, and cocktails. Our finale was the special Chocolate lava cake with gelato. We could not stop raving about how good everything tasted! Excellent all around. The food, beverages, ambiance, and service were outstanding. The entire restaurant was packed and buzzing with excitement. I was surprised it was that busy on a Thursday night. Says a lot about this establishment. We had so much fun and I cannot wait to return!!

Had a girls' night dinner at Zuma inside The Cosmopolitan and ordered the signature omakase... because #treatyourself. Overall, it was such a fun experience. The ambiance was exactly what you want in Vegas: lively, stylish, and perfect for a ladies' night out without feeling chaotic. The omakase was beautifully presented and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The sushi and sashimi were a standout with clean flavors, high quality fish, and thoughtfully paced courses. We loved the ribeye and shiitake mushrooms. The steak was cooked perfectly medium (my wife's pregnant) and was delicious! The seabass was cooked well though the flavors were just okay. The lava cake dessert was amazing - oozing chocolate-y goodness poured out of the cake once we put a fork to it and the vanilla bean ice cream was a perfect complement! Overall, great service and it was fun sitting right in front of the open kitchen/grill area!

This place is amazing. A little over priced but still amazing. Great date night spot if you're in Vegas. The food was amazing. It's served family style in small bites. I have a rezy there next Monday and am looking forward to it. Service was good. We ordered the omakasa and everything was brought out at a good pace. Overall we spent about 2 hours. Great service from host to waitress. Food came out quick, was very flavorful overall. My favorite was the grilled tiger prawns and tuna nigiri sushi. The shishito peppers and spicy edamame were delightfully flavored as well. I did not care for the 8 oz ribeye steak mostly because of the sauce that the sliced steak was on top of. Ambience was lively and fun! The restroom situation was different and if there's anything I would change it would be that. The restrooms are 1 person use restroom, there is no sign that says male or female. If you look very closely then you would see a muted picture of what looks like a male and female next to the restroom but it was very difficult to spot. Also the lock was very difficult to figure out. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Tonight's dinner at Zuma definitely delivered as expected. It had a cool supper club feel with their hip crowd and nightclub music. Zuma is located on Level 3 of the Boulevard Tower at The Cosmopolitan resort casino and hotel which is a great spot to be. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in the city. We started with the Prawn and Black Cod Dumplings which were terrific definitely one of the best appetizers on the menu. We also tried the Kurobuta Pork Belly Skewers which came in a close second place. In 3rd place came the Tempura Assorted Vegetables which were really good. We made these three dishes our appetizers and we had no complaints. For our entrées we ordered the Salmon that had a Teriyaki Kyuri Zoe sauce and sliced pickled cucumber. This dish was middle of the road and up to par but lacked something. I feel like they could do a little better with this dish. The dish that they hit a homerun with was the Kobuta Ribs Yawaraka Nikomi. They are glazed ribs with cashew nut and scallions. They were delicious and everyone at the table was very happy with them, good job Zuma! As far as complaints go my first is that they need to stay open later this is Las Vegas not Utah. Not only is this Las Vegas but the restaurant is located in the Cosmo which is one of the hippest casinos in the city so it's really frustrating that they close the restaurant side at 11 PM the bar doesn't close until midnight but what good is that when you go there for a late dinner and then told that the kitchen is closed down but you could have a drink at the bar. Long story short the kitchen needs to stay open later. The only other complaint that I have is that they need their own Wi-Fi. That's it for now ciao... read more

The reason why I give two star because the food is good but the customer service is very poor at this location . we came 12 people to celebrate birthday we ask in advance for a birthday cake and to clean the table the it's took them 30 min to clean the table and they forget about the cake after I ask 3 times To speak to shift manager they start clean the table and brought the cake but even after they brought the cake they brought the cake with no plates or spoons . In the end it's destroy the birthday and we left really mad I was except from place like Zuma have better customer service . When I eat in different locations it was much better customer service . I hear about that Vegas location is not like other locations but didn't thought it will be so bad . read more

I would be an Ass hole not to give Zumba the 5 stars. I made a reservation on our 10 year anniversary trip to Vegas for a Wednesday night at 10. We arrived early and they took us in. Waiter came by after 5 minutes and we ordered drinks I had a bitter and sour that was great and had me feeling real good my wife had a non alcoholic drink with orange and pineapple she said it was so good she had 2. We waited about 15 minutes and ordered the waiter was very helpful. We ordered the tuna and salmon tartare and it was possible the best one I have ever had paired really well with sea weed chips and scallions. The tuna would melt in your mouth. We also had the steak with shisito peppers this one was average but paired really well. It's is something I can later do myself on the grill. The next plate we ordered was the wagyu and truffles it also had an aioli sauce to dip in I thought they were pretty good but a waste of wagyu because the wrap over powers the taste, my wife didn't like these I ate about 4 to her one. We finished off with 2 rolls from the sushi menu the better one in my opinion was the wagyu beef sushi with truffle you can taste everything so chew slow. The second one was Prikori Nagyro and it contained tuna with green chili, spicy mayo and tobiko. This one was my wife's favorite the waiter brought us ponzu sauce aside from the soy sauce we had on the table. We finished with a desert not on the menu it contained vanilla ice and a hot little chocolate cake that had melted chocolate inside the hot and cold always pairs really well. Overall I would go again this place is worth the price so be prepared. read more

Young, trendy, and loud but with an ambiance and menu that backs it up. We ordered a beef skewer and some sushi rolls and the food was good, if inconsistent. Service is outstanding and the price is reasonable. read more

We had only cocktails here and they were flawless. FLAWLESS. Delicious, balanced, beautiful. I am still thinking about my grapefruit cocktail, my husband is still talking about his house Old Fashioned. (I regret I can't remember the names.) Service was gracious. This probably one of my favorite dinner places in Vegas. I've been here maybe 4 times and the food was amazing every time. We always get their skirt steak, it is to die for. Their salmon has an incredible sauce that will have you wanting to lick the bowl but you won't because it's a fancy restaurant and that's just tacky but for the price you should totally be allowed to. The first time I went we ordered their avocado salad and I never did actually find avocado so I never ordered it again. There's other much better overpriced options on the menu to choose from anyway. Also another item that I wasn't really head over heels for was the lobster tempura. It wasn't bad but I think the tempura really hides the taste of the lobster so I don't order that either. Their deserts however are amazing! With the exception of the chocolate lava cake. This place literally gives me tonguegasms. I would eat there everyday if I could. read more

We came here to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday and did the signature dantai dinner, and it did not disappoint! To be upfront, it was the second most expensive dinner my husband and I have ever had but it was well worth it. I think it was 10 or so courses, but once they started coming out they never stopped - I don't know if we were waiting any more than 5 minutes between dishes. The quality... oh my. There was not a single thing I didn't like. I'd say my favorites were the seabass hamachi with truffle and roe, the chef's selection sashimi (I think it was hamachi, tuna, and salmon), the cod, and the bone-in ribeye. Service was prompt, plating was very pretty, and food was unique and it was also nice not feeling like absolute crap later in the night/the next morning like I always do after the mixture of too much wine and lots of heavy food a la fries and pizza etc. (not a reflection of the restaurant obviously but just a general plus when you're in Vegas). We've recommended the restaurant to anyone going to Vegas and definitely want to come back. read more

3.5 stars rounding to 4. Came here with a group of 6 for my friends 30th and ordered SO MUCH FOOD! While everything was good, it wasn't mind-blowing like some dishes over at Nobu. I wanna call this a Nobu minus 1 star :P Ordered: x crispy fried calamari with green chili and lime - good, but not amazing. hard to fail calamari. x yellowtail sashimi with green chili relish, ponzu and pickled garlic x kinoko no kama meshi - good again, but no different than most dishes I tried in this style. Better than the one at Nobu IMO. x rice hot pot with wild mushrooms - OMG SO GOOD! This came with a generous portion of truffle shavings and I could actually taste it in the rice after they mixed it up. It's one of their most popular items so ORDER IT. My friend who doesn't even like truffles liked the dish :) x spicy yellowtail roll with serrano pepper, avocado and wasabi mayo - Loved this roll. Super fresh! x salmon and tuna tartare - reminded me of the one over at Morimoto... very good. x chicken wings - probably my favorite thing of the night. Super flavorful and tender. Highly recommend this one :) x chicken skewers - just ok x jumbo prawn - This one was SOOOOO good. It tasted like lobster, but BETTER. It was HUGE! MUST ORDER. x king crab with caviar sushi - light and refreshing, but not worth the price. x dynamite spider roll w/ soft shell crab - filling roll with lots of soft shell crab. I really like this one. Everything was really good, but for $145/pp it was a bit steep. I don't mind paying a lot for food, but I thought for what we got it was too expensive. I like Sushi Samba over at Palazzo/Venetian better :P Some of their dishes are mind-blowing! read more

This was probably the best dining experience I've had in Las Vegas! Our server James was on point! He created our menu and I can't say enough about the delicious tasting food from giant prawns to filet mignon and their specialty cocktail was a sight to see! The presentation was spectacular as was the service! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!! If you visit Vegas, Zuma in the Cosmopolitan is one place you must try!!!! read more

Hands down my favorite restaurant at the cosmo! Dare I say all of Vegas? Maybe, pretty darn close. I've tried almost everything on the menu and NOTHING FAILS... from the lobster with Yuzu butter to even the skewered chicken with green onion. PER-FECTION. You can call me a food natzi lol jk more of a food addict lets move on to the sushi, FRESH, light, melts like butttaaaa. But most importantly the ratio of fish to rice is perfect! The rice had the perfect seasoning to compliment the fish. Faves? Uni uni uni! , Chu toro, salmon, &amberjack (baby yellowtail) . Yesterday I ordered something new - the roasted potatoes AND LET ME SAY, it changed the game for potatoes. It Inspired me Tremendously to make my own twist at home. They mix it up for you table side which is always fun! I always eat here every time in Vegas & I don't think I'm gonna stop anytime soon. Watching the chefs work was immaculate. Such a well rounded and runned restaurant. Okay my mouth is watering, I'll see you guys tonight. Service is great/attentive. This review is only for the food and the service. Knowing that this restaurant is inside a casino means overpriced menu. Me and my friends had dinner here twice in 2 days as we got comp from the casino. The menu is not that big and we had a group of 9 so let just say that we almost sample everything on the menu. The food was pretty good. The rib eyes was succulent and cooked to perfection. So does the lamb chop and the miso cod. Second time here. Love the food especially the specialty cocktails. They create a true piece of art when it comes to their food and drinks. Sat for dinner then moved to the bar to enjoy additional drinks and was waited by Taylor who created one of a kind drinks for my wife & self. Love this place! read more

So happppppy with choosing this place to stop by ... usually go to blue ribbon but it was closed for renovation right next door very yummy rest. The staff was nice we got a seat at the sushi bar so we got to watch them plate all the orders going out which i loved! I kept eyeballing the different rolls like i want that one! Ken was our server he had great recommendations n we werent displeased with anything we ordered. Tried uni for the first time and it was soooo delish! The decor and everything is clean modern and contemporary. I loved the feel and the staff was very well educated about their menu. They never let my water cup go empty perfect service. A woman manager came by also to check in with us and see if we were enjoying our meal excellent customer service all around will definitely be on our next checklist for vegas read more

Two words... "Burning History". While the food here is amazing, they have quite literally one of my all-time favorite cocktails on the menu. The burning history. If you come here for no other reason than to enjoy this masterpiece of cocktail creation, you would not have wasted a trip. Every time I have people in town I take them here. It's probably one of only two places on the strip that I frequent. I have experienced everything from romantic dates two large business meetings here. And I have never walked away unsatisfied. read more

I really wanted to give this place 4 stars....great service, ambiance and some of the dishes were really good...but at this price point, we expect the raw seafood/sashimi/carpaccio to be fresh n delish, it was mediocre and the seabass truffle carpaccio tasted fishy...even with truffle oil on top. The rib eye steak and most of the yakitori/robata skewers were on point, flavorful and delish! cocktails were good, love the rose and lychee martini! read more

Disclaimer - I didn't order sushi, and I know it's a sushi place. But they should still have good options for non-sushi eaters, and they didn't impress. I did appreciate that they customized my salad, because I asked for avocado and tomato instead of avocado and asparagus, but the salad wasn't really substantive. And I got yakitori, but they were sort of chewy and not a particularly powerful flavor. Slow service, too. My friend's calamari took like an hour to arrive. Not worth the price. There are other cheaper and better restaurants in the Cosmopolitan. read more

This place is my all-time favorite restaurant I decided :) The music is excellent and fitting. The vibe of the place makes you enjoy your entire evening there. The food is top notch. FOOD POISONING ALERT AT ZUMA!!! First, let me say GM Josh and server Serena were great during dinner BUT I and my fiancee have been puking our brains out all night im sure from that nasty A5 Wagyu. 4oz out of 8oz came out RAW and they said "by design its cooked that way"....HELL NO & NEVER AGAIN AT ZUMA!!! read more

My husband and I went for my 30th birthday last night. We got the Signature Omakase. We were expecting to leave hungry and I was stuffed before the hot food came out! (Didn't stop me!). There were only a couple staple dishes (sashimi, tempura, and sushi roll), the rest were unique, creative, and delicious. We are SO glad that we went with the Omakase. All of the dishes came out really fast and we were thinking we were going to be done soon after each plate. The food kept coming for almost 2 hours. Dinner was about $450 all in and worth every penny. My favorite had to have been one of the last dishes, Cod (buttery melt in your mouth), the sea bass, or the Spicy filet. But really, it was all fantastic. I ate the entire Japanese man chocolate dessert-- Chocolate/raspberry amazingness. Thank you, Zuma! What an experience in dining! read more

I have eaten here twice and both times have been underwhelmed. I ate their last night and found the food bland and expensive. The service was crap and if you want to spend a lot of money and leave hungry you should give it a shot. Really disappointing. read more

The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. The only thing was it's a bit pricy. For example we ordered 12 1942 shots thinking they would be about 20 dollars each, but they were actually 50 dollars each. I'm not sure if that's the standard in LV, but that's pretty straining on the wallet. Either than that highly recommended read more

Fantastic!! We enjoyed everything we ordered here-- soft shell crab and hamachi sashimi appetizers (with an amazing pop of peppers), broiled chicken wings, broiled sea bass with ginger and lemon, and an outstanding vodka grapefruit cocktail ("Hachiko"). This is the best sushi place. I had the prawns and skirt stake with asparagus and baked potato. Service is TOP TIER, Mgr Josh was cool and informative, the waiter was on point. We were able to snag reservations the same night by chance. It's on the 3rd floor of the cosmopolitan hotel. Very friendly staff from hostess to wait staff. The food was amazing. We did their premium tasting menu and it was plenty but not glutinous for the two of us. They spaced each item out right and they are small portions. Their ginger lime soda mocktail was fantastic. They used fresh ginger so it made a big difference for us. A bit pricey but well worth it. If you don't like butter this is not for you. A few of the dishes had melted butter poured on top. Definitely need to get my run in this week! They don't tell you ahead time what each tasting menu has to offer. The only difference among them is the more quality meat the more expensive the option. Shrimp v. lobster meat etc. We had a great time and a nice ambience. Their finale item was dessert and it was out of this world!! This was my second time visiting this restaurant and once again it was an amazing meal. We did the chef's tasting again which was great. You get to taste a variety of foods and not have to worry about scanning the menu and ordering. The price was not bad considering the amount of food they serve. Wanna-be high end sushi that just isn't. The most impressive thing about this place were the cool bathrooms. The decor is an understated wanna-be go green look, with earth-tones and lots of brown. The music was very annoying and strange, the waiter told us the music being pumped into the restaurant was mixed by their own DJ who was paid to go to parties and come up with custom mixes. It was hard to pin down what genre of music it was, it just didn't go with the relaxed vibe of the restaurant. I want to guess it was closer to club type mixes. The sushi was just Ok and my colleague and I are BIG sushi buffs, both agreed it was a bit mediocre, especially considering what we paid. The portions were also quite small. Service was good. Although we seemed to have two waiters who didn't seem to know who was getting what. Regardless they were very attentive and seemed helpful with the menu and suggestions. read more

My wife and I were looking forward to trying this location after having a fantastic experience at Zuma in Miami Beach a few months ago so the bar was already set at a high level. The thing that I wanted to note at the beginning was how well this location is managed. I made a note to compliment the manager on their points of service. From the servers holding up their walking patterns to make sure that guests were allowed to pass first to just he overall demeanor of everyone, the training is obviously elite here. Our server was Jasmine and she was on point all night. She was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make sure that the night was fun and eventful. When you are going to be dropping around $300 including tip for two people, you already have high expectations but she was fantastic. Jacob was also another bartender who we met about halfway through and he was excellent as well. He even went out of his way after our dinner to offer us a a rum cocktail with two of their custom branded ice cubes that had a nice touch. The rum was Ron Zacapa and it was a nice way to end the evening. I started with wine which was my usual "Go to" while my wife had the Raspberry Passion Fruit cocktail which she had enjoyed in Miami. She eventually went with Kiyogi Fizz after Jasmine recommended it and the presentation was off the charts. This thing was a work of art and also tasted great according to my wife. Jasmine was mixing, shaking, torching and did everything you could do to make a drink other than ferment the alcohol herself. As for the food, we started with the Jumbo Tiger Prawn which is a must-have if you ever come here. Its not just unique, it's also an excellent dish. We picked it clean in about 5 minutes. We also enjoyed the Prawn & Black Cod Dumplings. My wife had wanted to try the Salmon & Tuna Tartare the first time in Miami but we didn't get it so she pushed for it this time around. It was an interesting and also quite good. We opted for the 9 Piece Sushi Selection which is always going to be a gamble since you don't know what they will give you. You can make requests on certain things that you don't want like I did with Sea Urchin and Squid. Our order included Salmon, Ebi, Sweet Shrimp, Scallop, Golden Eye Snapper(My Favorite), Japanese Mackarel, Yellowtail and Tuna. The one disappointment that keeps this from being a 5-star is that the sushi was off in some instances. It had a tap-water taste to it. It was like it had been washed under a faucet which is not ideal. It didn't ruin the dish but it definitely could be noticed. My wife felt the same way and she said that she would not order that particular dish again. We certainly did not come away disappointed and would recommend Zuma to people coming to Vegas. read more

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with a large group of 16 close friends and family, expecting a memorable and special evening. Unfortunately, the experience fell profoundly short of expectations, especially for a fine-dining establishment. Our first major issue was seating. I understand that accommodating a large party can be challenging, but being split up into separate tables with no attempt to create a cohesive experience made the celebration feel disconnected and impersonal. It was more like several small dinners happening coincidentally rather than one shared celebration. The biggest disappointment, however, came at the end of the meal. For a bill that exceeded $3,000, I was genuinely shocked that the restaurant didn't extend the simple, kind gesture of sending out a small dessert with a candle for the birthday person. It's a standard practice that even casual chain restaurants perform to acknowledge a guest's special occasion. We weren't expecting anything grand or complimentary, but even a symbolic gesture on a plate would have shown they cared. The fact that we left without a single picture of me with a birthday cake--a simple souvenir from the night--was the final blow. At this price point, you're not just paying for food; you're paying for an experience and attentive service. The failure to acknowledge a birthday, especially after spending such a significant amount, demonstrates a stunning lack of attention to detail and customer care. The food may have been good, but the complete absence of warmth and celebration made the entire evening feel transactional and deeply disappointing. I visited Zuma for dinner on a Saturday night in Vegas. Even without a reservation, we were seated right away, which was a great start. Our first server was fantastic, super knowledgeable about the menu and even gave us some backstory on the restaurant. He also made great recommendations. We ordered two drinks: the Burning History and the Chili Margarita, both were delicious, and the Burning History even came with a nice presentation. For food, we went with the Omakase Premium ($185 per person), which means "I'll leave it up to you" in Japanese. The chef curated a selection of dishes, and we got a little bit of everything: * Appetizers: Gyoza, pork belly, lobster tempura, sliced sea bass sashimi, salmon & tuna tartare--all excellent. * Sushi: A beautiful platter of mixed sushi. * Entrees: Ribeye, roasted corn, and sea bass. The ribeye was so tender and flavorful. * Dessert: A massive platter featuring exotic fruits, chocolate molten cake, sherbet, and crackers. The presentation was stunning, and everything tasted amazing. The only downside was the service transition. Our first server was great, but when he went on break, another server took over, and that's where things went downhill. He rushed us, took plates before we were done, and seemed eager to move us to dessert before we were ready. It felt a bit pushy and took away from the overall experience. Overall, food was outstanding, drinks were solid, and the ambiance was great. Service started strong but ended on a rushed note. Would still recommend, but hopefully, the service experience is more consistent next time. read more

Suntori Toki Whiskey Classic - excellent Lychee Martini - excellent but was very lacking in alcohol *I mentioned to the waiter that it very weak and he merely shrugged it off Lamb Skewers - excellent, moist and succulent inside while being perfectly charred outside Sushi: Uni - excellent, Snapper - excellent, Amaebi variant - excellent *sushi is a bit expensive for the quality and presentation, you are essentially paying for the service. Quality can be found at many other sushi spots that cost way less. It is the not in the restaurant but in the handling of the fish by the proper sushi chef. *Uni - $15 / 2 pieces, Snapper - $12 / 2 pieces, Amaebi - $15 / 2 pieces Calamari - Ok. It is very crispy and light and nice with the thin slices of peppers but I feel like the squid was a bit lacking in depth. Small pieces. Tempura, vegetable and seafood - excellent. Tempura could've been crispier and more airy. Pork Belly - excellent but expensive. $15 for six 1" cubes is a bit high but again you are paying half for the food and half for the service/ambiance. Unagi roll - terrible for the price. It was a boring roll that lacked in depth and was a bit too wet. (forgot price but was between $15-$18). IT tasted like a roll from an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the night but wish there was a bit more to it then just the service and majorly good food. read more

I had high expectations for Zuma, but what I experienced was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely atrocious. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, as if they couldn't care less about our table. It took ages just to get water, let alone place our order. When we finally did, the waiter seemed rushed and dismissive, barely acknowledging our questions about the menu. The dishes arrived sporadically, with long gaps in between courses--some of which were lukewarm as if they'd been sitting out for too long. To make matters worse, one dish we ordered never arrived, and instead of apologizing, the waiter acted like it was our fault for not mentioning it earlier. The overall vibe was chaotic and unorganized, with staff fumbling around and avoiding eye contact. For a restaurant that prides itself on luxury and finesse, this felt more like dining at a second-rate café. I expected much better from Zuma, especially considering the premium prices. Save your money and go somewhere that knows the meaning of hospitality, because Zuma clearly does not. read more

Overall, we had a very good experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with great music playing in the background that added to the overall vibe. The service was excellent our waiter was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire meal. My husband and I ordered several different dishes, and we were impressed by the creativity and presentation of each one. Everything was beautifully plated, and the food was delicious. However, a few of the fish dishes had a stronger fish flavor than we personally prefer, so not every dish was perfect for our taste. Our favorite dishes were the Tuna Tataki and the potato dish. The Tuna Tataki was outstanding the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the tuna was cooked beautifully. The potato dish was also one of the most unique dishes I've had. It was creative, incredibly flavorful, and a wonderful surprise. These are definitely two dishes I would come back to order again and again. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal, and this is definitely a restaurant worth visiting for its delicious food, lively atmosphere, and excellent service read more

I am writing this review with immense disappointment, as our recent visit to Zuma was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I've ever had. The most crushing part of the evening was the complete disregard for a special occasion. The waitress acknowledged that we were celebrating a birthday. We were so looking forward to a small gesture--a complimentary dessert, a simple "Happy Birthday" from the staff, anything to mark the occasion. But there was nothing! The fundamental job of a restaurant, especially one that positions itself as a nice establishment, is to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Zuma failed spectacularly on this front. The food may have been acceptable, but it's impossible to enjoy a meal when you feel like an inconvenience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone, especially not for a special event. Save your money and your celebration for a restaurant that actually values its customers. We certainly will not be returning. read more

It's worth noting that Zuma's omakase is not the traditional sushi-focused experience you might expect; instead, it features a mix of rolls and staple dishes from the restaurant's broader menu. On this visit, I ordered a variety of items, from skewers to sushi to mains. The standouts were the miso black cod and the bone-in ribeye. The black cod was moist, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, while the ribeye was cooked to perfection--tender, buttery, and rich. The sushi was good, though it didn't quite reach the same level as the mains. If you're looking to splurge on upscale a Japanese dining experience, Zuma is well worth a visit. read more

Located in one of my favorite casino,The Cosmopolitan, I decided on this place for the Las Vegas restaurant week menu. For $50 includes 4 course meal with a house specialty martini. Such a great deal I had to try it. Started off with a yellowtail sashimi dish w jalapeño and ponzu sauce, one of my favorite dishes at any sushi restaurant. Main entree was the baked salmon, love the crunchy skin and even though the salmon was just slightly over cooked, it was still really good. Dessert is included as well and even though I'm not a dessert lover, I had the coconut soufflé with ice cream, which was fantastically delicious. Very nice ambiance, extended menu and good food in a bustling casino on the strip. I'm sure I'll eat here again since sushi is my top favorite food. read more

From a friend's referral, I decided this was the place I wanted to celebrate for my 50th birthday. And, I was NOT disappointed! We ate the special meal that has multiple courses called the "seasonal". It was very pricey, but for a one-time experience, it was worth it! We had everything from scallops to lobster to Kobe beef to caviar and truffles! Multiple things were prepared at the table. The whole experience lasted 2 1/2 hours! The drinks were also amazing, and the service was fantastic. The environment had a nice club-vibe to it. I will most likely never EVER spend that much on a dinner again, but for this special occasion, I'm glad I splurged! And don't worry! They have plenty of other items to choose from that are less pricey. read more

Zuma Las Vegas truly exceeded my expectations with its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service. I had the Chili Margarita, expertly crafted by Bree, one of the most talented and personable bartenders I've encountered. She nailed the perfect balance of spice and citrus, creating a cocktail that was as flavorful as it was refreshing. The Tuna Tataki was equally impressive--fresh, beautifully plated, and absolutely delicious. To top it off, I was thrilled to find they carry my favorite tequila, LALO, a testament to their focus on quality ingredients. So bomb! I have been wanting to try this place for a while, it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I went with another couple, we all love to eat and try different things so we decided to order a bunch of stuff for the table. Shishito peppers and yellow tail sashimi, pot stickers, steak, fish, two sushi rolls, two desserts and four drinks later, our bellies were satisfied and happy! A little on the expensive side but totally worth the splurge, You only live once after all!! The only thing I would change is that is suuuuuper loud in there, hard to enjoy dinner with friends when you can't have a conversation, if it wasn't so loud last night we would have probably stayed longer and have more drinks. read more

One of my favorite restaurants! the food is delicious and very original dishes. We always order few of sashimi to start with, then the branzino and a couple of sides . You definitely should try the sea bass sashimi and grilled mushrooms. I think they keep changing deserts very often but last we had raspberry and wasabi sorbet - this was one of the best, if nit the best, deserts I've ever tasted . Their conceals are good and original as well. While waiting for the table at the bar we got the chance to see them cutting a huge pice of ice into small ice cubes - very interesting :) Btw, make reservation, the pale can get busy . read more

The food is ok, one are pretty good such as the king crab which is tiny and pricey but good. The problem is that the food comes at different times. We had to wait 45 minutes for an eggplant, so you feel like you are eating in pieces, yet the fish came before. If they have three kitchens it should come at the same time at least for the same person. How can the meat be done before the vegetable. Also the portions are really tiny. Every time we come to Vegas we make reservations here, and will soon be visiting the one in Boston. The restaurant is run exceptionally well.
