We drove by and spotted this restaurant earlier, so we decided to give it a try tonight. We were immediately seated in the back behind the bar in one of the round high-top booth seats, which made for a cozy and comfortable spot to enjoy dinner. Alyssa was friendly, attentive, and very easy to talk to, adding to the restaurant's welcoming and inviting atmosphere. We started with the Lemon Blossom cocktail, which was smooth, citrusy, floral, and incredibly easy to sip -- a refreshing and delicious way to begin the meal. For appetizers, we ordered the 110 Cajun Yellowfin Tuna, and it completely impressed us. The tuna tasted incredibly fresh, with vibrant flavors and the perfect balance of spice. We enjoyed it so much that after finishing the first plate, we immediately ordered a second one. For our mains, I had the shrimp scampi, while my husband ordered the Cajun-style Norwegian salmon with broccoli and roasted Brussels sprouts. Keeping on the healthy eating path, I saw this restaurant offered something similar to what I wanted, so I called them and asked if I could make a slight alteration. Looking for a salad, I did not want a barbecue fried chicken salad with barbecue sauce and bacon. That didn't sound appetizing or healthy. So I called and asked if I could substitute steak instead of all that other stuff. After a brief discussion with their manager, they obliged. I was forewarned that there would be a "slight" up charge. Picked up the salad about 20 minutes later and walked back to the hotel. You get a good amount of salad, but it was worth the $30 price. There was a $8 up charge for steak. Considering I didn't want the chicken or all the other accompaniments with it I thought the price wouldn't be that grossly high. The salad included your basic greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, avocado, white cheese and black beans. They forgot the banana peppers. Oh boy, this has to be one of the worst restaurant experiences we ever had. I am allergic to wine and balsamic, and it is the first thing I tell the waitress when placing my order so she can check with the kitchen if what I ordered would work. I ordered the cod wrapped in prociutto with parmesean risotto in a lemon/butter sauce, that's how it was written on the menu. I asked about the risotto right away because I believe risotto is made with wine but the waitress assured me it was with parmesean. I also ordered a small Caesar salad. About 20 minutes later, the waitress came back and salad their Caesar dressing had apple cider vinegar, which has sulfutes, which I am allergic to. Would I like the house salad, I said yes. with blue cheese dressing. That came about 10 minutes later and was told the blue cheese dressing also had apple cider vinegar, so no dressing for me! I asked for olive oil and a lemon. Next, about 10 minutes later, I was told they would have to replace the risotto with plain rice. I said I didn't want plain rice, so ordered sweet potato fries. My husband got his entree. 10 minutes later, our friend got her entree. Another 10 minutes later, our other friend got his entree. I got nothing! The manager now comes over and says they can't use the lemon butter sauce because it has wine it in, so the chef is remaking my entre! Why why why did they not tell me any of this when I first ordered it, so I could have chosen another dish!!!! When my entree came out, everyone else had already finished. My cod had no sauce, I guess no one knows how to make a lemon butter sauce! The cod was cold, as was the cold broccoli also on the plate! They said they would take my entree off the check but when the check came, it hadn't been removed so they had to redo the check. I had nothing to eat except sweet potato fries. NO apology, and no credit to please come back ...nothing. Needless to say, we're not going back. Worst run kitchen and wait staff we've ever experienced. It was a Tuesday night, perhaps the chef was off and the remaining cooks don't know anything. read more

The booths are packed too close together and there's barely any room to sit. The prices were absolutely outrageous and the food was terrible. I paid $25 dollars for a tiny bowl of bolognese which was salty, dry, and flavorless. It was disgusting, I couldn't eat it. My brother got the chicken caprese, for $22, which was also very boring and salty. He also ordered their $18 chicken wings which he said weren't great. $18 for 6 pieces of the cheapest chicken cut available is crazy. This place is pretending to be a nice, classy restaurant when they're really just trying to serve up fast food quality meals at 5 star prices. I was honestly insulted by this deception. Very convenient, large venue. Ample parking in a parkade off Rt 7 between Lenox and Pittsfield MA. The restaurants in Lenox are almost always packed and if you didn't get a reservation well in advance, this place is a good option. Has outdoor dining and many tables and booths inside with attractive decor. Nice menu and a full bar. Not too noisy but was pretty busy on a Thursday evening. We had baked cod and mushroom ravioli. Both were very good and the portions were quite good although not big enough to be shareable. It took about 1/2 hour or slightly more to receive the entrees. Not speedy but not horribly slow either. Our server was attentive and checked with us several times. All in all, a good experience and we will return to try other things in the menu! read more

We have dined here multiple times, and the food and service are usually great. Unfortunately, our experience today (3/7) was not quite the same. The shrimp risotto was good as usual. The ahi tuna on noodles was a mixed experience--the tuna itself was excellent, but the noodles were not very good. The Reuben sandwich was good and had plenty of corned beef. The mushroom ravioli was also good, although the added chicken was dry. The fish and chips were cooked well, and the fig and prosciutto flatbread appetizer was very good. The service also had a few issues. I had asked for very little ice in my soda, but it arrived with about a third of the glass filled with ice. Additionally, our entrées were brought out at different times rather than together. When the food arrived, there were clearly empty appetizer plates stacked and ready to be taken, but the server walked away without clearing them. When drink refills were brought later, those plates were still not taken. I eventually had to ask for them to be cleared as the table was filling up with entrées. The onion strings we requested to be brought with the meal were forgotten, and we had to ask for them. By the time they arrived, we had nearly finished eating. Overall, the food quality was mostly good, but the service was noticeably below the standard we've come to expect here. We were a bit skeptical with this place being in a strip mall but it was close by where we were staying, we thought it might be just another sports bar. When we walked in we could see and smell good cooking. The decor is an interesting mix of an upscale Asian restaurant and gentlemen's club look. Our waitress was quick to make contact. Since it was our first time she reviewed food preparation and how they cater to gluten free and allergies. We ordered a burger and winter salad. The food took a little while, salad was wonderful, sweet potato fries with the burger were hot and not greasy (would have loved some raspberry Melba sauce to dip), the only drawback was the burger was not hot, more warm. Spouse and I went to the 110 Grill at 489 Pittsfield Road in Lenox MA on 9/23/2025 for a late lunch. The restaurant's exterior doesn't look like much-ignore it! There is extremely good stuff going on inside! I am very, very happy to say that the interior-the food, the service, all of it-could not have been better. The 110 Grill impressed us from the start. We were seated by Patrick, the manager, who inquired if we needed gluten-free menus which we did not. Our server, Kristyn, appeared within minutes. Her first question was if we had any food allergies or sensitivities. which we do (I am allergic to broccoli and spouse cannot eat cheese). We placed our orders-soup as a starter for me, and grilled salmon as the main, while spouse had the swordfish. Kristyn and Patrick very carefully inquired whether spouse could have butter on his swordfish given his cheese sensitivity. I was delighted to see that the food had on the plate what appeared to be a cocktail fork embossed with the word "allergy" to signal that we had food allergies/sensitivities. We enjoyed every bit of the food. We particularly enjoyed the fact that unlike other restaurants that bring out the food whenever and for the kitchen's benefit-bringing out the main while the starters are still being consumed, for example-the soup was brought out, consumed by me, and only then were the mains brought to our table. Kristyn is perfection personified, friendly without overstepping, and constantly coming by to check that everything is as it should be. Patrick did the same, unlike some restaurant managers who apparently think that checking on the customers is somehow beneath them. We said that we would be by again. Kristyn suggested that we enroll in the hospitality group rewards program, which we did, which resulted in an immediate benefit. Super busy Friday. We had 7 and they had a table in 45 mins. I wasn't super optimistic, but not going to lie: it was all solid and delicious. The food was good, but... 1) It was freezing cold in the whole dining room. Every patron who had a jacket was wearing it. The explanation was that the kitchen needed the AC on high (understandable) and there was no way to balance the AC between the dining room and the kitchen, which have a large open counter between them. Ridiculous! They need an HVAC engineer, stat! 2) They were so understaffed that they were not seating waiting customers at empty tables. We were told the wait would be 10 minutes but it was over 25. 3) Our waitress didn't revisit us until we were nearly finished. She brought my husband's Americano (after initially not knowing what an Americano was) without a spoon, and then, after bringing him a spoon, she brought me my coffee without a spoon! I saw another waitress, while she was waiting at the counter to pick up someone's food, pull an elastic off her ponytail and run her fingers through her hair. Made me cringe. 3) To our waitress' credit: when she finally came over to ask how things were, and I told her that the slaw was too spicy for me to eat, she volunteered to get the kitchen to give me some without any dressing. I had never before encountered spicy coleslaw! Management here need an engineer, an employment agency, and better staff training! But, except for the spice level, the food is good. read more

I really enjoyed my meal it was incredibly tasty and good quality. They have really great drinks in a pretty laid-back easy environment I think the only downside is, it does have the prices of a more higher end dining experience, but I wouldn't Necessarily classify it as that. read more

The only reason im giving it 2 stars is bc of service. Ive been in the restaurant business since birth, never have I had a worse burger and who I was with burger then today. Asked them for medium both came out well done and like hockey pucks that is still stuck to the side of my gut. Only ate about quarter of burger and only reason that it was ate is because we were hungry. Don't call yourself a grill if you cant grill a burger. What was even more frustrating is the Manager coming over and looking at the burgers and saying yeah they overcooked well done then offering me a free dessert instead of taking at least one of the burgers off the bill or the $8 Bud Light. $17.50 for a cheeseburger and fries that was absolutely disgusting. Shame. Note to management and owners don't ask the customer if they want a free dessert, if you see basically the whole burger still there just go and take it off the bill. They will come back. I unfortunately wont be back. The waitress older lady was phenomenal but not enough to come back. Bill was $57 and we gave her a $20 tip for how good she was. Meanwhile for $58 in Pennsylvania on Saturday we ate this(pics included) with 2 beers and an Iced Ted. Delmonico and Fish and Chips. Step up your game 110. Natasha was our server, she was terrific, as was the gentleman who seated us (apologies for not getting his name). Today was my first time at 110 Grill, it won't be my last. I can't recall the last time I ate at a restaurant and raved after each bite. Seating: We sat in the back corner booth. Can I just say, this was the most comfortable booth seating. No joke. Booths are strange animals; they are in my experience notably uncomfortable, so when I settled in after being seated, the first thing I noticed was how comfortable the seat was, and remained throughout the meal. The menu options are fantastic, one delicious dish after another to choose from! I selected the Mushroom Ravioli w Cognac Sauce. OMG! AMAZING. I cannot wait to go back and have this again. Ah, there is the dilemma, so many other dishes to try, but I can't get this dish off my mind, even as I write this review at 9:10 pm, although the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese will have its day. I was surprised to find they've been here a year, I had no idea, so I am happy to write this review, send some business their way, and ensure they stay for many years to come. I want to note one more thing, I interacted with two other members of staff, conversationally; everyone, every single person I spoke with was incredibly friendly, informed, attentive, in a welcoming really glad you're here kind of way. Not what I expected. Semi quiet afternoon late lunch and we were disappointed. Food was cold, kitchen staff should be wearing hats and beard guards . Tables are chipped which surprised me for a newer restaurant . Fish tacos have way too much white rice. Fries should be cooked to order at that time but were stone cold. Black curly hair in my taco .
