It is in a strip mall about a 5 minute ride from where we stayed. the atmosphere is vibrant it is little loud inside, wait staff is friendly & engaging. The service was very slow. The restaurant was not very busy and there was a lot of servers. We waited for 25 minutes to have our order taken. We asked for three waters and only got two. Took a lot time after asking for the third to get it. Our glasses were frequently empty. Just slow and the server was not attentive. Several servers walked by and no one bothered. I was not impressed with the food in this place very pricey the chicken picatta and gnocchi was ok I have had better the chicken caprese was ok really no flavor the salad was better that came along with the chicken the fig and prosciutto flatbread was not what I expected too much fig not enough, goat cheese and prosciutto the flatbread was hard and did not taste fresh. The servers are always friendly, ready to answer questions and check to see I everything is fine and if they can be any help. After a delayed opening, we were eager to try the new 110 Grill. We had a reservation for a Friday night about 2 weeks after the grand opening. When we arrived there were about a dozen people, all with reservations, waiting in the small breezeway. We waited, thinking that we couldn't get to another restaurant and be seated any faster, but in hindsight should have seen the line at the host stand as an omen of waits to come. We weren't actually seated until 45 min after our reservation time. We promptly ordered and waited another hour to be served. One meal arrived lukewarm. A grilled cheese had an overpowering garlic aioli on it. Tomato soup had so much cream is should have been listed as a bisque. Steak, kale salad and the chicken caprese were all quite good, however. So, I'm hoping that after 110 Grill works out speed and quality issues for n the kitchen, I'll be able to update this review and add a few stars. read more

We ordered for pick up, and were rather disappointed with the results. We had to wait 25 minutes past the pick up time. The pulled pork was a small portion. The beignets were very undercooked and could not be eaten. The rest of the food was really pretty good but I would be hesitant to order it again for pick up. Most tables were free of food the entire time (kitchen was behind I'm told). 15 minutes to order entrees after placing appetizer order. Soup was cold and sent back. Fried pickles portion was very small. Entrees were good enough. Drinks were not refilled. Very hard to flag down (any) server for order, drinks, box, and check. An atrocious experience. Never again. And this from a chain that hung its sign six months before opening and made sure it got plenty of local press. Really? How about learning to, you know, be a restaurant in any recognizable way? His outgoing personality and pleasant demeanor made us feel like we were family. He is friendly, professional, gave us great suggestions and good staff is hard to come by. A long time for food to come out, dishes not cleared, empty water glasses not refilled, lemon beignets for dessert were missing the lemon filling and were very dry. 110 Grill welcomed us for a small reception after the funeral of my beloved husband. About 25 people, they put us in a separate room and catered to us as if we were the only ones there, even though the restaurant itself was full as it was the 4th of July holiday weekend. I can't say enough about the manager, the staff, the food. Everything was wonderful and it helped make a sad day a little brighter. I will be forever grateful for their outstanding hospitality. I was excited to try this new place with a few girlfriends last week. We were there on a Thursday. It wasn't super busy so we did not have to wait. The menu is plentiful with a lot of variety. The gluten free menu is definitely the biggest I've seen at a restaurant. We did not have anyone at the table with a gluten free order but I am allergic to pork so they followed their allergy protocol to accommodate that. We shared the bbq chicken nachos as an app and they were very good. The pasta dishes were enjoyed by those who had them. My friend got ahi tuna it was served cold. She enjoyed that but I thought it was unusual since it's usually seared just before serving. I got a cure burger with no bacon but they accidentally fried it on the cooktop with bacon so I had to wait for them to cook a second burger. It was a tasty burger though. The prices are high but average for the area. Our server was quite awkward and definitely did not seem comfortable in his job responsibilities. It's a new place though so I'll chalk it up to that and kudos to him for being willing to work. It took them months to open because they couldn't find help! read more

The servers are great at making sure that they are aware of and specific ingredients that may be a concern to customers with allergies. The restaurant has a causal atmosphere. This location is not ready to serve people. This is our second time at this location and it was a waste of time and money. It took 30 minutes to get drinks and an app. Another 30 to get our entrées and one order was wrong and the steak was not cooked as ordered and tasted like rubber. It took longer to get our check. The manager was at multiple tables because so many people were complaining. Management, waitstaff, and kitchen staff all need a lot more training. We will not return to this location. read more

Had a wonderful experience on Friday night, the service, food, and chocolate Martini was delightful. We figured since we were staying around the corner we would eat there again on Saturday. This however was the first time that my bartender was more drunk than we were. She was slurring, unable to stand, knocking glasses over and unable to take a food order correctly. After not writing the order down the first time, she attempted to right it down the second time, her handwriting was no more than a straight line. Once she put our order in, she made excuses to the other bartenders that she wasn't feeling good and out the door she went, only to stumble back in and get the phone she forgot and knocking over more glasses and drinks. We did get our food, although the sides wrong, the food itself was excellent. Quite an entertaining evening! I just hope she arrived home safely! read more

I placed a pickup order and I was there 10 minutes early and waited an extra 10 minutes after the time. This would not have been bothersome if the food was at least lukewarm when I arrived home. I live 8 minutes from the restaurant and the food was so cold I had to warm it up. Again, this would not have been so bothersome if the restaurant was busy although is was shortly after noon and the restaurant was mat be 1/4 full if not a little less. Once I was home I discovered one of the sides I had ordered was not with my food and when I called the restaurant I was told they were out of this item. I was not told at pickup or given the opportunity to pick another side. I paid $15.50 for 4 pieces of cauliflower. I was very hopeful as I am GF and their GF menu is vast compared to most. I will never order take out again although maybe someday I will try a sit down meal. read more

The food and atmosphere was great. Everything took a left turn when the bar patrons were in exchange of conversation about n-word. I was in complete disbelief this was happening with the bartender standing there and not saying a word. When the bill came I asked to speak to the manager. The manager apologized profusely, stated that was not his view of people of color, then stated the bar patrons had just came from a funeral and may have had too much to drink along with emotions. If that is the case why would the restaurant risk liability of the individuals should something occur. Also the manager mentioned one of the bar patrons was a childhood friend and shocked by the behavior? Seriously the behavior didn't happen overnight. When I was leaving with my father the manager comes over to ask if he could compensate us with deserts or cocktails. We politely said no and left. What fool would accept a cocktail or additional food from an establishment that supports racism, discrimination, disrespect, and acknowledge that his friends were completely out of line but yet they still stayed in 110 Grill. I am utterly disgusted with the display of actions from 110 Grill. If anyone ever asks me about 110 Grill please believe my review will not be favorable. I don't need to spend $120 on an early dinner to be completely disrespected. I need for your company to understand the power of the minority funds, it's stronger than most think. I have friends of all shades of color including the Caucasian race. This was a slap in my face that will never happen again. read more
