On the morning of the move, my movers (Eugene and Stan) called to give an update on their ETA and were accurate to the minute. They moved quickly and efficiently all morning, thoroughly wrapping and protecting our furniture and items. Not a single item went into their truck without some level of protection. Edgar and his team were not only great communicators but super professional throughout the entire process. I had an issue of getting a super large couch to fit into my old school West Hollywood apartment so I needed to figure out another way to get it inside. I called 24/7 movers and spoke to Edgar, immediately I was reassured that they would be able to get the job done! They were able to hoist this extra large couch up to my second story balcony with absolute ease! These guys helped me move on *New Year's Day* 2024 from West Hollywood to North Hollywood/Sun-Valley. They were kind, professional, communicative, and efficient. They offered me the best deal in the city. Even after the elevator in my old building stopped working, they quickly made adjustments and got some of my larger furniture out. Nothing I owned was damaged in the process, and I was truly impressed by their work ethic! I have nothing but gratitude for my experience. I completely delayed writing this review until November, because I am moving again and realized I never gave them the 5 stars they most definitely deserve. Amazing group of guys, Edgar was the first response I got when I put out a job listing. I am so glad he was the one! He was quick to respond and kept me up to date day by day leading up to today - 1/24 where he stopped by my house to help move a workbench. This workbench is well over 1000+ pounds, I thought no one would be able to move it! Edgar and his team stopped by for 15 minutes and made short work of it. Mike and Mark did an excellent job moving an antique dining room table I purchased locally. They were thorough and assessed what was being moved and where it was being moved to in my house. This moving service was very good! There were two movers helping us, and both were friendly and professional. We had a large sectional couch (which couldn't fit into the elevator) and they carried it up 3 flights of stairs for us.
