I had nothing but good experience until today. I had requested exterior and interior basic cleaning + sand and pethair removal on my tesla Y. I'd say they cleaned about 90 % of exterior (as you can see in the picture, to the bottom of my trunk) and left a lot of sand inside. Disappointed. This was my first time using a mobile car wash service. Ruben came out even a bit early, and was very polite and courteous. He did an incredible job with my car wash. I have an SUV, and explained the pricing and options I had. I just needed a simple wash on the exterior and interior, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Wow! To preface my review, the first thing I have to say is, INCREDIBLE value for your money. You need to book here for your next carwash! Sooo..I am the kind of person that ABSOLUTELY dreads going to the car wash, sitting, and waiting 30 minutes to an hour to have my car cleaned. I decided to search up a few mobile car wash businesses in OC and got estimates from 4-5 businesses. Many were charging upwards of $80-$100 to come out and clean my car..insane! The owner of 30 minutes or less responded almost immediately to my price estimate request and kindly referred me over to their website to book my appointment. Not only were the prices unreal but there was availability for them to come that very day! I booked my appointment online, paid a deposit, and Andy showed up early to my apartment complex to clean my car! The great thing about them is they bring their own generator/water so if you live in a complex all you need is a space for them to clean your car. Andy did AN AMAZING job cleaning my car and was finished in around an hour! One other selling point was that you pay your deposit on a creditcard and they accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash upon their completion! Let's start with the bad. Horrible business name. The washes are a little pricey. I've seen in the reviews that this confuses people. High price for a quick 30 min car wash? Turns people off. Plus, who cares about getting a quick car wash if it's a mobile car wash? You're either in your house or at work. Doesn't matter. Spend 3 hours if you want. Just means my car will be even cleaner! Luckily, the business name in no way reflects on the actual business. I got the basic wash outside and interior. The dude spent a little over an hour on my car. Which was EXTREMELY dirty. It came out PERFECT. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. It's only about $10 more than the car wash on Los Alisos, but you definitely get a better wash and they come to you. Totally worth it. Make sure you tip whoever comes out. They are employees, not the business owner. I will definitely be using their services again, as will my neighbor who saw what a great job they did. read more

I booked an appointment on a Tuesday for a car wash at my house on a Wednesday. I left the car in the front of the house and got caught up doing other things and missed a bunch of phone calls and texts from them, which they ended up leaving and not washing my car. I spoke with them on the phone about my frustration of missing the car wash because I was waiting for a door knock, but honestly this totally was my bad since the website says they will text/call/email to confirm since they don't want to wash the wrong car. I just wanted to say if you're looking for responsible people to wash your car they will take care of you. As annoyed as I was for missing my appointment, I do respect that they have a time schedule to keep for their customers. My neighbors use them, never heard a bad thing. I can't believe our luck finding 30 Min. Or Less. Scheduling was beyond accommodating. Both with same day details for two cars, but also coming a little further than they normally would. Julio and Jose were both amazingly hard working and professional. I wish I had done a before picture of my SUV before they started, packed with dog hair and years of grime, I was amazed they were able to achieve these results on a 2007 work vehicle. It looks brand new!!! My husbands car was a little easier, but he is very happy with the service and the results on his car. When I was searching for one here, all of the places I contacted had OUTRAGEOUS prices. 30 Min or Less charges $30 for a standard wash, and $35 to add a spray wax at the end (worth it). They did such an amazing job on my boyfriends car. Even better - they called an hour early and asked if it was ok to start the job early (of course it is!!).
