The cake was absolutely DELICIOUS and so gorgeous! A+ for presentation! I was able to choose my rolls (Sweet Heart, Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Shrimp Tempura, & Seared Tuna with a Tuna Sashimi Rose on top). The price ranges so it's best to call and ask. The cake feeds 8-10 people and comes with wasabi, ginger, & soy sauce. They even gave us candles for the cake! I'm so happy with it. Came tonight for my first time, as a big lover of sushi/sashimi/raw fish I was excited to try this place... I ordered both the spicy tuna and salmon sashimi and found that both were some of the freshest fish I have ever had! On top of our other foods ordered, the only "thing" that was the most minor minor possibility of an issue was that the hibachi beef didn't come with broccoli, but instead asparagus. (To me it wasn't an issue although I wasn't the one who ordered it, my other did. And he doesn't eat asparagus which was fine because it was more for me!) But what made our night was the bartender, since we sat at the bar, we were greeted by the most spunky, cheerful and welcoming face, Jenn. She was an absolute delight and made the best lychee martinis (my favorite)! She was a great little conversation and truly a good person and definitely what made our little date night so great! Awesome local spot for upscale sushi, and new creative versions you haven't seen on every other menu. Expect to say whoa when you walk through the door, the decor is impressive to say the least. They have it sectioned off nicely into a few different atmospheres and you'll be sure to enjoy each one. The service is almost too spot on as the waiters were hovering just over my girlfriends shoulder. This made me feel almost awkward as she was clearly listening and staring at the back of her head. This is quite the common experience in sushi spots but it sorta bugs me. The second experience wasn't as bad and made me think it's not the worst thing to have that over attentive service after all. Immediately after picking up the drink menu for the first time we knew what was going to be quenching our boozy thirst. 360 sangria (their special white sangria with lychee and I dnno what, yummy) And the blushing tiger! All my girlfriend needed to hear was passion fruit, and all I needed to hear was lychee, this drink was fantastic!!! First visit we tried the Bao, pork and duck, both were good, little skimpy on filling but the duck wins out. We tried the cerisi roll and the green river, both were good! We skipped dessert as it didn't seem too appealing for us. We've been back (actually just left) and on Tuesdays we get to try a free mimosa of your choice with the dinner order (the lychee mimosa was my fave as the other two were pretty sweet) my girlfriend enjoyed it as well as the white peach. The Tuna pizza was amazing, tender as can be. I was shocked my girlfriend tried it let alone loved it. She's been getting more adventurous! The sunshine, and paradise rolls are both great, the paradise is packed with an ooey gooey banana punch, and the sunshine roll... The Sunshine roll is one of our all time faves!! A few things we don't like and would never order from here, the Yaki Udon... More like yucky udon; I don't know what it was but all four of us pushed it away. I hated the over mushroomed smell, and we all agreed it had a smokey unpleasantness . If I want udon I can go just about anywhere else and have a tastier time. Don't order the Udon if you're expecting something like you've had before. The duck breast appetizer; while this wasn't terrible, I didn't think it was great either. My gf didn't like it at all and the seaweed underneath wasn't the good edible kind, it was the polluted, rubbery, smiths point kind. Ick. Definitely not what I'd choose to spend ten bucks on in the future. The Christmas roll according to my mother, her first bite her face paused and she thought something was bad in it, second bite she said was better, but I could tell after she only had half that her lobster or something was a little funky and she wasn't a fan. My suggestions on special rolls are the paradise, cerisi, green river, and the SUNSHINE! I'm sure there are more but this is all we've tried so far, we will be back! Also try the often overlooked smaller rolls like peanut avocado and tuna cucumber - these are cheap and tasty additions to round out the meal. Every night is a fun new special, be it sake samplers, mimosa Tuesday's, or sangria, there is a special. It's a beautiful new spot and I'm glad it's here in my hometown. It's a bit more than your average spot but it's really very good! My one complaint I think is that while all the rolls sound exciting, 90% have shrimp. I love shrimp, but maybe give me some more options? Check out the menu and see what you like, I've had my bad apples but there is so much awesomeness to choose from. Buy one get one free for beer and wine. I had the Sauvignon blanc for $9! Pretty tasty! All wines were around that price and there was a decent variety of beer. I tried the American Dream roll for $14. And definitely a little disappointed. I had the same roll from Kumo and it definitely tasted a lot better there. Kumo also had the added benefit of having happy hour prices for rolls as well. I also tried the tempura udon. The shrimp tempura was pretty oily. The vegetable tempura was decent. The udon was just okay also. I enjoyed the udon from Hoshi around the corner more. Overall it was OKAY but the food left me wanting more. So...happy hour drinks will be cool. My husband started with lobster bisque which he did like. I ordered spicy edamame for my appetizer. My husband was completely done w his soup and I was still waiting for mine. He also had the surf and turf. Order stool was good but the lobster was completely over cooked and rubbery And the steak was tiny. Almost all the food came out lukewarm to cold. Let me start off by saying this place is absolutely gorgeous! My mom and I came here on a Friday evening. The entire meal was high class all the way. The wait staff's attention to detail is impeccable. As soon as we sat down there were already chopsticks on the table, a lit candle, and serving dishes for sauces. My water was even served in a wine glass and they brought me an extra glass just for ice! I ordered the Maki C and my mom got the Chilean Sea Bass. The food was fresh and delicious! The prices were also pretty reasonable for a sushi spot. There's nothing bad I can really say about this place. The ambiance is great and you feel transported straight to Japan. Great ambiance, clean and Asian decor everywhere. Get a booth if you can because the views are amazing. Now on to the menu. Nice selection of sushi at a reasonable cost. Fresh and plated with finesse. Drinks a little prices but tasty and the appetizers were the best. They came out quickly- shumi, edamame and seaweed salad, The waiters are very knowledgeable and helpful. Thai is a great place to experience something new, flavorful and delicious to add to your tasting palate. Skip the desert and order another drink. This place is the health departments worst nightmare! Ordered tiramisu and it was delivered to the table pretty but upon tasting it there was a taste like eating sour cream bc it was so old. Ordered brownie and once i took a bite it was obviously premade/old and just tossed in the microwave. Ordered the pistachio ice cream and the nuts on top were basically mushy bc its stale from being out so long and the pistachio ice cream was tasteless and icy bc its old. Ordered the oysters and the 'water' they were sitting in fooled my table as we put it into our mouth the texture was of that of the thickest slime you could imagine. The food is OLD. A lot of food is only served fried rather than fresh bc they have it sitting in the freezer for god knows how long. I cant picture this to be a long standing restaurant with the lack of repetitive customers who obviously will not stand for wasting their money on food like this. When you walk in you are greeted with a big smile and the warmth of Missy. She could not make you feel more welcome if she greeted you at the door with your favorite pair of slippers!!!! We get amazing service from Jason who treats us like family, he knows what we are drinking and greets us with our usual's. His level of skill and professionalism is most impressive. Lets not forget the man who keeps this impressive operation running like a well run machine. The General Manager is Sam. You can see him in the front of the house greeting customers, behind the bar or running food. In order to maintain the excellent level of service this restaurant is known for Sam can be seen almost any where and doing anything that needs to be done. A great experience like this does not just happen, it is the culmination of lots of good people working very hard. The menu is amazing there are soo many great choices, the fried oysters are crispy hot and always a treat. The Grenades are also a musty have, I have been coming here for years and recently discovered an appetizer names "Patchogue's Finest" this is a good sized shrimp wrapped in crab and then grilled. I almost left out the fried soft shell craps which are probably the best I have ever had. With all these must have appetizers come the amazing drinks, the great music and just a great time. We came this restaurant highly recommended. There are many great reviews. The ambiance was great. The service was good. However we were disappointed with the food. We started with the duck appetizer. Although listed under the hot appetizers, it was cold. We asked for another to be made, they returned with the same cold appetizer. We were offered another appetizer which we enjoyed, but when we received the bill, we were charged the price of the returned appetizer. The manager would not take the charge off he bill even though the appetizer had Barely been touched. The sashimi was fresh, but slightly warm when served. I really wanted to love this place so much since I've been dying to come here for now almost a year. I made reservations for 4 for a Friday night at 7:30 and when we got there a little earlier we were told we still needed to wait a bit since the table was still being cleared. Next thing you know it's almost 8pm and we are still waiting for our table. I would understand if we had done a walk In but we had reservations. All we got was an apology from the hostess, but would have been nice for them to offer something on the house. When we got to our table, we didn't even have a drink menu, so we had to ask for that. It then took about a good 10 mins for us to finally place our orders. Our waiter also forgot the Kani salad that was ordered as an appetizer and then quickly brought it out when we asked for it almost as if it had been sitting out. The cherry on top was when the waiter was pouring us water and then spilled almost all of it onto my boyfriend's sneakers. I will say, the food was good, but very small portioned. I loved the American Dream roll I ordered, but for the prices of the sushi rolls, I was expecting something a bit more grand but it was quite underwhelming. The best part was probably the lychee martini. I'm caught between 3/4 stars for this place. read more

My daughter's birthday dinner request was udon ramen so we wanted to try something new. We ventured out to 360 Taiko Sushi on a Monday night. We parked on the street in front and walked right in without reservations and were seated right away. This place is huge with a modern decor that was stunning. Definitely a nice place for a special occasion. We sat towards the back where the seating was scaffold. This gives the guests a great view of the place. We ordered apps and drinks first. Kani salad, valentine roll and grilled Octopus. Everything was abundant and delicious. I had for my main course the Patchogue Roll and the Christmas roll, the husband had a sushi platter and the kids ramen with udon noodles. We ended with dessert which was a pistachio gelato, a caramel hazelnut cake, mango mochi and fried Oreos. These were good as well. We don't know how they knew it was my daughter's birthday (it could have been my husband singing HBD) but they graciously brought over a lemon sorbet dessert that was delish. The staff was very attentive and informative. There is a wide variety of food choices. This is located in the heart of Patchogue so if you want to have drinks here great, but if you want to venture out into town that's awesome as well. Simply Wow!! We have visited several sushi restaurants from Babylon to Patchogue and 360 Taiko is amongst the best!! The decor is hip and trendy but you'd expect that if a newly established place. We went to 360 because I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. We decided to try everything and everything was amazing!! The service was exceptional in that the food was delivered to us in a nice orderly pace. The Lemongrass soup was spicy but not over powering. The sashimi five ways was delicate but flavorful. Like I said before this place was the best. It's not as pricey as some of the places in Babylon or Bay Shore but a step above in flavor and style.
